Had about 15 employees working. One person on the register. One. The other employees, sitting and chatting even while there were other people waiting for the register. Easily the worst best buy I’ve been to by a vast amount. Amazing this place exists. Avoid and don’t listen to the obviously fake reviews. I have never heard anyone say anything positive about this place in real life.
Even though I have driven past this place numerous times, today was my very first visit. I think my excuse has always been the fact that its located on the 2nd level inside of a building. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This place is humongous! I also picked up on the fact that there are a myriad of Associates on the floor, who seemed friendly and willing to help people. That hasnt always been my experience in the past at other locations. Perhaps the fact that I came here on a Sunday, and there were not that many shoppers inside. So I came for a cellphone, and a cellphone is what zi walked out with. I had been researching the Google 6 Pro that features an 8 megapixel camera. I bought it for right at $700.00 which I think was a decent price. I cant wait to start playing with it! Now that ai know that this place has so many more things to offer, I will have to come back here again to get more stuff!
It has to be the best Best Buy in America. Extremely helpful staff, fantastic security, even tips on how to stay safe when walking home. I felt the staff here really does care about their jobs, and their customers. I also found them to be exceptionally friendly, I literally brought an extended warranty just because of how nice you guys are.Im going to commit to using Best Buy over Amazon whenever possible.Thank you so much!
Its not a huge Best Buy but its got plenty of options to look through. Small camera section, small accessory section, reasonable computer section in particular for Apple, and enough printer selection. Big TVs and even some appliances. The staff has been in general helpful and the location is pretty easy to get to. There is parking underneath if you need it, but the Metro is right across the street.
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT CHRISTOPHER AT THIS STORE! He KNEW everything and he knew exactly what he was doing! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and smart! He runs this store so great and organized! He needs to be the General Manager. I’m so grateful for his help truly. He does know what he’s doing and how to make customers happy.
Rude staff. I went there trying to purchase an unlocked phone, they made it seem like a chore to walk to the cabinet to grab one. The one in pentagon city is much better.

I had an extremely quick and friendly experience. I had a problem with the hinges of my laptop but geek squad fixed it in under 2 minutes. Staff, they were on time and organized. They made sure to be attentive and on schedule with my appointment.

This Best Buy location in DC USA has the best customer service of any location I’ve ever visited. Store number 1092 is amazing!I purchased a laptop and phone, Roland and the other employees were very courteous. They answered any questions I had satisfactorily and told me it is a pleasure to serve me. They seem genuinely happy to help their customers.

I needed home security cameras and decided to go to Best Buy hoping that I can browse around, ask questions, make purchase, and schedule an installation all on the same location.At the store, finding sales representative was very challenging. Majority of the employees just pretended to not notice us. Store manager ended up helping us and he was very helpful so was the person who helped me schedule the appointment.Site survey was done to accurately assess the appropriate items for the house. Very professional looking sales person. Very thorough and helpful.Then the day of installation comes and we found out we needed internet to install these items which nobody mentioned to us so we had to reschedule. I reached out to the person who came to our site survey via calls and emails, but no response. I had to call the customer service to reschedule our appointment which took an hour.Once I have successfully made an appointment, the site survey person decided to reschedule our appointment even though nobody requested and then she decided to allocate 3 out of 4 items to Geek Squad and 1 out of 4 items to outside contractor.The day came and outside contractors installed our flood camera very quickly. They told me they can do the rest but they are not on their list. I reached out to customer service to make sure it is true. Then, customer service told me these contractors are supposed to install all items. So I asked them to install the rest. 2 minutes later, Geek Squad called me and told me they will be coming to install the rest of the items...Still... the lady who came to our site survey remains to be silent.Geek Squad told me they are coming at 5pm. He ended up getting to our house at 8:30pm. He was very quick and seemed to be working very long hours. Very helpful with syncing with my app.At the end of day, this was one of the most disorganized project I have been a part of. Lack of communication, accountability, and customer service was at another level. Incompetence is not strong enough to describe this overall experience. I cannot even count how many email I had to send out and calls I had to make to just get a status updates. Someone who should be leading the project is completely silent for the entirety of this project. The only time she got back to me was when I told her that I will return $1300+ worth of items.I paid all the items in full at the beginning. It took them 3 weeks to install all items so that I can actually use what I have purchased.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE.I WILL GUARANTEE THAT I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE THROUGH BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD EVER AGAIN.I could have bought exact same items on Amazon.com and hired a private contractors myself to execute this project and that would have saved all my headache.I really hope someone in the company will listen to recorded calls to improve their service for those consumers who still shop at Best Buy.#RIDICULOUSNESS

Although my experience started off rough because of the circumstances Best buy was very patient in helping me get everything done to my satisfaction and when I left I was feeling 100% better. They took care of what I needed to get done and I was happy and satisfied. Thank you Best buy.

This store is huge and has lots of stuff that you are looking for and might need. If you are looking for something with intention to buy, you should check and reserve it online before going there to pick it up. Thus it will save you time to look for it while you are at the premises. You can get lost easily in this store.

I called best buy and no one answered the phone. I listened to the hold music on the phone for 15 minutes. This is crazy. Next time put on Barry White and I might hold even longer. They are not getting my business.

This is regarding order BBY01-XXXXX2274936. I received an email stating that somebody picked up my order at 6:39 PM, Wednesday, 04/07/2021 when I was at home still working at my table. I called the customer service line and was advised to come to the store to talk to the store manager. I came to the store at 2:15 PM, 04/10/2021. The staff was providing little to no help, not even making updates for me. I was waiting 45 minutes with nothing. After spending 45 minutes in the store with very little assistance from the store manager/store staff. the store manager came and told me that he would need me to talk to the customer care team again or my bank to report a fraudulent activity. The store took no responsibility with that matter.Everything seems very suspicious, and the store manager and his staff spent time discussing something discretely which made me think that they were hiding something. I requested to see the ID that was used to pick up the order or the videotape on the person picked up because this is a potential identity fraud to my personal information. The store provided no evidence and did not provide any solutions and I felt like I was mistreated by all the store staff and their manager. The store does have security staff and enforcement unit but they were offering no help as well.I spoke to 3 Best Buy representatives on the phone, a Chat agent, the store manager at the store, and they provided contradicting information on how they handle the process. But none of them can offer a resolution. I will be now filing my dispute with my financial institution, a formal complaint to Better Business Bureau and also identity fraud charge against BestBuy. All that are just for a $317.99 charge that can be handled a lot better from Best Buy.
Good store. The staff is pleasant, will tell and show. But the assortment is not all presented.
Now that you can go into the store its great. Just like everywhere else you have to suffocate wearing a mask but at least you can look at some items and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to buy some ink for my printer and saw a nice phone so I bought it too.
Best Buy is expensive. Despite the so-called deals. The customer service is excellent. I hope agents are getting paid accordingly.

They used to be pretty good but nowadays its useless nobody cares theyre walking around talking to each other, not willing to help or answer questions.
This appliance store is no longer the same as it was 10 years ago, I say because there is nothing good to be found there, I think the manager no longer cares if it is okay or not its been several times that I cant find what Im looking for.

Made an appointment through Apple to service my old iPhone SE, but when I showed up they said they dont do iPhone SE. Pretty annoying to have to show up in person to be told they cant do the thing you made the appointment for, especially in a pandemic. I tried to call ahead twice but they did not pick up the phone either time.

Great service. Stephanie was amazing and courteous. The was a bit of a wait but the staff was very accommodating tho my questions, and helped me feel very comfortable. Theyre doing a great job of handling covid precautions as well.

Plenty of great deals but customer service makes me sceptical of good service....we shall see...👌Went today on my Birthday 🎉 but they were pushing Service Plans on EVERY item asked so I was discouraged from buying anything at this time... especially after I told agent MULTIPLE TIME I was a USMC TRAINED TECHNICIAN and I could handle any technical issue being trained to NASA specifications and NO SERVICE PLAN WAS DESIRED or needed.

Its inside a mall is in dc. Same as every other best buy. Good deals on many electronics. Finding a parking was tricky.
I went there simply to pick up an using their convenient curbside pick up. I was forced to use curbside instead of in store because the website said they were not allowing for in store pick up. I stood outside in the cold for over half an hour before going inside and just asking for the product where there were obviously people picking up items. How can you just leave me outside waiting without telling me to come inside? I will never come to best buy again. Id rather wait 2 days for amazon than half an hour for this piss poor experience.

Pros: Good if you’re nearby and wanna get your hands on some of the newest devices.Cons: This location is small and organized oddly due to space constraints. The employees I talked to competently answered most of my questions but tried to sell a bunch of stuff I know I don’t need. I’m an electrical engineer, I know I don’t need a “4K hdmi” but my mom wouldn’t know that so shame on you Best Buy.

Coming to Best Buy in Columbia heights, I came with the intention to purchase a Nintendo Switch Wired controller. Finding the store was effortless. Just follow the music from one of there home theater sounds on demo. Finding the controllers were even easier. Directly at the front of the store, with an associate at the front on the ready to assist and complete my purchase. The store is very bright with a sense of retail and electronic excitement. To the point I completed my purchase, yet wanted to experience more of the store. Overall, I would shop here again

I had a terrible experience in this location. I went there twice to get my estore credit, because I couldnt use the link that customer service sent. They said I should be calling the customer service, which I did over 10 times and they were extremely incompetent. I still dont have my store credit that I earned. What they do is just stealing your money.

Awesome time here! Got electronics at very reasonable prices. Located in a serene and comfy environment in Washington DC, it boasts of a good shopping experience and friendly staff. To access the floor, there are escalators to help as with all other malls. Beside Best Buy is Target.
Staff was inexperienced and unknowledgeable on their own products. Outright rude at times and if you got 5 seconds of their time you were lucky. A lot of empty shelves. Didnt end up having what I needed, found it at Target. Youre not missing anything.

Hit post office 1st on Penn Ave at 9 am, got on bus to subway between 13th & 14th. Caught subway on 7& penn. Target 1st & then best buy didnt have my cord!!
