I decided last minute to get highlights and a cut before travelling and Whitney did an awesome job! Ive recently started to go gray and just wanted to kinda blend and disguise without a dramatic change. While other salons were booked a month out, I was able to get in here on a Friday on short notice and get exactly what I wanted without breaking the bank!! I cant wait for everyone back east to tell me that Southern Utah looks good on me! I got my eyebrows waxed as well and she was so gentle I had none of the redness Ive experienced in the past. Got a great haircut and color from Hanna. She took the time to listen to what I wanted. She was not rushing to finish my hair. The shop was very clean.

They asked me to come back later in the day for a kids haircut. No one else was presently there waiting for a haircut, I thought they could take him right away. Needs a better scheduling process.

Tammy was amazing she made sure I had a realistic expectation of the hair color I was trying to get it and was super professional. She also did a really cute hairstyle when she was done I’m not quite used to my short hair and she really made me love it. I would definitely see her again.

Im sure theres better hair salons out there but this one has been really good for us. With the Dixie Direct card you get a great haircut at a great price. Ive enjoyed the haircuts Ive received here way more than the ones Ive gotten at Great Clips. I highly recommend calling ahead and putting your name on the list because theyre is usually a wait. The stylists are friendly and good at basic cuts for men and kids. Kids receive a free bouncy ball with each service. Thats pretty fun.

I chopped my hair too short and it looked tacky so I went here and little did I know, it turned out way better than I thought! I highly recommend this place. They are really friendly also.

I had my hair cut today by Courtney. She did an awesome job. Have only had my hair cut once in the past year and have trimmed my own bangs. I told her how much I wanted cut off and she did as I requested. I will be going back to see her again. Highly recommended

You can tell shes very passionate about her work, especially the way she carries herself💓 i asked her, her thoughts on my layers whether i should do a v at the ends or keep the ends straight and she was very helpful and honest. I asked her to fix my bangs that were growing out and she tapered them to flow with my long layers 💕 she knows what shes doing and she will make sure you get a haircut that meets your expectations and compliments you 😊I loved talking to her! I was super nervous about it, I I had a terrible experience 9 years ago and have not colored my hair since. Last minute today I decided to go for it and went in as a walk in the staff was soo great! Alexa cut and colored my hair and she is not only Fantastic at what she professionalizes in but she made my experience great! She put me at ease by how knowledgeable she is which made it WAY easier to relax and trust her to do her thingShe actually listened and executed what I wanted.. I am so excited about the results and could not have asked for a more perfect overall experience! I definitely found my forever stylist 😁

I have a had a great experience both times I have gone. It was a friendly environment and the staff that cuts your hair are very talkative but respect your privacy. First time I went I had Alexa cut my hair and she is extremely precise and does exactly what you ask, but she also informs you of how to have healthy hair and the necessary cut to achieve that health. I am very happy with how my hair turned out.

Usually Im not a fan of these types of salons but I have been converted because I love going here. Shannon has been my stylist a few times. She has great suggestions and I always leave happy. I asked if they did keratin treatments and the lady absolutely had no idea what i was talking about was trying to price shampoos and conditioners to me? as a salon professional you would think that they would know basic knowledge and because of this i don’t think i could get my hair done here if they know so little.

Normally, good service, always a good hair cut. Always friendly staff. Today was an exception. I called ahead to get on the wait list, was told “ten minutes”. I arrived in less than ten and still waited almost 45 minutes before getting back for a haircut. One girl was slow, taking her time cleaning up her station after a customer, then taking to other employees, then decided to call the next on list (which wasn’t me) even though by now, the waiting room was full. I gave my chair up to a mom with a few kids. None of the girls seemed to hurry. Finally, a fourth employee arrived and helped. The only reason I’m commenting is hopefully, they will see this and be more aware. Still my favorite place for hair cut.

I was told that they were VERY busy and couldnt get me. in until 4:00. I was there at 10:00 with only one person waiting in the lobby. When I came back at 4:00 there was one stylist sitting in the back room and another folding towels. Nobody would help me. I was looking for some wax service. This facility hires racist people. I guess I wasnt the right color for them.

Jamie was FANTASTIC! She was sweet, easy to talk to, and so flexible. I didnt quite know what I wanted, changed the direction mid-way through and she rolled with it. I ended up with a cut that I love. Ill definitely be back to see Jamie the next time Im in St. George.

Originally went in for a perm but due to my bleached hair I couldn’t do it . But super thankful the staff wanted to test a strand of my hair first because if we didn’t then my hair would be fried right now !! They suggested I got a condition done on my hair to have protein put back into it, was wonderful !! I end up getting my hair cut little past my shoulder, never have I ever been so happy after a haircut usually takes some getting use to but the moment I walked out I was IN LOVE !! Thank you so much ! Cut of the dead ends, come out with such positive attitude! I felt good & looked good !

I am kinda saddened... I was suppose to get pink hair and it turned out orange.... They bleached my hair (so the color can stick,) and put mixes of different pinks :( and when it dryed, it became a copper color. She seemed a little nervous when she saw the result. I am heart broken because their service was amazing and friendly we even stayed after close to finish my hair.. but its just nowhere close to how I wanted it and Im super discouraged now, and have to go get it fixed tomorrow. Im really sad because it was 130 dollars and it didnt even turn out right. I went home and cried to my boyfriend and he said that we will get it fixed :( they were awesome just the color was not anywhere close to what I wanted. Great service just not correct color. My hair is orangeish blonde red.

Went in for a haircut and to have color stripped out of my hair. The cut looks great, but the color remover process they did didnt work, so they told me to come back the next morning so they can fix it. Satisfaction Guaranteed well I went in and they fixed it, but they made me freaking pay for it. Spent over $100 for something that shouldve only been $45. Plus it took nearly 9 hrs. I wont be back. Pisses me off that I had to pay double!!

And while Im writing a Review I just have to say after going to Fantastic Sams off and on for about 30 years, the other places just dont get it! I want a shampoo with my hair cut! So gross to think of getting a hair cut at other places where they dont wash your hair first! Love their shampoos & conditioners too!

I should have done this much much sooner but I finally decided I am not at all happy with the outcome.I went in for my birthday last August to get my hair dyed.I was so happy to get it done the color I always wanted!But after over 8 hours of sitting in a chair bleaching, drying, Washing, etc. I did NOT walk out with what I wanted. I showed her a picture of a beautiful lilac, with some blue and dark purple roots and what did I get? Dark purple roots and a embarrassing grandma gray.I told the stylist this is not what I wanted, I have bad social anxiety and it took me ALOT to speak up.the response I got? I can see the lilac, were trained to see it!okay but I cant and my husband cant either. I dont like it. So she said Well why dont you think it over and call me tomorrow if you want to fix it.?I said book me that appointment right now.Now at this time it was 10minutes past closing. I was there for over 8 hours.Can back the next day they ended up just putting dark purple all over. Still not what I paid for. They offered to fix it again!! My hair has now been bleached and dyed twice. My poor hair is so DAMAGED. I said no I just want a refund.So she refused to give me my money on the spot and called the owner or who ever and got my cheek 2 days later.Im glad I got SOME of my money back. But my hair is SO DEAD NOW.I feel like they should have done more to fix my hair.I do not at all recommend this place. Get Cheaper and much much better service at Taylor Andrews.

I have been going here for over 15 years. They always hire people that know what they are doing. I tried going to the more expensive salons just to see if it was any better, and I can assure you that Fantastic Sams has always been a better choice. I would rather keep my money and avoid the high cost hair cuts at other places.

Nedia (at least I think* that was her name) took such good care of me!! I came in from out of town for a graduation ceremony and needed help washing my hair (due to an injury). Nedia was so sweet in understanding and helped me to get ready to go. I scan not thank her enough.

Very disappointed, my hair colour was better before I went on. 4.5 hpits when I got home the color was still on my hair. The girl did not even defend me when I told them the silver on my hair was better before I went on. The girl did not even talk or knew how to color my hair, asked for a discount and they said no. Never had been here until recently and I didnt care for the facility layout or cleanliness but my haircut was perfect.

Id give a zero if I could. When I got there, I was informed it would be a 30 min wait. After an hour I asked where I was at in line because people who showed up after me, got helped before me. I understand you can call ahead and make an appointment, but those people should be taken into account when told how long Id have to wait. The gal apologized and found the error but after waiting another 20 minutes I just left.

HORRIBLE.... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...WELL IDK ABOUT THE OTHER STAFFs QUALITY of WORK BUT (AUBREY/AUDREY) WHATEVER HER NAME IS SHOULDNT BE EVEN WORKING THERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY !!! Luckily my brother is nice but if I was there we wouldnt even pay full price for a UGLY /UNFINISHED haircut!!! It looked horrible and my brother said he tried telling her to make it a clean cut but she gave him ATTITUDE...Im really upset and furious...If I knew how it looked and how disappointed my brother was before we drove home I wouldve stormed back into the shop and get our money back or get someone else to FINISH THE BUSINESS!!! If you had a bad day then call it quits and stay HOME INSTEAD OF ripping kids off when they come in for a cut!!!!

Spent over $100 for a hair color and disappointed because the color I wanted I can hardly see. Sat in the chair for over three hours. Seems more of the color went on the foil than on hair. Second time have my hair colored there, and disappointed once again.

Awful service! Its been three times now that Ive made an appointment and they dont respect it, why would you take appointments if youre not going to be serious about it?
