Great customer service today, I had taken a snapshot of two fabrics I found online, when I got to the store I asked an employee where I could find them. Less than one minute she had found them for me. She polite, talkative, made me feel welcome. Wish I remembered her name. Thank you again.

Aside from the amount spent on quilting materials, the employees were helpful and nice. So many ideas for so many colors and prints! You would have to be crazy not to buy here!

I love JoAnn Fabric and Crafts! They always have a sell of some kind going on! Then you add thier coupons to your purchases and the price is right!! They have a wide selection of fabric, home decor and crafts!

The place is wonderful and the employees very helpful, but the reason I am giving it 4 stars is that my Mother is disabled and so she uses the Electric shopping cart to move around in, the way the store is set up though is that the isles and displays dont provide enough room to get by. My Mother doesnt like going here for that reason cause she cant get through the store in an electric shopping cart and the store is too big for her to walk in her disabling condition. Otherwise We completely recommend going here for all your crafting needs, infact my entire family loves JOANNs and really hope in the future the store can be more accessible.

It probably deserves more than 2 stars but I was frustrated. I tried to get the attention of an employee to tell them a toilet seat was broken in the disabled stall and someone could fall if they did not have their balance. I have my balance but nearly toppled over when it moved. The employee acted like I was bothering her and said she knew about the toilet and they would keep tightening it and it kept coming loose and nothing else could be done. I said it should be replaced and she walked off saying she would notify the manager. I cant imagine anyone who is in a wheelchair trying to sit down and have the top seat slide out from under them. On the other hand, the cashier was as friendly as could be.

Not particularly fond of this Joanns store. They are a very small store and rarely have things in stock. Even when their online inventory says they have 3 or 4 of something you are lucky if they have any at all. Half the employees dont seem to know what they are doing and the other half that do (management) is rude. The store is more often than not a mess. I usually go to Michaels even though their prices are a bit higher and they are farther from my home.

The sales here are amazing! I was able to buy 5 fleece tie blanket kits and swimsuit material at 60-75% off so I saved WAY more than I spent! The material ranges in price but is fairly high quality. Plentitude of patterns and styles to choose from as well as crafting materials (boxes, paint, yarn, thread, machines, stamps, upholstery material, etc.

Found just what I needed. Bought some great fabrics that I used spray fabric adhesive to apply to my hutch. The service was very good and selection was too!

If you sew, paint or do crafts, JoAnns is the place for you. the store is large enough to have a good selection of yarn, sewing items, and decorative stuff of every kind. As the seasons change, they display fun items for the season and these displays never fail to inspire my decorating moods.

I always shop for fabric and craft supplies here. Very helpful staff.

Slowest place I’ve ever been to get craft supplies. Will find other places to get what I need even if I have to pay more. Totally not worth the 30 minute wait in line to buy 2 fabric quarters!

Since covid I have found that there are isnt as much of a range of choice any more. I was disappointed in their buttons and had to go to Orem to get a couple of packets of awsome novelty buttons for my crafts..

Havent sewed clothes in years.. decided to get some patterns and fabric, and craft things. Staff was very helpful, and kind.All masked and wipes were by the door.

If I could do zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. I bought a Singer Heavy Duty machine for $200. I used it twice. The camstac is broken so the machine does not work. This is a manufacturer error. They would not help me work with Singer at all. Basically, their customer service ends after 90 days. I just retired and was excited about taking classes and learning everything I could about sewing. I guess that my consumer spending will go to another store.

For the 2nd time of visiting Jo Anns They have two few staff for number of customers. I got passed around to 3 different clerks. The last 2 had very little knowledge about fabrics.

Cashier was a young girl, not the usual lady I see there. I always ask if there are any coupons out and she quickly responded. Nope, nothing in store. I told her I had the app and the emails and she just said nope, sorry. The lady that usually helps me ALWAYS finds something.... even if its only on one item.I proceeded with my purchase anyway only to find out later that there were SEVERAL that would have saved me about $30 on my $100 purchase... :(I also didnt realize that the yarn I bought didnt ring up for the sale price of 40% off... they are always great with returns so Im not too concerned, but hope they will instruct/coach ALL staff to direct patrons to potential coupons when they are out there.

Good use of masks here... Unlike other stores in the area who dont enforce use. Employees are nice and helpful. They do need to be more clear about the need to pick a number if you want fabric cut. ( There was no sign and I waited in line only to be told I didnt have one (and the dispenser was. On the other counter and not visible). Otherwise it wasnan OK place.

Ever time I go, the line is long and the cashiers are very slow. They show no interest in trying to get people through the line 😒. The cashiers will talk for awhile to people they know and its not worth the 30 minutes to just pick up two items. Youre better off going to Michaels.

Well stocked and had plenty of 100% cotton and gauze fabrics.

Theyve reduced their amount of yarn down quite a bit. But was still able to get what I wanted.

They stay open late and helped with a project.

Last week the store was open. I went back today to many many people trying to get in. There is a very small print sign on the door stating they are closed at this time. That is fine... but maybe a BIGGER sigh that says closed so people (many of them elderly) don’t have to get out of their car and walk all the way to the front door to know they are currently closed. And maybe changing what google is saying to say online only as well?!??

The fabric cutter was really helpful in some decisions I needed to make. However, it would be nice to see helpful hints around the fabric for those of us who are completely lost in fabric stores. I was looking for material for the back of a T-shirt quilt Im having made.I chose wrong fabrics... like I said, SUPER helpful counter lady. Just a thought to make the experience that much easier for us sewing-challenged types.

Love my new curtains. The fabric is so soft, and I love the design I chose. I will be back for more material to make 4 more curtains.

I make jewelry. JOANN is where I find all supplies I need, I mean everything! Great prices, large inventory. Just a hint: try to catch JOANNs sales especially doorstopers. Terrific prices.

Dont bother placing an internet pick-up order. I have received 1 of the 5 and canceled the rest after days if waiting. Inferior cotton quilting fabrics. I have learned to find the smaller shoppes.

Having worked in a JoAnns store, I feel Im qualified to give this review. Shelves were not adequately stocked nor was the product neatly shelved. Even though there were only 3 other customers in the store during the 40 minutes I was there shopping, not a single team member asked if I needed help and there was quite a mess from the aisles they were switching to Christmas. (Work one section at a time to keep product out.) The team member working the counter handed my coupon back to me after use, and I had to hand it back to him, since they should be destroyed as per store policy. He was friendly, but hadnt been properly trained on coupons nor on returns (the customer in front of me had to return an item). It wasnt a terrible shopping experience, but not what I know the company strives to achieve.

This is a very nice craft store they have almost everything you need for your home project. Mine is quilting and embroidery. I buy most of my materials from Jo-Anns. The prices are good they have great deals and the quality is good. They have a good variety of yarns for your knitting or crochet. Also painting, flowers and lots of other crafts. The store is clean the employees are friendly and helpful.

Best selection of fabric in St. George. Decent prices, lots of sales, and if you pay attention they put out 60% off one regular price coupons pretty regularly. Its worth checking their website or app before shopping.

Usually my experience at Joannes is good but it is rather frustrating when you are a customer in the store waiting in line and they keep answering the phone.

They mark stuff way up just so they can offer confusing coupons and heaven forbid if you dont have one. If you can shop elsewhere

I was waiting In the line to go into joanns with my mom and I understand that because of this pandemic that they can only limit a certain amount of people into the store. But only allowing two people in at a time in a giant store is ridiculous. They wouldn’t let me go in with my mom.

Had what I needed

They had a terrible selection of crochet cotton. The service was wonderful they were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They had good sales on fabric and a really good selection to choose from. The only disappointment was the one thing I really needed crochet cotton.

I like going to Jo-Anns with my wife I buy things there I do things there the problem is theres no place for a man to sit down and wait for their wives or their girlfriends when I get ready to buy something I give it to her put it in the basket and then she asked me if theres anything else or she shows me stuff but thats why she doesnt buy that much or a lot of other women because Ive talked to men and they say I have no place to sit and I dont want to go outside its cold or she wants to ask me something Im out in the car so the only thing is bad is they dont have a bench or something that men or women could sit down that, thats all that that

For so many reasons, I love Joann Fabrics. They have awesome ideas for the hand crafter. There is a large assortment of notions, etc. for your projects. The staff is helpful. An added bonus is meeting other Crafters😊.

Awesome selection good coupons

This store is cluttered and old and always chaotic. They never have what I need, or enough of what I need, leaving me to go online. They do have good sales which can be a redeeming quality as long as you don’t have to pay shipping. for quick shipping it would have cost over $22.00, so I settled for slow shipping (still $7.99 for yarn which weighs next to nothing) and have to wait weeks for the yarn to arrive. The sales price is definitely not worth the wait.

Holy fabric. Great selection of fabric. They usually have sales or coupons (in store and app). Small selection of drawing (if you want more crafts check Michaels). The also have a small selection of yarn, home decor (mostly seasonal), & paper crafts. The staff were very helpful. Also, clean public bathrooms.

The normal parking spots are closer to the door than the handicap spaces. I guess normal handicapable people are wanted more.Also, no handicap door opener.
