I had the most wonderful time and experience at this charming and beautiful Dior store. I met with Fei and I cannot rave enough about her. She has a personality that lights up a room, she makes you feel comfortable and she is the epitome of what you expect from a high end store SA. Fei made sure my whole family was comfortable while I was trying to decide on a bag (I take a lot of time when I am shopping especially for bags) My family including my pup loved her and I absolutely adore her! This was one of the best experiences that Ive had shopping in a high end store. Ive shopped in many different ones but Fei made this experience one of the best! Thank you Fei! And DC Dior!

The attitude is very cold! I cant feel any professional ability at all! They don’t have men’s clothing, so I buy them online. The online shopping is very bad. They are playing word games for you. They say they will be delivered the next day. But they mean they will be delivered to UPS the next day. However, they will be delivered to UPS on Friday. It will not be mailed on Saturday alone! ! ! I want to say that since the consumption exceeds the amount of money, it will be delivered for free the next day, if you cant do it, you can also collect money for transportation! ! ! Angry 😡! Now I am looking at the UPS progress bar and waiting long! This experience is very bad! Of course, online shopping has nothing to do with this store!
Celine (SA) sourced my unicorn shade myABC Dior bag. She was very helpful all throughout the process and even follows-up weeks after of me purchasing the item. Love my bag and I love Celine💓 Highly recommended 💝

Walked in with the intention of buying a Lady Dior and walked out vowing to never come back again. The second I entered I was followed by a rude saleswoman everywhere and wasn’t asked once what I was looking for. Instead of helping me in my search, she stood seven feet away and watched everything I touched. Would give this 0 stars if I could but 1 is reasonable because the man outside was extremely kind to me.
Worst experience. People presume without even talking. Had to wait for 15 mins to get inside the store and then not allowed to enter the store. The manager thought that only one member shops in a family, so no other members can enter. Discrimination at its worst. Never going to shop at DIOR again!
Excellent service! I spoke with Kat on the phone and was helped by Marika. They were both extremely knowledgeable and polite. I received follow up calls about some extra items I was interested in. With all of the Covid19 adjustments retailers have had to make its great to see the level of customer service here is optimal and second to none.
I could careless about writing for reviews on high-end luxury because the SAs are usually stuck up and Im there to get what I want - in and out. HOWEVER, I need to take some time and rave about JERELL!!! He is seriously the best, the moment I called to schedule an appointment and to the point I left. It was my first time in Dior and he was incredibly accommodating. Providing me honest feedback about the product there and what things are highly recommended in the store. The service he provided was incredible and I will definitely be back to buy more products, only from him though. If you guys want a great service, seriously - ask for Jerell. You will not be disappointed :)
People must never shopping high fashion you should be lucky Dior even allowed you to buy their fine things!

Horrible experience! They never answer the phone, someone did answer they took my # and said they would call me back to verify their inventory. They never called back. I attempted to call back multiple times to no answer. When I showed up they had closed early and refused to even open the door to speak. They just incoherently yelled through the glass door. I have multiple personal shoppers in NYC, Pairs, Rome and LA for other designers (I just happened to be in DC and wanted to grab something specific that online showed they had in stock) and I have never experienced or witness such blatant disrespect and disregard for customers at high price points. Incredibly rude and obviously untrained sales people.
This is the worst location. They never answer the phone. I have tried to get an appointment on several occasions with no luck. I rather spend my money at Louis Vuitton across from them.
I love Dior and recently fell in love with the Lady Dior handbags. I visited the boutique (6/26/20), and Marika was so helpful and nice. They have hand sanitizer upon walking in the store. I visited the store the next day to buy another because I just loved the one I bought, but she wasnt there, and I wasnt aware they were only taking appointments. I was a bit upset because of one SA in particular. There was such a huge difference in how she treated one person compared to another person who had an appointment. I get you are supposed to make an appointment, but why does that change how you treat a customer? She was not my SA, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. She was the one who told me I needed an appointment, couldnt help me in a very rude tone (professionalism zero), and told me to come back another day with an appointment. If she had told me Sorry, but would it be okay if you visited another day as we are booked today?, I would have really appreciated that. Then, she let me know there is another SA who could help me even though I needed to wait (it was just a 5 minute wait which is totally reasonable). I loved my SA that day although Marika was absent (I dont remember her name). She was so patient with me, and I tried to be quick in case she had another appointment. We joked how I would probably come back the next day, and I probably would have to buy another LOL, but I resisted. My sister loved Marika btw and is thoroughly enjoying her new Lady Dior bag :) I will be back!
Beautiful store and great atmosphere I was visiting DC for the first time and got excited to find a Dior store. Went in and was greeted right away. Very nice and attentive staff! I will come back when in town and will make a purchase in the near future.

I had the pleasure of working with Jerell this past weekend - he is a gem! I could have stayed in the store all day chatting and shopping with him. The store is impeccable and I highly recommend visiting this location!
I strolled in, just wanting to take a little tour of the high end shops while visiting the big city. Jerell served me refreshments, gave me a tour of the store & collection and was an overall terrific brand ambassador. A great visit especially considering I didnt make a purchase. Thanks!

I’ve been trying to order a item at other Dior Stores & no one got back with me & here come Cat to the rescue 🙌🏽 She was very patient with me & she walked me through everything, she also contacted me today, telling me that my order is scheduled to be shipped today 🙌🏽💕💕
They sent the wrong item to my house but included all my information inside the item. They called to take the item back and trying to arrange for pick up was a hassle! They released my information to someone else’s package and all they had to say was sorry.

Got here at 3:56pm and doors were looked, a salesman was in the store just staring at us but not coming to the door, no one answered the phone again when I called. Will not be shopping here ever again.
***update***We have since been back to Dior and Fei has taken great care of us. It seems like our poor experience was a one off incident and not the standard. Firstly, its a beautiful store.... HUGE! and the layout is gorgeous. I went in with my eyes on a classic dior silk scarf. Jerell Renaud took out what must have been every single scarf they had to make sure I was happy.Beyond that, I never got the vibe that some luxury stores give off.... ya know that vibe? I was in birkenstocks, jean shorts and a crop top and was still treated with the most respect and care. Actually Jerell made me feel like a princess even though my purchase was small. Even if i was purchasing nothing he would have let me explore.Thank you so much to Jerell. You made my first Dior experience so amazing.
