We’ve had the unfortunate experience of being rear-ended twice in the same vehicle. We are thankful for the prompt and excellent service we got, making our vehicle like new again. Communication is excellent and we were kept informed of progress throughout the repair process. Definitely deserve the 5 star rating!

Really disappointing experience. Took my car there mid March and its not going to be back to me until mid May (if we are lucky). Its been an incredible inconvenience to our family. Get regular calls with updates and the workers are always professional and polite, however its just excuse after excuse. Dont need updates and excuses, we need our car back. Last time we will do business with Budd Baer.

The gentleman, though I was early, took my information, asked me to enter info into their kiosk for registration, and took what images he required to process the estimate. He did this even though he had a meeting at 2 PM. Far more pleasant then the lady who left her office briefly to tell him I was early (which I had already told I would leave the car so he could attend his meeting.)I appreciated his willingness and courtesy to take care of me well before my appointment.He is the reason I contacted my insurance company to let them know the repairs would be done here.

I came in for an estimate. Rather than just giving me an estimate they tried to see if they were able to fix it with out charging me and they were. They are amazing!

I purchased my 2020 gmc Sierra at Budd baer. I was Immediately welcomed and started my process with ease and no pressure. Great customer service!!! 8 months later I was backed into. I took it to budd baer collision center where I was welcomed again by Greg McVicker. A great estimate and couldnt be more pleased with results. Making my truck new again. Very efficient and timely. Having visited both the showroom and collision center I would highly recommend.

I had been rear-ended and it forced my car into the one in front of me. Because of great service in the past, I took my car to the Budd Baer Collision Center for repair. They provided me with a vehicle to drive, and it was a new, comfortable car, not one that had a lot of miles on it.I was kept informed throughout the repair by courteous technicians and office staff. Additional damage was discovered when repairs began, and the Collision Center handled all communication with the other guys insurance company to get approval and payment for the additional work. I didnt have to do anything.When the repair was completed, my car was returned to me looking like new, complete with a complimentary car wash. You would not have known that technicians and mechanics had been crawling in and out of it to get it back into factory settings.

Such a great staff and facility! They stand behind their product and services. Always leave me with a smile. Even if I have questions after my services have been completed, theyre happy to answer them.

The only reason they get two stars is because the manager was very nice anytime I spoke to him. BUT I do know that it shouldnt take over 40 days to get my car back!!! Absolutely and totally ridiculous. Today I finally go to get the car and my trunk is leaking water nor was the car even cleaned out!!! How do you have it 40 days and it is still dirty?

Amazing Customer Service!!!!! I visited the Budd Baer Collision Center on 1/23/20 for an estimate on a scratch I received in my brand new 2020 Kia Sportage. Greg McVicker welcomed me in the waiting area with a smile and handshake. I had been having a difficult time on the phone with the opposing insurance company. He escorted me personally to check the damages and in 5 min had my car repaired and free of charge. He told me he hoped my day got better. This was not only superior customer service but it restored my faith that there really are nice genuine people in the world. Greg McVicker and Budd Baer will always have my business.

The team here has been great, and I recommend them to all my friends and family whenever they need collision work done. I have had both a GMC and Subarus worked on there and they came back like new. They always kept me up to date as the repairs were being made and handled all ins and outs with the insurance companies. Everyone I know has had the same great experience.

Worst experience frustration I ever went threw in my life and it’s been a year in a half and still dealing with them dude that did the work is good at what he does but the rest of budd bear is terrible I would never take a wreck car there so stay away from that spot
