Customer service here is astoundingly bad. I’ve had numerous occasions with different sales people who were just blatantly rude and lacked basic politeness. I’ll be ordering online from here on out.

The service is awful. The girl working on weekends doesnt want to sell.

I had a much different experience that others at this location. I drive in from Virginia even though Tysons is closer just because i get such great service at this store. I get excellent help and attention, good recommendations, and recently had brought back some pants to be repaired with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend!

Customer service was lacking today. Whats at the store for 5 minutes, about five salespeople standing around on their phones, and the most they said was hi. Polite but offered no assistance.

This location is very prejudice. The staff over Customer Service certain guest and are VERY RUDE!
