Great store, just lately shelves are scarce and not the stores fault. Employees are very helpful and busy!

They need more self checkouts open. As well as staff willing to help people. It seems as though nobody works. Cause I never seem to see staff when I need help or they steer u to another direction.The store is organized clean and has good social distancing but staff should be visible to help.

This was our first time shopping at this particular store and we were having trouble finding a few things on our list. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Its funny to know that Walmart can pay their employees terrible rates they can operate at a multi-billion dollar status every year but yet when it comes to being personable when it comes to being humble when it comes to being empathic with empathy Walmart has zero stars in that category is that almost if they train their employees to have bad attitudes if you have a bad attitude youre hired

As far as Walmarts go, it is very clean and organized. I can usually find what I need there. My biggest complaint is ALL of their cashiers are extremely slow and not very bright. I dont mean to judge or say anything ugly. But it is the truth. Most of them act like they dont want to be there. So I use the self check. It sucks to have to basically become a worker there just to get checked out in a proper and timely manner.

I just dont like this store. I have managed to not go in for 3 years. Today I needed coffee and bread so I made the trip.Its a small store and seems well stocked. Otherwise its Wal-Mart.

Walmart is Walmart no matter where you go, still really hate the fact that they only have maybe one checkout line open with a live person. Cant believe such a large company is trying to save so much money on payroll by offering so many self-checkout lines. Its ridiculous.

Waseca is a small town so Walmart helps, the only thing that bothers me is they make you feel like your shoplifting, it makes a person feel funny.

The cashiers are really nice and helpful but the people that are stocking the shelfves really need to watch what they are talking about. Also a smile when you pass them would be nice instead of the look of man this s.....

I had to take off one star since it is hard to get fresh mushrooms at our only grocery store. Staff is great, and this is the most organized Walmart that I have been to.

Ive been looking for a 64 oz jug of orange Gatorade. They finally had 2 32oz so I settled for that!

Its another Walmart, same low prices for the same cheaply made junk.

When I say this is the friendliest place I have ever been I mean it apparently they have no crime and the area is Clean and so welcoming the people talk like they have known you forever this little town and this walmart are absolutely amazing it shocked me

Aisle labels to include basic items, like bread or crackersI hope that since the pandemic has slowed down we can expect the shelving will look a little duller.I also wish to thank you for sticking non-dairy products. There seems to be more people have on need of such products.

It is getting harder and harder to shop here. If you walk in with a list of say ten items you might be lucky to find two of them. I realize that its the only store in town and that the shelves get picked over quickly but my god step up and reorder quicker.When I go out of town and shop at a Hyvee or Fareway or even Aldis the shelves are full of the items that I either need or want and you can always find someone to help you. And, to be honest Walmart is no different when it comes to pricing.Good luck...

Its Walmart... They have a lot, but not everything.The staff is pretty friendly, store is always neat and clean. The layout is old so get use to walking to opposite sides of the store for your grocery list if it includes hygiene or pet items.This is a smaller Walmart so the selection is much smaller than were use to, but when in Rome, adapt. The clothing selection is different... Not sure if its a Midwest thing or small town thing. Guess Ill have to hit up a Walmart in the cities to find out.All in all, Ill be back... Because its the only grocery store in town... Unless I start shopping in Owatonna. They legit get my business because there are no other options in town, not because their prices, layout or selection have earned it.

Decent Walmart, not the best, not the worst, kind of a smaller Walmart so dont expect to find everything you need but pretty close. They could hire less SJW looking people, kinda disturbing to look at.

The Pharmacy Department is not a nice place. From the sheila running the register to dugey hauser the pharmacist... From them laughing at me for my insurance being denied to the poor demeanor... Man what a bad group of people.

Every time I go to Walmart I find everything that I need their very honest and trying to help you find what you cant find and very clean so suggest to do and fallen and never directions to stay away from 19 in very clean area

Its your typical Walmart, usual crazy parking lot, except for up front special parking (next to handicap parking), and all walks of life wandering the aisles, but not as much selection as bigger city Walmarts.

Have been using Walmart app for grocery shopping all over United States this Walmart was by far the worst a total mess

I usually make the drive to Owatonna Walmart because waseca has rude staff and horrible service. Walmart definitely went down hill in the past 2 years which is unfortunate for our small town.

Its wal mart ...however clean..I noticed their prices reflect a smaller community,,thier higher than a bigger town ...business strategy ..and their management knows it!!!

Waseca is a small town so I was surprised they sold freshwater aquarium fish. The tanks are not that well maintained and the selection unfortunately consists of mostly goldfish and mollies.. still good to see..it may encourage someone to get into the hobby. Three stars for just having the fish. Thats pretty high compared to other Walmart ratings Ive seen.

Yep, everyone is right. Just called there to ask a quick question and got a rude customer service person on the phone. I told her never mind, Ill call another Walmart.

Good for a small town.

I can not believe we are in the midst of a worldwide pandemic and the aisle customers have to stand in to get their prescriptions is the same aisle as the cold and flu medicine.The whole pharmacy staff was on a 15 minute break and numerous elderly people were standing in line during that time. While waiting there were at least 10 people, both children and adults, who came down that aisle sneezing and coughing as they were looking for over the counter cold medicine.Terrible planning Walmart. There HAS to be a better answer.

Wal-Mart should close this location. This store sits between three bigger towns that already have a Wal-Mart. This store is driving prices. Amazon is cheaper, and your not treated as a criminal.

Clean, friendly, organized. Only give a 4 as they were out of envelopes for my photo cards.

Not as much of a selection as larger Walmarts, but still a decent product, grocery, and clothing store if youre not super picky. Plus its the best selection in the town.

Hard workers on the floor know what is going on while their bosses are on a power trip that suck up to rise up! “Bosses” standing around never help and treat employees like they are 12. Wake up!

Horrible! Drove 35 miles because walmart.com said 59kiddie pool was in stock at the Waseca MN store and when I called to confirm because I qas going to be driving a distance to get it the store said they could not confirm over the phone because they were too busy. Never again

IMO, the Waseca store offers a nicer shopping experience than the Faribault store. Smaller, but more enjoyable.

How is it that there are not any cashiers available to do a simple check out, but there are 3 available to stand at a computer and watch me do it myself? How nice it must be to get paid to watch me do YOUR JOB! Next time, Ill just go to target...
