Good candles, decent price, good customer service.

Mmm. Smells so nice, so many different candles and other scented items plus accessories. Very nice store, great people.

The sales associate was very pleasant and helpful, almost overly helpful. The store is not crowded and the shopping experience is typical of the Yankee Candle stores in malls. Unfortunately the Yankee Candle products are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. The company is owned by a very large rubber manufacturer and the fragrance is cheap, doesnt last and surely wont fill a small room. Yankee Candle used to offer three best and finest candles available, now they are worse then the cheapest Chinese imported junk! Save your money and time and buy the Better Homes and Gardens candles and tarts at Walmart.

Plenty to choose from in flavors often no longer kept in retail stores. With coupons and in stor specials, one can often find large jar candles in quantity purchases for an average of about $11 each...again when buying multiples. We generally stock up on several dozen at a time when we visit here.Covid precautions are followed.

It was nice. Shelves were stocked. The lighting was good. Staff greeted and was helpful.

So helpful, professional, and did all covid19 mandates. They handled the jars with gloves on her hands. I felt very safe to shop here

I want to thank Mary for her above customer service !!! I have a severe allergy to scent but want to give candles for x-mas. Mary picked out my candles assuring the scents that put me in an asthma attack were not selected and helped me complete the transaction while I stayed outside so I do not have an attack! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and awesome personality!

Love their product but was just in the store and their customer service at this location is sub-par to say the least. I wanted 4 quarters so my son could ride the little rides outside their store and they refused to swap 4 quarters for a dollar told me I had to go to the outlets guest service or make a purchase. Ridiculous! Make a purchase so you can give me change for a dollar. What ever happened to good customer service. Over the years I have purchased hundreds of dollars in product and now I will never buy another item from your company.
