The bubble tea here is both tasty and consistent, which I wouldnt say about many boba shops. Try the Cocoa Cream Wow Cap for something different. Our family has tried many flavors and combinations at KFT. They were all good except one seasonal experiment that I can remember.
Great location, and more in a more central and public-transit accessible location than the one in Georgetown. The best part about this location is the food option. I got the veggie noodle soup and was able to substitute some of the items (rice noodles, corn, etc.). The broth was great and there were many topping options. Not overpriced. Refreshing to find an unpretentious yet delicious noodle place around here. Youll find a casual atmosphere here (no wait staff). I highly recommend this place for a meal and if you have a craving for bubble tea. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Terrible. Got two separate orders wrong. Taro slush tasted exactly like butter.
The area has parking in the front- meter parking. We walked here from the National Geographic.Inside- place was cleanShort staffed.I ordered a Taro slush- it was amazing! My husband got a green milk tea and was tasty as well!Only one person making the tea and also taking orders while other prepares food.No acknowledgement to customers when they are standing there waiting to be greeted ....
The workers are really friendly and it’s worth you’re time being at Kung fu tea, plus the coconut milk tea with aloe jelly and bubbles is simply the best
This is the slowest KFT I have ever been to. I come here usually with a group of two or three friends, and they last four times I have been there, we have waited for at least 15-20 minutes for them to bring out our drinks, even when its not busy. I noticed that they will make many drinks at once, leave them in the back, and not bother to bring them out for a while unless a customer says something to them. I find it ridiculous that this happens consistently whenever I come here: I think there has only been one to two times where this hasnt happened so far. This is definitely not a place to get a quick drink.
A nice small bubble tea shop where you can get whatever you want. Kind staff and good tea make this a pleasant stop.
Really liked the boba tea! The drink I got was really sweet, which I didnt like, but that could have just been a one-time error.
Solid bubble tea store - nice that it has seating inside, but its not the nicest place. A little sweet - the bubbles are made very sweet, and that can be overwhelming with the drink. Order less sweet for better results!
Ive been to other KFT locations with good products but this Foggy Bottom one did not measure up. The cold tea was much too sweet. The hot tea was not sweet enough and so scalding hot it burned my entire mouth badly. I ended up throwing it out because it would not cool off 15 minutes later. It was slow service and the fried dumplings were too greasy.
I was charged from this store $10.34 on July 5th (posted on 7th) I wasn’t there on that day or that week or last a few weeks, tried to call to find out they don’t answer phone calls, please don’t go to these scammers
Walked in from the cold miserable rain and talked to a nice gentleman who helped me make a decision. The hot matcha tea with bubbles tasted wonderful. It also helped with my headache. My friends ordered some ramen, the pork noodles were great. The people are nice here, stop by!
Best bubble tea place I went to so far. I personally like the matcha boba and it’s fairly cheap so I definitely recommend it.
If you love bubble tea the ones here are good. Also build your own noodle soup.
If youre looking for a challenge when drinking bobba tea than this is the place for you! The struggle makes it exciting and extra rewarding when bobba makes it into your mouth.
I work near this location and it the boba (bubbel) tea has become a weekly treat for me. I like that you can control how sweet your drink is (a little sweet is plenty sweet). Lots of flavors to try. I also ordered the vegetarian soup once. It was pretty good. Not nearly as addictive as the tea.
Good variety of classic and non-traditional teas and toppings. Customizable. I’m trying the pumpkin oolong next fime!
The fried chicken is soooo good and the spice level is just perfect!!! The egg waffle is also on top of my list. The taro slush is something I would always get. The only disappointing thing is that the tapiocas are just too hard that they are not chewy anymore
Love the boba
I love the dairy free milk tea options. Try the oolong milk tea hot, no sugar, with bubbles (the bubbles provide more than enough sweetness)
Who knew I liked bobba?! Love the low sugar options.
The people were really friendly. I had boba, which was good. Did not try any of the food yet.
Love bubble tea and they have one of the best ones in town. Definitelygive it a try
Kung fu tea is great! Id recommend it for anyone looking for a good bubble tea experience.
The bubble tea is really good, however I always need to prepare myself mentally to deal with the smug, kinda condescending cashier girl.I recommend ordering online and just avoiding the register
First timer and the drinks here are truely unique..great noodle soups to go along with them too!
The best bubble tea place out there!
Clean . nice small restaurant with friendly staff with a nice rhythm of music. kung fu tea can get congested realIy. theres people waiting within 3 inches and sometimes it was shoulder bumps. quickly really enjoyed the fact that you can have a percentage if sugar put into your tea. I chose 0% which is the no sugar option and the Pina colada milk bubble tea still tasted amazing. the drink comes in what is supposed to be a non spill lid. my drink actually spilled a little when the cream started to melt. it does take a while for your made to order tea to be made because of tapioca that is made with every order. The chairs sounds like nails on a blackboard when theyre moved around or when staff is cleaning
The bubble milk tea was amazing. The staff were friendly and the seating area has quite a bit of space to move about.
Not bad. It looks like they combined two franchises?
Wow loved the drink and popcorn chicken. Staff looked very tired Friday night closing.
Wasnt open even though Google said it was. Update please
Lovely bubble tea, not so good noodles. Overcooked and unseasoned.
It’s Saturday at 8:45 pm and it’s closed. Lights off and everything. Google listing says it closes at 9:00 pm. Would it kill you to fix this? The most annoying, unnecessary, lazy thing ever.
Relative to other locations its disorganized and not very clean. Tea is good though.
Fast service. Friendly staff
Love the taro milk tea with bubbles. My weakness.
Gotta love my bubble tea :)
No long line like the Minneapolis location. Staff spoke English very well.
We got our tea right away, but it took forever to get a waffle..... ugh......:(
Great tea
Milk tea really worth it
Great ramen.
Simple delicious place
Tasty and quick.
So many tea options!
Delicious!
