We chose to order our wedding cupcakes and small cake from Lush Cakes and I am so glad we did. Jessica is so incredibly talented and made the most gorgeous cake that fit our theme so well. We picked from her huge selection of cupcake flavors and landed on vanilla, chocolate, maple bacon, pumpkin, caramel apple, and almond raspberry. Our guests raved about the cupcakes & we had plenty for everyone. Jessica was super helpful with the ordering process & the quantity/flavor recommendations. Additionally, I would definitely recommend stopping into the baker/cafe because their caramel rolls are heavenly.

Jessica at Lush Cakes is superb to work with! We ordered a small cutting cake and cupcakes for our wedding. Everything was delicious and there were many comments from guests asking about the bakery. The delivery and set-up service that can be added on was a stress reliever for us. Beautiful cupcakes and a beautiful display. Highly recommend!

We hired Lush Cakes to make our wedding desserts. We got a two-tiered wedding cake for our wedding party and cupcakes for our guests. Im a pretty experienced baker with a discerning sweet tooth, so I had high standards for my wedding desserts. And Lush Cakes delivered! Not only were our cakes and cupcakes very pretty to look at, they were also extremely yummy. Our guests loved them, and we loved eating the leftovers in the days after the wedding :)

I am a nurse at Waseca Hospital and we are so grateful for Lush Cakes! On Saturdays we all look forward to special surprise treats from our friends at Lush! Everything is so yummy and nurses battle over the sticky buns! Thanks Lush Cakes!

Jess is so talented. She did our wedding ceremony cupcakes and then our wedding reception cake and cupcakes. (Covid restrictions). We had people actually ask if we were having her cupcakes again and where her bakery was located they loved them so much. Would highly recommend Lush Cakes to any Bride and Groom. Outstanding options and everything was delicious and Beautiful!!:)

Best cupcakes we have ever had!

I read about this place in the Mankato Free Press and decided to stop in and give it a try since the wife and I were already planning to go the the art show at the Waseca Art Center. Glad we did! Although I cant speak to the quality of the cakes, the pastries were fantastic. I bought two items: 1) What I think was a blueberry bear claw, and; 2) an almond bear claw. Both were outstanding!I stop in at the French Meadow Bakery in Saint Paul when Im in the cities and Lush Bakery is every bit as good or better. You folks that live in/near Waseca have a real jewel. We used Lush Cakes for the dessert at our wedding. Jessica was very easy to work with and our guests were raving about the cupcakes after the reception!! It was tough to choose what flavors to order because there are so many great choices on the menu; luckily, you cant go wrong! From the tasting to ordering and delivery, Lush Cakes was great to work with.

Lunch today - a swoon worthy roast vegetable, heritage tomato and fresh mozzarella-filled herb ciabatta! Warm, mostly locally grown, vegetables, seasoned to perfection. I cannot believe how consistently OTT-good this bakery/cafe is. Every time I drive the nearly 40 mile roundtrip to have lunch here Im glad I did. This kitchens food is worth going out of your way for.Beautiful pastries & possibly the best chicken salad in SoMN! Oh! & cakes & dreamy cupcakes, too...

Had the Caprese Melt with chicken, chips that came with the sandwich, and a lemonade. Sandwich was good, if not spectacular. The chips seemed to be a normal kettle chip from a bag. The lemonade was an 8(?) Oz glass for $3.50, and nothing special. Overall, I was disappointed in the price for the quantity and quality. Instead of over $15, this meal should have been closer to $10 or $11. The baked goods do look tasty, but again seemed pricey. The service was polite. Overall not a horrible experience, but nothing that makes me want to come back next weekend.

Although Lush Cakes is still new at this time, service was leaking a bit. We ordered 2 drinks and cupcakes and they forgot about one of our drinks. No big deal tho! Everything from the cup cake to my iced mocha was delicious! Service speed is pretty quick compared to Starbucks and other competitors.

These are the best cupcakes, macarons, and muffins I’ve ever had! What an art. Such a fun treat for our family! Love love love

I had the opportunity to try Lush Cakes for the first time when I went to my nephews birthday party! Can I say delicious! So moist and beautifully decorated. You can tell that they truly care about their product and the quality. I would absolutely tell anyone to consider Lush Cakes.

This is literally my favorite bakery of all time. They have fantastic customer service every time I go,l no matter who helps me, they have the most unique flavors, and the atmosphere is so cute. Dont sleep on this place.

I had the most delicious cupcakes for my grad school graduation party. The cake was moist and the frosting was just the right amount of ‘sweet’ and texture. The design was beautifully tasteful as well. Looking forward to savoring more treats from Lush Cakes!
