Dude isnt rude, just busy, get over yourselves. Speed of unloading depends on when you get here. Was to a door by 0700 for 0730 appt. Just now hear banging in the trailer at 0845 but it looks like a one man show and 3 trucks ahead of me.

Excellent place to unload. Total time on premises was less than an hour. Receiving closes at noon.

This place does not have a copy machine, they let you take picture of your bol, if you want your own copy, you must bring 2 sets of bols.Guy does sound mean at reveiving and doesnt smile, but he is super nice. Pulled his 4 pallets without appointment in 15 min, no problem! Plenty space to turn around and back in, has few spots before the gate for overnighters, has legit bathroom inside. Clean place!Thank you!

I get it...all the one star negative reviews... I havent even delivered yet and I cannot help but give one star for this distributor. I showed up on Monday my appointment was for Tuesday, been calling since Sunday. No answer. I finally get here and it seems that its a holiday, someone answered on the employee intercom after about 10 mins. to inform me of this then proceeded to disconnect whilst I was in the middle of speaking. I get that you may not like your job, I even get that you may not like working on the holiday. .. But for gods sakes you are still working! How about before we hire people we either provide customer service training or you make sure that they have had experience in it. Or at the very least know etiquette and are pleasant and know how to speak to a client. We all need each other in whatever business we are in, so let’s work together and make our jobs a little bit more bearable. We need more accountability in this industry!One good thing is they unload fast. At least in my case.
