The service department is fantastic! Unfortunately for me, I have had to bring two different vehicles here. The first time was complicated, and I ended up dealing with the service manager, Mike Reed. Mike was incredibly helpful, and caring… he went out of his way to resolve my issues, at a fair price. He was honest, fair, and professional. And, he always returned my phone calls, and kept me informed!!! The second time, I dealt with Cindy. Cindy must have been trained by Mike; she truly exhibits the same professionalism and communication skills, that Mike possesses. Cindy was in constant communication; she was honest about a wrong part being ordered/received, and she was empathetic in my concerns over costs. She even reached out to the parts department, in attempt to match an online price. I am very impressed by the Washington Ford service department. In a world where customer service no longer exists; Washington Ford is a shining example, of what true customer service is meant to be. Thank you, Mike and Cindy!

Bought a used Ram here and the staff is amazing! I traveled two hours to buy the truck and they treated me like I lived right down the street. Prices are in-line with fair market value. Easy to deal with and great deals for sure! Barry Duffey was a great salesmen to deal with! Ask for Barry and tell him I sent ya!!! Awesome dealership!!! Huge selection, this is a big dealership. Building is only about 3 years old.

I was having an issue with another Ford dealership regarding my extended warranty I purchased when I purchased my car. I spoke with kevin konek and I can’t say enough good things about him. He provided me with the proof of my warranty as well as highlighting everything necessary so I would not end up over paying for any work that was needed to pass inspection. I highly recommend dealing with him if you have the opportunity. He goes above and beyond for the customer!

Excellent service. The shop was very busy and asked if they could push my service to the next day. I said if I had to I could figure something out, but not having my car that evening would make child transportation the next day difficult.The service center made sure they had my car ready that day.I have been taking my vehicle to Washington Ford for service and inspections for about three years and have always been very happy with the quality of work, customer service, and pricing. I have never felt oversold or overpriced like you sometimes can at dealerships.

Helen in the service dept was very helpful,My new F550 has had an issue with the gas cap sensor, since it was brand new, the F550 finally threw a code.on the dash.The issue is with design, The gas cap has a tether to keep it from being lost when refueling, After Ford (Helen) diagnosed the code error, we simply disconnected the tether, So it no longer gets entangled in the threads and does not set of the gas cap sensor. Simple fix, We just have to be careful to replace the cap after fueling.It is no longer a problem.Thank you Washington Ford Service Dept (Helen)

Spoke with salesman Dave for 3 days prior to driving 3 hours to pick up a van. He assured us that the photos accurately reflected any issues. My wife had specifically asked about any damages after thinking the hood looked scuffed up in one of the pictures, and Dave sent a picture to her that showed that there was not a scuff, however there were some dents and chipped paint in the hood. He then followed up with another email a few hours later saying he had accidentally sent pictures of a similar, older vans hood and sent a picture of the correct hood showing no damage. This would have been the perfect opportunity for him to have sent pictures of the dents and scratches that were found on every side of the vehicle and even the interior of the vehicle. We went ahead and set up financing ahead of time and an appointment for 1 pm. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, only for our salesman to be with another customer. It took 45 minutes to see the van in person, at which time Dave said they were very behind schedule, and we needed to move quickly. Upon inspection of the van, there were 4 big dents, a lot of scuffs and scratches, the running board had clearly been damaged, and there was paint overspray along the entire length of the roof. When we discussed it with the floor manager, he told us that the vans are in high demand and that we could take it or leave it. We were extremely frustrated with the entire situation, so they finally offered to take $500 off the price of the van, but after their we have you over a barrel attitude, we decided to walk away. On the way home, I called the sales manager, Jeff, and he basically told me that he didnt know what I was expecting but they sell a bunch of used cars, and this is just how it goes. He also told me that my experience was atypical and that they had been in business for 38 years and they wouldnt have sold as many cars if the way I thought I was being treated was representative of how every customers experience was. I told him that I was shocked that he seemed to be perfectly okay with the way this all transpired, and he said he didnt know what I was expecting or how I wanted it to be made right. I told him that I wasnt calling to ask anything of them because I was on my way to another dealership, but that if it was my business, I would want to know about this situation and how it was handled but that it seemed he was perfectly fine with it. He responded by telling me that we were just coming from two different places.

Service I good at the Washington ford dealership. I always ask for Andrea in service department, and she does a real good job of updating me during all work being done. No fault of the dealrship about recall, but I was notified by ford about a recall on my 2017 edge brake system back in the fall of 2020. But the replacement parts for that has never been allotted to the dealership as of yet. Seems to me brakes are a very important part of a car and my wife drives this vehicle every where she goes . only 32,000 m on car . would hope this gets resolved soon. Hopefully not later

Inquired about a car on internet..like I had with a couple other dealerships within 2 miles of this one....emailed with the salesman Bryon..answered all my questions through email, unlike the other 2 dealerships I emailed they wanted me to visit their dealership even through I had preapproval, and knew what I wanted, then stopped talking to me when I said I cannot get there at their scheduled time.. I filled out paperwork online like Bryon said to do...gave him my preapproval numbers and boom drove away with a car that day. And signing paperwork took only a half hr and everything was explained to me. Last time I bought a car from a local dealership I was stuck there for hrs..so was suprised how quick this went. Will recommend to people like they were recommended to me..and they did not disapoint!!

I bought an Explorer 2 years ago with the extended warranty.First review is about the leaking passenger door that was never repaired even though they had my vehicle many times and even sent it out for a repair. It was never repaired. I found the issue and told them exactly what it was, and yet they never listened or repaired it.Now, I had to take the vehicle back for a check engine light and my emergency brake light on when the brake was not engaged. I was told the brake issue is covered under my warranty and I would just owe my $100.00 deductible. Great. BUT the check engine light is not covered - a purge valve - and I would owe nearly $400.00 to have it repaired. Not Great.I do not trust this place. 2 years with a vehicle and multiple problems.Don was the service guy on all occasions and he does nothing to resolve the dissatisfaction.Beware of this dealership and their shady practices and vehicles.I was thinking of trading in my vehicle in the next year and I will not be going back here.1-7-2021: I love how they respond to my review. Telling me to call them. You have my phone number. If you are so concerned with how you treat your customers and the service you give, then you should reach out and call the customer. This just proves how lazy and how much they do not care about their customers.

Was looking around the lot. Curiosity was greater than need be. Thought Potus was going to push for built in USA? MOST CARS were from Mexico, or the engines were from Spain, parts from everywhere. Made me wonder if Ford was a brand worthy product anymore...GM was fairly the same though that day. The used cars have a better warranty offer than the new cars!

Washington Ford Mr. Bill Marnich helped my father get a certified 2017 Ford Fusion . Bill can ship vehicles to anywhere in the continental USA . Washington Ford website was up to date with vehicles for sale. Doing the paperwork will Bill Marnich was easy . We called ahead and he had the car ready for us to look at on Saturday afternoon . Car was ready for pick up that following Monday . Bill and all the staff were very helpful . No one tried to sell us anything we did not want . Very good service at this dealership near interstate 70 & 79 in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Me father has shopped hear and used service department here for decades .

I first took my truck in on Nov 2 for a rumbling/slipping sound coming from the transmission. Tech claims they were unable to duplicate the sound, but the wheel bearing were bad and making noise and found a component that activates the 4 wheel drive faulty. I had to call and inquire to the status because after 1 1/2 days of the vehicle being there, no one called to inform me of anything. Those items were repaired after being there for 4 days. They did have to work with my warranty company to get the repairs approved so 4 days wasnt a problem, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I had to keep calling to ask about the status. They must have not test drove the vehicle after the repairs, because the transmission noise was still present when I picked it up. So I call back, had to drive with the shop foreman to point out the noise. Truck goes back in the shop on Nov 17. Truck remains at the shop as of today, Nov 26. I continually have to call and ask them what about a status. I understand that they have to wrk with the warranty company to get repairs approved. I have no problem with that. My frustration is having to continually call there to find out about the repair status. If I dont call to check up, I believe that Id not know what is happening. My point is, I hoped that communication would have been better.

Don’t buy a used car here!!!I bought a 2016 Smart Fortwo last month and it was a really terrible experience! I trusted the dealer but it turned out they were not that responsible. I actually seldom drove my car after I bought it but got something wrong with my engine. I went to the Smart dealer and they examined this car and couldn’t believe this car can be sold. They actually recognized my car since Washington ford sent this car to get fixed in May, 4 months before I bought it. And at that time the bottom of the car was seriously rusty and my dealer just didn’t mention it me and let me trust him because they got good reputation.... And they refused to help me pay the rust protection. Also there was a part worn out in my car. I only bought it for a month and I didn’t drive it much!! Awful experience and please please please don’t buy used cars here.

Stopped by to see a Ranger I had seen online. Using the excuse of COVID, they said they wouldnt let me drive the truck without running numbers. Since thats what I wanted to accomplish as well as looking at a truck (and I explained this to the salesperson) I left without a test drive and a bad opinion of the dealership. Ive owned 20+ vehicles, at least 7 brand new and this is the first time Ive experienced this level of nonsense. Wont return here.

Wasn’t going to leave a review but after reading other reviews it seems that low offers on trades is somewhat common here. Washington Ford’s offer on my trade was $3,000 less than KBB and $2,500 less than TWO other Ford dealers. I explained that I had already been offered $2500 more and was told I should take that offer! It’s a shame because they had the truck I wanted. Ultimately I found the truck and a fantastic sales experience at Solomon Ford. It is my hope you reevaluate your trade in process!

This was quite simply one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. We needed a new service van. After attempting to buy locally, we located this van via the internet. It was exactly what we needed for our business. My Accountant worked with our salesman Barry to secure the vehicle and what we needed to do over the phone and email. Mind you, we flew 550 miles to buy the vehicle and drive it back to Tennessee from Pennsylvania. When we got there they picked us up from the airport, worked us in earlier than our appointment so that we could get headed back to Tennessee with the vehicle same day. Every transaction from the purchase to the paperwork was smooth and nothing was misleading or incorrect. We honestly will probably purchase our next vehicle from these guys. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service.

Scheduled an appointment and went here to look at a lightly used van for our growing family.Had to wait 20 minutes, then were driven to the van, which was in another lot nearby. There was one large dent in the rear. I asked if it was possible to have it repaired, being that the vehicle was certified pre-owned and the area of the damage was already rusting. The response of the salesperson was we have new vans across the street if you want a nicer van.It was hard to believe this was his response, but the van otherwise fit our needs and looked good, so we requested to take it for a test drive.The salesperson said we couldnt drive it, because he hadnt bought a dealer plate. That was the end of the discussion - no offer to go get a plate, no explanation. So we left.So we drove 2 hours round trip to be insulted after asking a reasonable question, and then told we couldnt drive a vehicle.Will never go here again. Ended up buying a Toyota van, and love it.

Horrible experience all the way from the salesperson all the way up to the sales manager. From walking in there to walking out in 10 minutes later, just gave off a horrible attitudes. Will not be going back there which is horrible because they have a verity of cars to choose from and it sucks to say because they have the SUV that I want. I can also agree with different reviews about the bad trade in prices, when the guy walks out to my vehicle looks in the window and then walks around the SUV with all in a matter of 20 seconds. Then comes in and gives us 2,500 under what blue book says it’s worth. I’m not sure how that is coming up with a fair trade value. My advice would be call Woltz and Wind and deal with them. Much friendlier and easier to work with.

If you need a vehicle in a timely manner do not waste your time here. I drove almost an hour to get there to look at a vehicle only to get a sales rep who seemed completely uninterested in selling a car. I even filled out a credit app online and after a week of no response back from the finance dept or sales rep after multiple calls on my part I gave up and bought a vehicle at another dealership. Go somewhere that treats you like your business means something.

Short version of a long story! First off, Bill Marnich, Sales & Leasing was a pleasure to deal with as we progressed our trade-in/purchase. Really need to call out the superior customer service that Ryan Keebler, Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager provided us! The day after my son took home his used 2013 F150, we encountered some issues. Ryan had us immediately bring the vehicle back, insisted on keeping it a bit longer to ensure all issues were resolved as they performed some proactive part replacement to make sure we were not returning unhappy in a month or two. Additionally, Ryan assured us hed cover the cost of a rental vehicle that could tow a trailer (ensuring my son could keep working at his landscaping job!). All in all - it was an unexpected journey - but have nothing but good things to say about Ryan/team - as they place customer service/happiness first and have tremendous set of ethics! I purchased my F-150 new from David Antonich at Washington Ford and found the purchase experience to be quick, hassle free and fair. There are a number of different option packages and configurations of the F-150, and Dave was a master of them all and could tell by looking at the on the lot trucks, not the inventory computer, which trucks fit my wish list. Edit:They called my parents and told them to make me change my review. My dad was sick going through chemo and the staff that helped us decided berating a cancer patient to change a review was appropriate. Shame on you. This was a few years ago but when reminiscing about my dad when he was alive I remembered and it upset me all over again.I brought it my 2014 ford focus because the transmission was shuttering, kicking and all together not safe. When I went to pick it up I was told the computers didnt give us any error messages so we couldnt do anything, the car is up to fords standards. Well I just took my car to a dealer in Detroit. They took the car for a drive and fixed the problem for me in 3 hours. I also had my check engine light come on in January, two days after it was inspected, and they fixed it at Washington. A month later the same problem came up and it had to be fixed again. Not impressed. I would rather drive the 5 hours to michigan to get my car fixed right than wait the time to get it fixed here.

I bought a used car at Washington Ford. It was an AS IS sale. Within a week it started to have some issues. I brought it back to the dealer a few times and they did try to repair it but to no avail. My salesperson Dave Antonich was very patient with me and told me to bring the car back in each time. The car was still having issues and I was at the point where I had enough and wanted out of the vehicle. Long story short, Dave told me to bring the car back in and they bought the car back from me without a problem. I found another car on the lot and they gave me a good deal on it as well. I left Washington Ford that day with a big smile on my face and thankful that they stood behind their vehicles and really stood behind the little guy. I would like to send out a BIG Thank You to my salesman Dave Antonich a great guy and the Sales Manager another great guy. He was really involved behind the scenes. Make sure you get an up to date inspection sticker from these guys. Bought a used 2016 mustang from them in February and took it back to them in June because I needed to get a new state inspection sticker. I wound up failing the inspection because I didn’t have mufflers on the exhaust. I still have the same exhaust system on it that was on the car when they sold it to me. I told them that and they said there’s nothing I could do and that I needed to get mufflers put on if I wanted to pass inspection. Doesn’t seem right that they would sell someone a car that wouldn’t pass state inspection at their own dealership and then when told of this refuse to do anything to help. The whole point of buying a car from a dealership and not in a back ally is because you’re supposed to be able to trust that the car is good to go and not have anything shady done to it. Definitely wouldn’t trust these guys again when buying a new car.Update:Shortly after posting this I received a call from Washington Ford. They had looked more into it and found out that mufflers were a grey area and whatever I have should have passed inspection. They told me the main reason I failed was because of tint on my lights. I told them that was fine I knew going into it that those were suspect and i would have been able to take the tint off if that was the only problem but then didn’t because they also failed me for the mufflers. So in the end I need to take the tint off and go get a new inspection done. Just a little mad still because I could have taken it all off there if that was going to be the only problem and it took them seeing the above review to look more into it and figure out what the situation with my mufflers was.

Worst service ever. Showed up, and looked at a car. Went in to get a salesman. Waited 20 minutes and noone came. We left for lunch. Was convinced to go back, because I really wanted the car. Got the sales manager directly. He came out, said they didnt have the keys the lock smith did. He disappeared without even telling us anything for 25 minutes and nothing happened. I was ready to buy the car. Ive never seen a dealership just not want to sell a car.

Our sales associate Brian was absolutely fantastic and the buying experience was smooth as silk. We did our credit application online and were approved within the hour, upon pick up, we signed our paperwork and were in and out with my wifes new Chrysler Town & Country in less than 40 minutes. Very good dealer with great people thereHi there are a few of these features you have a good idea for a month of my body and I can only use the onion as well I can use a little bit more of a few of these recipes and the bacon and the cheese will help me to get rid and I dont want the same amount as it was before it came out and it is fine and it was the same thing as the first and the best in a long way in a few years to the end game of my career as the best I need a lot to do with the fact check out the game for a couple days to make it happen again and I dont think its going anywhere for a while but I dont know how it will scrap it up as car sales go down in a few years or even year and it is not a big problem in a long way to get the job and it will work for us and we have a great team to do that in a few of the same areas we are in 666 to 6AM in a long time in a few of these games that were playing in a long time in a few years to make it happen

We had our F150 truck in for an oil change and maintenance a week ago, and I mentioned that the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly. We were billed for charging the fluid as no leak was found. We are now driving to the beach with absolutely no air with a 17 month old and a 5 year old in 90 degree weather. In February our transmission was flushed and we were billed hundreds of dollars since the mechanic said it didn’t need replaced. Less than a month later and probably only driving twice, we replaced the transmission for over $3,000. Our truck is old with low mileage and in pristine condition as it’s our third vehicle. We asked if we would be credited for the fluid replacement and were told no. Very disappointing and inconvenient, especially since it looks like we will have to find someone to fix correctly while we are on vacation.We decided to return to Washington Ford after vacation and our Service Advisor, Kevin, worked with us to diagnose and repair as well as working with us on the pricing. He frequently communicated and stayed in touch to ensure we were satisfied. His efforts were appreciated. Therefore we are changing this to a 4 star review.

I know their are nice friendly people there but the man who approached my husband was very rude. We went he to return our pickup truck lease and he wanted to know who sent us there and kept talking in a very belligerent manner. I had called and we did exactly as they said. Huge inventory, attentive and considerate salespeople, and easy to work with. Jeremie was our salesman and he was great! We bought two vehicles in just over a week. Dont fear buying a used vehicle either, they are very particular about their used inventory and make everything right before they offer it for sale. Excellent experience. I will be back. As I previously wrote on the Washington Ford survey, this review is about an emergency repair job done to my 2018 Ford Escape...it was towed into the dealership by J&E Towing..a young man named Brian was an outstanding worker representing Ford Assistance that you must call for the tow...he knew much about the Escape and tried to explain all possible scenarios that resulted in engine failure...his towing company was worth the wait...my main concern was that after it was towed in on Wednesday nothing was done ..no one even looked at it until as Andrea the service office rep reported to me on an emergency overview on Saturday, yet nothing was reported to me about its status until Monday, then it only took two days to repair...the best part of this whole situation is if you are in my situation, you want a service rep like Andrea to be your contact person....she provided daily updates and even after the car went home she called to make sure it was performing properly..she truly is an asset to Washington Ford

Great experience buying our CPO explorer. Joe was awesome to work with and was very easy to talk to. I went in expecting to have to haggle and deal for a good trade in but they came straight out and gave me top dollar trade in for my car and with a little bit of persuading they gave me a little more!
