They’re not open yet it’s under construction and coming soon
Apparently an extra cheese pizza means you only get half of the cheese covering the sauce
Normally I live this place, the food is pretty good and the workers are extremely friendly and awesome. But unfortunately theyre not enforcing the mask rules currently and their isles are close enough that it poses a serious infection hazard. If you or a close loved one are at high risk of dying from CV please, avoid this place its not worth it. Giant eagle, if you actually read these, hire a guard or something to wait at the door to force masks. This is incredibly dangerous for your guests and your employees. And its wholly unacceptable.
Favorite gas station by far! The free air machine is a game changer- all electronic, very fast, no annoying little gages to rush to use before the timer runs out. Plus the MTO food is delicious here!
I used to love coming here before the Pandemic. But it seems in time of crisis, GetGo doesnt step up. Half the guests dont wear masks and none of the staff seem to enforce it. If you care for your safety these days, might want to steer clear.
Good food fast service through the drive-thru
This location is full of cheerful, helpful staff members, in spite of the volume they receive from highway intersectional activity. The company needs to hire more people for coverage; day and night. Pay people appropriately; listen to their expenses. There are dedicated employees here; dont lose them bc you think youre big and theyre not.
Gas is available. Thats the only good thing. Even with that, you better be prepared to wait, unless you pay at the pump. The staff is classic deadbeats of Washington, pa; slow, disrespectful, unhelpful and they seem to be highly depressed. The air compressor is free, but its almost always broken and unavailable. This dump gets only one star and thats because they do have gas available. Otherwise, Id give it a ZERO.GO ELSEWHERE.
Great place. Getting in and out is confusing for people it seems. Youre supposed to go in on one specific side and out the other but obviously people dont get it and just causes a mess at times when you are trying to get in and fuel up. Typically one of the cheaper places to get fuel and even more so now with their advantage pay.
Seems like the managers understaff this location a lot, otherwise great.Really Modest beer selection compared to bigger GetGos near Pittsburgh
Terrible service, horrible employees with bad attitudes, and the food is not fresh. Every morning, I go in there at the same time and they never have any coffee made. When I ask they give me attitude and sometimes refuse to put coffee on. Today as a matter of fact I asked as I do every morning to put coffee on and the employee re-used the old coffee grains to make new coffee. The same employee then refused to talk to me during check out. I would avoid this establishment at all costs.
If I could give zero stars I would. Employees ignored me despite there being 4 of them, MTO order was wrong/things missing and got yelled at for asking about it. I was the only person in the store on a Wednesday at noon. How difficult is common courtesy? Such a shame, their food use to be pretty decent for a gas station
Fuel perks program is a great value to lower the cost of gas, even getting 30 gal for $0.00. This location has a sub shop and Cafe. Surcharge free atms, lottery, tobacco and vape, wine & beer, and cbd items are available.
The place is too crowded. Cars coming in all directions to find a gas pump. Its hard to get into and out of at times. Crazy location, Jefferson Ave. potholes, cars here and everywhere, a tad confusing. As someone else said, you could have a New York City cop directing traffic and theyd even be overwhelmed. That said, decent, nice store inside.
I did like the coffee however the donuts tasted plastic to me. Also the bacon in the breakfast sandwich was chewy. Recommend the coffee but not the donuts. Suggest going to subway for breakfast sandwich instead.
Worst gas station in Washington. PUMPS ARE SO SLOW!!!!! Seriously 1 gallon a minute if you are lucky. Please save yourself the aggravation. Terrible to get in and out of. Terrible location with highway off ramp and the way the signs and lights are set up. Go anywhere else. Do it for your sanity, do it for your children, do it for Christmas, do it for all that is sacred to you! Don’t go here!!! I’m begging you! Pay the 5 cents more anywhere else! Please!
Patty is great! Awesome customer service. Keep up the good work
Nice people work here . Had no issues. Good price on diesel fuel .
Going back home to Ohio and decided to stop at Getgo on Wylie and Allison. Let me sum up my familys experience. We stopped at 12:45 on Sunday, you would think everything would be stocked. We just wanted 12 Oz cups of coffee. Everything was out of stock except for the 24 Oz cups. Had it not been for an older gentleman telling us to just get the 24oz cup and showed us where the lids were, we would have just left and went else where because the 3 girls behind the counter were of no help to us. I guess a sign is out of the ?, letting people know they were out of lids. The older man did say that generally when the young girls are working, nothings stocked because they dont drink coffee. It doesnt end there, we go to get milk, half and half all empty even the sugar was empty. Then at the counter I let the girl know there were no lids or cups, no apologies, no explanation nothing. She actually looked as if she needed a nap. I then asked to play the lottery, she acted as if a was an inconvenience to her to move to the lottery machine where as after I got my ticket, my son dropped his parfait and it spilled under the counter. We could have just left it, but we clean our messes. I asked if she had a towel so we could clean the mess up, she gave me 2 napkins and never even said thank you, thats common courtesy I would think. Last but not least, is it appropriate now to be wearing pajama bottoms to work behind the counter? By the way, as we were leaving 2 gentlemen were trying to find cups and lids to no prevail, one guy was trying to ask, I think he was being ignored. I let him know there isnt any and just said Good Luck.
Was a fast in and out
I am a get go fan
Overall, I like this GetGo. I live very close so I go there often. During the morning/afternoon everyone is normally very polite. But anytime I go there during the overnight shift, they are always rude. They act like its a burden on them to have customers and always seem annoyed. The man at the counter at least says have a good night. I ordered 3 subs MTO and the women whos always working in the kitchen is NEVER nice, extremely rude is more like it. She has never once been nice to me and I go in around this time and order subs every once in a while. I asked her for italian dressing because it wasnt stocked where it normally is and she looked at me like I was crazy and asked for what? and then she gave me some in little plastic cups and practically threw the bag at me like it was so difficult for her to give me some dressing. She does this everytime, practically throws the bag at me. If I say thank you have a good night she never responds. I never have a good experience with her and honestly dont understand how she can still have a job treating customers this way. I work in customer service and could never imagine treating people this way. If you dont like working with customers, then DONT.
So far Im not a fan. I just moved here and stopped after a 12 hour shift at work. I ordered a half meatball sub and onion rings with ketchup. The meatball sub was boring and the bread was over toasted. The lady who made my food, called my number handed me my bag and said I dont have ketchup packets. Um okay well I ordered ketchup for my onion rings. You put ketchup on certain food items so I fail to see why you couldnt give me a small plastic cup with ketchup. She didnt make any attempt to provide ketchup. In the scheme of life this isnt going to ruin my night. Maybe she was having a bad night.Maybe the guy at the checkout counter was having a bad night as well. He wasnt friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked a question about another item I was purchasing.I have worked in customer service and I have had my days, so for now Im chalking this experience up to the employees were having a rough night and arent like this all the time. I hope thats what it is.
I was there with my service animal and Bill Stemple a employee there said that I wasnt allowed in there with her, I then notified him that she was a service animal and that she was allowed in here he said that I was lying and to prove it, that I had to provide paperwork, I notified him again that I didnt have to show him anything by law ( if he wasnt being so ignorant and mean I would of gladly shown him even though I dont have to) . He continues to argue and yell at me until I leave. So I went home and looked up different Government websites about the issue, saved them and went back down to inform him, ( as alot of people just dont know the laws pertaining to service animals, they think that its all dogs for the blind) I waited until there was only 2 customer pumping gas and went inside so I could inform him, so I asked if we could talk, that I had some information about the subject that I would like him to see . He said that he already knew all about it, and called me a lier again and that I had to prove that she was . So I got his name so I could write the company and inform them and so I could file a complaint. He called me a few choice words as I left again. I felt so embarrassed both times that I had the unfortunate times of having to deal with Bill Stemple, he was so ignorant and belligerent and just a mean person to deal with, he had no compassion for someone with a disability. I cant believe that he has worked there as long as he has . I go there, or shall I say that I used to go there all of the time, I will no longer be shopping or getting gas there ever again until he no longer works there. All of the other employees are very nice and welcoming, especially a young man named James. This is the first bad review I have ever left.
Needed air in a tire- as usual per Getgo, the free air station was out of order!
Ok, so maybe this place was busy because of the day...it was New Years Eve at around 2pm. Busy isnt a good word. Total chaos was more like it. The lot and pumps were so full of cars that we could not move around the parking lot. Cars were backing up into the busy street which runs alongside this place. Verbal disputes were breaking out at the pumps because of the mess of vehicles all attempting to fuel. In defense of the people who were yelling at each other, it was bound to happen. A New York City traffic cop couldnt have controlled the traffic on this lot. The food was ok at best, I wish I found a Sheetz instead. This quick break from traveling ended up taking around 45 minutes...fuel, food and bathroom (hope you can do your business from a standing position because you wouldnt want to sit down).
Just expect whatever you order from Mto to made wrong every time. night shift workers are miserable and rude. waited 30min for a sandwich that was completely wrong, returned it 2nd sandwich missing half the toppings I ordered. dont bother selecting extra meats or cheese cause you wont get it. happens every time i go after 9pm.
When walking in the employees looked very unhappy, when I was at the register I even tried talking to the lady and she did not respond AT ALL! I still smiled at the lady named Patty and she didnt even smile back. I told her to have a nice day and she didnt even say that. I talked to someone about this and they told me that they refuse to go into that gas station because they are SO RUDE there. What type of customer service is this? ***It gets better*** While I was there, I heard a lady screaming I dont f**king have to do anything then the lady she was yelling at asked her to come out and talk to her and the manager walked out with her chest out and stomped all the way until she was in the girls face. Even though the girl was standing behind a the bottom half of a door she still had to take a step back to avoid the woman literally being in her face. I couldnt believe my eyes so I walked out then.
Every time I order food here at night the woman cooking is very rude. I can understand being frustrated while being understaffed, however that doesnt give someone the right to take it out on customers.
Nice people, good food, and descent prices. Only problem is that they are usually busy.
Always some bum or drug head asking for money and the night manager almost always has a bad attitude. Whenever he has to work the food area he is sloppy and throws the food on the pickup table
Savanah at the cash register could have said hi or asked me if I had a guest eagle card. I looked her square in the eye waiting for human contact and nothing.
Night crew is a joke and should all be released. EVERY time I go in at night they are rude and act like you are a burden by being there. Management needs to do something about these horrible people.
This gas station was sandwiched on a lot that is too small. The place is always busy and part of that is the horrendous parking lot layout coupled with slow pumps.
Gas Station is okay, the prices were higher here than in West Virginia though.
Great latte
This IS Were the people are really GUR..>..REAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That WORK THERE.
