These guys were amazing to deal with. Ignore the 1 star reviews all written by the same guy who obviously has an ax to grind. These guys were professional and helpful.While they werent able to sort out what my brake issue was they went above and beyond to try and trouble shoot it. I have worked on it multiple times myself and taken it to other mechanics and we are all scratching our heads. They refused to charge me full price given they were unable to correct my problem. I tried, but they said it wasnt behaving any differently than it did when I brought it in and therefore didnt think they should charge me what they should have. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and co-workers and actually did upon returning to my office.

Traveling in Utah on vacation and had an issue with the suspension on our vehicle. Sonny and Evan took up the cause of figuring out how to get us back on the road quickly. Their services were worth three time what we paid and they could not have been nicer. They welcomed our two puppies into their waiting room and kept us informed as to the status and progress. Makes me want to move to Utah just so these guys could be our mechanics. Based on all of the other reviews you dont need me to tell you this, but these guys are the best. Highly recommended.

Showed up hoping for a quick, cheap fix of our air conditioner only to hear the worst news and it was gonna take 3 hours. I didnt and it was cheaper that original quoted. These guys were nothing but professional and caring and you could see that they were very bust with emergency repairs (mostly AC) since its been very hot. Kudos to them, Id recommend highly and be back myself. I told them only unhappy people leave reviews so this ones for you guys!!!

I highly recommend Pro Auto Care! They are professional, affordable and honest!!! I was referred to Pro Auto Care from my bank. They are great!!I spoke with Sonny about my car problems and that I just had a mechanic shop named Tunex supposedly fix this same problem and that I just paid them almost $700!! I unfortunately got ripped off from Tunex. I ended up paying Tunex auto shop a lot of money to fix my car but they didnt diagnose it correctly and had supposedly fixed something on my car that was not even the problem! Im a women that didnt know what was wrong and thought I would trust what they said......They are very dishonest and take advantage of women and the elderly community....I thankfully found Pro Auto Care and Sonny knew exactly that my car had a front tire bearing that needed to be replaced. He replaced the part and now my car runs great!! I wish I would have found out about Pro Auto Care before I was ripped off by the other shop!! Sonny took the time to show me the part that he replaced and he explained everything he did. I felt heard and understood by Pro Auto Care and they took care of my car problems and gave me a great price! I feel confident that Pro Auto Care is a shop that you can trust as well!! When my wife nursed the truck to the shop all she could say was how nice and informative they were. No wonder they have good reviews! she told me. They have done great work on my Celica more than once, back when they were located on Sunset, and now at their new place in Washington (looks impressive in there). We were on vacation and noticed that our car started sounding funny when idling and accelerating. Because it was the start of our trip we got a little worried that after the long drive here it would cause us double. Clean and professional shop.I felt like Sonny was very honest with me and told me what was wrong with my car. I already knew that the car had multiple issues and he confirmed that for me. After giving me a quote for the repairs I needed, he was straight up with me and said the choice is totally up to me but if it were him... He probably wouldnt invest that much money in getting the car fixed because I would be losing money in the long run. He didnt just try to sell me on something for his own benefit and was really looking out for me. This was a potential $2,700 job for him. I took his advice and will be referring my family members and friend to this shop.

Ive had two fairly big jobs done at Pro Auto in the last few months; a new heater core and a re-manufactured transmission installed. Both jobs on time at price quoted. Worked with me receiving the new transmission and shipping the old one out. Got both vehicles back in perfect condition with no problems; what more can you ask for?

I took them my Toyota 4Runner to get a few things done and they took great care of me finishing the job in the time they promised and at a great price (much cheaper then a dealership). I moved to St George 2 years ago. I found Pro Auto through Google Reviews and they have been absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend them, and have found them to be very technically proficient, friendly and honest. I really can’t recommend them more highly. Five stars is not enough. Auto service is based on trust, and they have earned my trust.

I highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and honest. My 4-runner needed a lot of work and they were honest about what needed to be done right away and what could be done later, when I had the money. I left them with a long list of repairs and I was amazed at how soon my 4-runner was ready. Within a week of the repairs I took a long road trip and had zero problems with the vehicle. These guys know what they are doing and are a rare, quality shop to find.

I thought these guys were good honest people. I was deleting Sunny’s daughter a few years ago, but it didn’t work out. I continued going to her dads auto shop. The last time I went there he broke my air conditioner by disconnecting a vent On purpose. He lied to me and told me my AC compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. I simply reconnected the vent under my hood after discovering he pulled it off and my AC is working like new. They are lying cheating scum bags..

Pro Auto Care is the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to! They are clean, courteous, quick, and have taken the time to explain to me the repairs that are happening. Tom, the owner, has always been wonderful to work with. They replaced my brakes within hours and at a cost that was actually reasonable! I raved so much about how good my experience with Pro Auto Care was, now my whole family goes there and has been treated with equal respect and courtesy.

Upon arriving in St George our engine began to overheat and was leaking fluid. We found Pro Auto Care through a Google review and were treated very, very well by everyone on staff. They even went so far as to service our vehicle even though we did not have an appointment. They did very good and quick work so that we could continue our long travel South into Arizona. We highly recommend them and would like to note that they open at 7:30 a.m. when all of the other places opened at 8 or 8:30 a.m. We were particularly impressed by Sonny, who was helpful and accommodating, but everyone was friendly and helpful.

I had a check engine light turn on and I had no idea where to go since I was from a different town. I chose this place solely on the reviews and was not disappointed. They were quick, courteous, and bonus able to schedule me the day I called. It turns out I needed to get my car computer reprogrammed due to the error codes they read. They explained things clearly to me, which is great because I know nothing about cars, and told me exactly how much it would cost and what they were going to do. If I could rate higher I would. They definitely made a loyal customer today!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I brought my car in because it wasnt starting very well, but when I brought it to them it started up fine. They couldnt identify the problem without the problem repeating, but they didnt charge my for inspecting the vehicle or try to sell me a part I didnt need, which in it of itself is a reason to go here.

I was in from out of town and they fit me in the same day. They helped me troubleshoot my check charging system error light on our minivan starting with a battery terminal cable replacement, which I broke trying to tighten, then later the same day changed the alternator after the first fix didnt do it. Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

My car broke down and Im from out of town. Everybody knows thats a nightmare. I looked up auto repair shops and looked at the reviews and the reviews for excellent so I decided to call them . I called them they were busy but got me in as soon as possible actually the same day fixed my truck and had it ready for me by the next day. The pricing was extremely reasonable I was extremely happy with the service and Tom was so kind and generous and I appreciate them. I definitely would recommend these people to others.

Weve lived here over two years and havent needed a mechanic yet, then both my husband and I needed to get out cars fixed within a week of each other. Its hard to know where to go and if its going to go well. I called around to three places and this one have me the cheapest quote. Usually that means theyre the worst, but the guy I spoke with in they phone was so friendly so I had high hopes that maybe it would still be good. I was not disappointed! They got us in quickly, actually got our cars done within the time frame they said, and didnt find things to charge us more for than what was quoted. For having to spend money getting cars fixed which is never fun, they made it a great experience. They specialize in Toyota and Honda, so if thats what you have, this is definitely the place to go.

Im a 69 year old with a strong mechanical background who has always done my own work since Ive been THE ONLY mechanic I trusted. That is mainly because Ive seen what some mechanics do. I am presently unable to do my own work due to a back injury so I had to get someone else to do my work. I went to Pro Auto Care based upon the recommendation of a friend.I brought in a 10 year old Malibu with two oil leaks. The dealer had not been able to isolate where the car was leaking.After looking at my car the told me where the leaks were and that it would cost about $360 something to get it fixed. Considering what the problems were their price seemed very reasonable so I gave them the go-ahead to proceed. I came back the next day to pick up the car and was VERY pleasantly surprised to learn that they were only charging me $272.75 for the work. That just doesnt happen !!! And in addition the car is fixed and no longer leaking. What more can one ask !!!Also note that I went back a week later for an oil change. No, I dont really trust the oil change specialists since Ive seen enough problems coming from those types. Again, the guys at Auto Pro Care did the change fast and at a reasonable charge.In my book these folks are as good as it comes !!! In addition to doing good work at reasonable prices they have a nice clean waiting area if you choose to wait for the repair.Bill T.Washington, Utah

The service that my family and I recently received at Pro Auto Care is nothing short of astonishing. We decided to spend the weekend in St. George for Spring Break and once we arrived, the driver’s side window of our van would no longer close. After fiddling with it for a while without any success, I knew I was in trouble. It was now 4:00 pm on a Friday, there was rain in the forecast and the car would be in a hotel parking lot for the night. I immediately began searching for Auto Shops in St. George and ran across Pro Auto Care’s great reviews. I gave them a call, told them my situation, and asked if they had time to take a look. Being from out of town I was pretty nervous because I knew I was over a barrel. They told me they’d be happy to help and to come right over. Once we arrived, I was encouraged to see that their shop was clean and organized. They got us right in and started working on the window. After a while, I poked my head into the shop to see how things were going. The window was now closed and Evan told me that it was being held in place by his vice grips. He asked me if I wouldn’t mind sending those back to him after we got home! I told him I wouldn’t mind at all! After they put everything back together, Sonny came out and told us that we were good to go. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing! I did my best to pay him but he assured me that it wasn’t necessary. My experience sure tells a lot about Pro Auto Care. If they would treat me this way while in a very vulnerable position and without any reasonable expectation of repeat business, I can only imagine how they take care of their regular customers. These are extremely competent and honest guys. If I lived in St. George, there is no place else I would go. Thank you again Sonny and Evan for rescuing our family!

These guys are honest, genuine and know what theyre doing. They fixed up my car quickly and told me exactly what was wrong in a way that I could understand perfectly. Had issues with my sway bar on my Nissan Titan and they were able diagnose the issue and get it fixed within a matter of 3 hours. Great service and pricing. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else in town now that I know of these guys.

I took in my vehicle with an overheating problem after travelling to St. George from Utah County - the temperature had maxed out several times and it wasnt easy to keep it under control. Pro Auto Care did some diagnosis and said the head gasket was blown, but given my vehicle has 150k+ miles on it, they highly recommended, and wouldnt do anything less than a full motor replacement since it would be the better long-term investment. The vehicle isnt worth the $5-6k engine replacement, so I took the vehicle to another mechanic who fixed the overheating problem for less than $800 (they replaced the thermostat and the radiator).

After looking for years for a professional and honest mechanic, visiting mechanics in many countries and many states, I finally found the perfect place. Took my Ford Ranger there, after another mechanic diagnosed the problem, these guys found it was a totally different issue. They had it fixed right away and had great communication. I highly recommend them.

Miracle story time! I went in for a loud squealing noise (turns out it was a rock stuck in the brakes, which they removed quickly), and it turns out my brakes are about to go out. So we made an appointment and within an hour it was fixed. The employees were all super kind and explained what was going on. This is a great place to go for any automotive needs!

Fast, friendly, fair and focused on customer service.While traveling from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City, we heard a rattling coming from the front passenger side of our vehicle and decided to stop in St. George to check it out. After calling several repair shops, I finally connected with Alec who said they had time in the schedule to look at our vehicle. Alec and Sonny quickly diagnosed the problem, a broken caliper bolt. Sonny was able to remove and replace the broken bolt and get us back on the road in about an hour. I highly recommend Pro Auto Care.
