Ordered a custom door back in August. Waited 2 months for a call that it was in but never received a call. Finally we called and they had our door in their warehouse.. Except it wasnt the door we ordered. We were told that the one they had there for us was close enough to what we custom ordered that they didnt need to do a custom order. The storm door they ordered (that wasnt our order) would leave us with a 2 to 3 inch gap under our storm door. They came to our home and measured the door so they could specifically order what we needed and then wouldnt order it... Will never be shopping there again.

My father actually has worked there for 15 years so Im pretty familiar and for they have many loyal or repeat customers n they do house calls and installs
