After getting a flat on a Sunday I rolled into Neal Tire on Monday morning without an appointment. Rusty was helpful in explaining my options to me quickly and courteously. The staff were able to replace my tires and had me on the road in about an hour. Its also helpful that they communicate with the Bloomington store as I have service performed at that location on occasion. Very pleased!

I ordered a full set of tires today and was happy with the friendliness of the staff and felt comfortable with my decision to shop local.After dropping off my vehicle, I was notified that all of my lug nuts were bad and need to be replaced. If I had a problem on the side of the road, I would not be able to replace the tire. They are $10 a piece. I have 20 of them so it added $200 to my bill. I said yes as I thought it was a safety concern. After investigation, my lug nuts (threads) are totally fine. It is a small plastic, aesthetic cover that had cracked and could use to be replaced. Also not all of them had a problem just a few but they replaced them all.After realizing this, I did not want the work done. It was not necessary. At that time it was too late. It was an absolute misrepresentation of the problem and zero effort was made to make it right.I feel taken advantage of. I trusted this business to hold my familys best interest in mind and I was up charged because I thought it was a safety issue on our family vehicle. Shameful and I am very disappointed. I will not be bringing our money back to this business. If you do, make sure you know all of the right questions to ask and do not assume anything.

I went in for an alignment. I also had bought two cabin filters and an air filter. The service manager said they had time to install them. I knew there were two cabin filters needed based on a Honda service man showing me the two dirty ones, looking in my car manual, and watching a You Tube video. However, the tech told me he only installed one and that the store who sold me the additional filters was “the way they get you”. I tried to explain that two were needed but he wouldn’t listen. The total bill was $169. The alignment was $89. Installing two filters cost the difference, and I still have the second filter to install. I was really disappointed in the transaction involving the filters.

Ive never had a bad experience with Neals. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Being able to drop your vehicle off and pick it up after hours really helps out when you work during the day.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!I took my 2006 Audi A4 in for an alignment on 01/15/2021. I was quoted over the phone for a price ranging from $84.99-$129.99. I handed them the keys and they quickly went to work getting my car into the shop. About 20 minutes later, an employee came into the waiting room to tell me I would have to come back another time and leave my car all day and that one of my adjusters was seized and the price would rise to $289.99 for the alignment and if they had to replace the adjusters, I would have to pay for those as well. I respectfully declined as I didnt have the money on me. He understood and was respectful about my situation. Once my car was pulled up to the door, I got in and started on my way home. I noticed once I started my car, something was off. It was misfiring, hesitating and running very rough, once I was on the highway, all of a sudden, at 45mph, my engine stalled. The brakes werent working and the steering was extremely tight. I was behind a truck and there was a vehicle approaching me in the opposite lane. Fortunately, the truck noticed I was not able to stop and turned off of the road to allow me to pass. If he had not have noticed me, I would have been in an accident. I was finally able to get my car home after inspecting it and noticing a part was missing off of my intake manifold. The part was tightly pressed on and I feel there was no possibility of it falling off while in their shop nor, while driving. I dont want to place blame on anyone here, but I called the shop asking if they had possibly removed it, and I was told they had not even opened my hood, followed by the employee laughing on the other end of the line. Intentional or not, I feel the right thing to do is to let others know of my experience with Neals Tire.

Neal’s does a great job!! They are courteous and accommodating. The work is done properly and efficiently. The manager, Rusty went above and beyond to get me the best savings on a great set of tires. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Had on our van in for service due to a front end vibration. Had a trip scheduled for the following day and they did everything they could to make sure we had the car back in time for our trip. In fact, they had the issue identified (bad tires) and had the new tires installed and alignment done the same day!

Kirby is one knowledgeable dude, I worked in the trucking industry and everything that I overheard him saying to customers was spot. If you want to get ripped off tires, go to Walmart. If you want quality and excellence go see Kirby in Washington.

Per usual, the guys are friendly and professional. I took my jeep in for an alignment after replacing the suspension in the front. They tuned it perfectly. The technician even showed me what to look out for when replacing the suspension in the rear. I will continue to take all of my vehicles here for all my tire and alignment needs

Had an issue with my mag wheels and talked to Kirby. He got Dennis involved. Dennis is a tech that has been at Neal Tire for many years. I have NEVER ...I mean NEVER received better service. Both of these guys made me feel like I was the king of the world. They went out of there way to help me. If you need any automotive service needs go to Neal Tire in Washington and get real service!

I stopped in 30 minutes before they closed and still got amazing service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I had a last minute emergency and they were willing to help as much as they could so that I could get on the road to head out of town. Not only this time but every other time I’ve been there they have had the best customer service. It’s so nice to take your vehicle somewhere that actually cares!!! I can’t thank them enough!!

These people where so awesome! they did an alignment on my daughters car got us in same day and he found that my daughters cam bolt needed fixed. she had had it at other auto place and they didnt say anything about it even though thats why she had her car there to see what was wrong. a million thanks for taking the time to fix my daughters car so this Mom wont have to worry so much!!! and price was very resonable! thank you Neils!!!!!

These guys are great!!! Found out at 11 AM that my tires were shot, worn to metal belt. I am leaving tonight for a doctors appt in Indianapolis. Pulled in at 11:15, explained my situation, and they were on it! Just got the call at 3:15 that the front tires had been replaced, and I am ready to go! Amazing work and exceptional customer service!Side note: They took me home from the shop so I could get working. Then they drove back to my house after I realized my keys were attached to my hip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Service second to none. Needed Tire rack tires mounted on new wheels. Scheduled appointment for next day and installed quickly and at the most reasonable cost I could find in Peoria area. We had world Class Treatment, and we still love and think of the kindness and care received.We were in an auto accident a few years back, and a friend of us sold us a temporary beater car. It didnt drive straight and really was not the best of situations, Neal offered that they would do an alignment for us and managed to adjust a few things they noticed, and i couldnt believe the world of difference.. at the price they did/ They went above and beyond.They said that when they did the alignment, they were able to compensate for the dog tracking it had some issues, it had sat, and they also did a full lube and inspection for us. They tightened bolts that needed to be and really did a top notch job for me and my family.They did this at a great family price, and also drove me home after I Dropped the vehicle off.Having been two years ago, I still smile when i drive by.You guys put a lasting impression on our family, myself and opened up our hearts to Washington.... On a side note, when we returned that car to our friend, (we recieved a safer vehicle as a wedding gift) he was blown away at the condition of the vehicle, and he has since done a few tune ups, but its still driving straight, and delivering pizzas way up north!THANK YOU GUYS! They found my cars problem fairly quickly and explained that it was a pretty simple fix. The part did have to be ordered though which is out of their hands of course. They had it the next day and its fine now and the price was very fair.

This place went out of their way to get my lowered 04 mustang cobra in check. They bought extra tools/jacks at their own expense to satisfy a first time customer. Found my new alignment shop and highly recomend.

Went in with a wheel my Son ruined and explained that I didnt care if it matched esthetically. I just wanted the least expensive that would work because Im currently unemployed and its the kids car. He quoted me $900.00 for 1wheel and 1 tire for a 5 year old car thats worth about $5,000. I went to EP Tire and Vulc they did it for under $300.00!

They were awesome Wal-Mart messed up are lugnuts on are Toyota dolphin and they were able to fix and do it the right way got 6 brand new tires and so thankful they were patient on fixing it and did not rush and make things worse great job guys

Quick and easy low cost great counter service

I have a lot of family and friends that get tires from here so decided to give them a shot. Im on my second set of tires now and I will never buy another from Neal.I had a flat last Friday and took my tire in for repair. The temps that day were single digits with negative windchills, and had a hard time getting spare to drop down in the bottom of the truck. Everyone in the shop that day heard me mention my troubles and never mention anything about having them put the tire back on when it was repaired. I assumed this was understood, but I guess I assumed wrong. I received a call later that day stating they would have to order a tire and it would be in Monday. I explained at that time I was concerned about driving on the spare that long. Monday was a holiday, and never received a call. I do not fault anyone for the tire not being in stock, or it not arriving on the holiday. I do however fault them for what happened next.Tuesday afternoon I finally received a call that my tire was in and mounted, and ready. I called Wednesday first thing, and asked (spoke with a Kirby I believe) how soon I could come in to get the tire put on. They explained they were booked and couldnt change the tire. I asked how soon they could do it, as I had trouble getting the spare to drop down the first time and did not want to mess with it. They said they couldnt get me in until well in to next week. Now why would they not have asked when I got my tire repaired if I wanted it placed back on the vehicle.I went to pick my tire up and again asked if I could get the tire placed on the vehicle. Again they replied they were far too busy. I then looked into the garage and observed one of the repair guys just standing there.If they would have offered to replace the tire, but there would have been a wait, you wouldnt be reading this review right now. Heck if they would have said they could do the repair tomorrow I still wouldnt be upset.To change out a tire in a warm garage, on a lift would have taken two minutes. Looks like those two minutes just cost Neal some business. Ive already had friends and family say they were not going back to Neal as well.Forecast for today is snow flurries and a low of -6. Looks like thats the conditions I will be replacing my tire in. Obviously Neal Tire doesnt care about there customers, make sure you dont make the same mistake I did.

Absolutely nothing good to say ...Ive spent thousands at this establishment in the past year and this last visit was a huge FAILURE took my truck in for an exhaust leak after it sitting there all day was told it wouldnt get worked because of technician error on another job, long BS story short I was charged 520 dollars and my truck sounds EXACTLY the same it did when I brought it in they then told me it was another issue that I need a gasket in the collector ok I bought a gasket and went to install it myself and found a huge wad of concrete like material all over the exhaust clamp so much it has the clamp stuck on the flange so I cant even get the clamp off to put gasket in....Im very disappointed with service and will NOT be returning I will patronize a business that has my best interest in mind not just the all mighty dollar ...very shoddy work by a pro shop at 97 bucks an hour ...what a joke ....smh
