Avoid this place!I bought a Logitech keyboard on Aug. 15, 2021. It stopped working on Sept. 24. I went to customer service / returns on Sept. 26, only to be informed that there is a hard return date of Sept. 14 on the receipt. I should have brought it back by then. Never mind it broke down after barely one month of moderate use.

Ran into this target to pick a few things up quickly. Was slightly confused on where to enter as there were side doors but the store was organized and clean. Self checkout was absolutely packed and there weren’t many lines guiding folks where to stand but it went quick. The items I was looking for showed as in stock in the store which was nice because I found exactly what I needed.

Be aware that although this is in an urban setting, this is not one of those little urban mini-Targets -- this is a full size Target. This was my first visit to this location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Its in a great location, too, on top of a metro station, downstairs is a full size hardware store, and all around are lots of places to eat and shop.

Remarkably clean and tidy! The people whom I had interactions were very kind and most helpful. High marks all around!!

Bought a cell and tried to use one of their in store sample phones to activate it staff told me that I could not then I talked to management and he said I could not unbelievable 1st place to ever do that stay away staff is beyond rude .God Bless everyone !!!

Very convenient location on top of the Tenleytown Metro. Nice to be able to get necessities in the city. This location has less stock than a suburban store, but they have all of the essentials. Nice to be able to get kitchen wares, clothing, and other home supplies someplace thats in the big city.There is parking here, but I dont know whether or how that works for customers.Only reason I dont give 5 stars is that the store has been consistently disorganized with some stock on floor or otherwise out of place.

Nice, clean Target just a few walks away from the Metro stop. Found almost everything I was looking for, however there were some empty shelves in some of the food aisles during a non-busy time. Not a big deal breaker though. Its worth the trip.

This place has many, many essentials, good food and health items, and very friendly staff.

Honestly, the store is awesome. It had everything that I needed and it was easy to shop. The one downside was how rude the cashier was. I have NEVER been talked to like this before. And I wasnt being rude. She kept wanting me to use the self check out lane when I had some target online price matches. I told her I had some price matches and I was given nothing but sarcasm and attitude. Definitely did not appreciate that.

Great location!  This is a small-format store but is well located right next to a Metro stop with three schools and American University nearby.  The toy section is by the side facing the elementary school.This is a great addition for a family neighborhood.  It makes store pick-up and returns so convenient.

I had a bad experience with this store I consulted a TV promotion TCL 65 Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Android TV - 65S434 on 11/22/20 and on the website the DC Tenleytown store had the product in stock I went to the store and getting there they told me that the site was out of date. it is unfortunate that the person leaves home on Sunday night to receive this kind of apology.

Its got a lot of inexpensive items a store like this always needed.

Every time I walk in I feel like half of the shelves are empty. Because it is a small store format store, only one or two of any particular kind of product is out. New releases? Will not be out on the release date. Still waiting for products that have been released at other Targets for months now. The grocery section should not be used instead of a regular grocery store. Milk, meat, produce are typically near or past the expiration date and overall has a 1/4 of the selection. Workers always seem to be unboxing things, blocking the aisles, definitely one of the worst Targets I have ever been to.

Drove to three different targets looking for a board game to gift to my nephew. it said online there were three in stock at this target. None. “go to the one in Columbia heights” the guest services worker said. none. I was furious. Don’t rely on their online inventory system, it’s useless.

This is a REALLY good Target (at least for now, in a few months it may start to get picked over and not look as nice). It’s bigger than most of the other “mini Targets” in DC and it has a lot of unique products I’ve never seen at other Targets. Really impressive selection of travel size items, bath & body products, clothes, produce, and pre prepared meals. Great addition to the area!

This is a good size and a good amenity for the area. It has become our neighborhood go to for consumables like toilet paper and paper towels. The grocery section is surprisingly good and there is a variety of other products that I could best describe as an uber convenience store.Between the convenient underground parking, huge selection relative to other convenience stores, CVS pharmacy in the back, the generally pleasant shopping environment this has become our go-to for convenience and pharmacy items in the neighborhood.I removed one star because it doesnt open until 8:00 a.m. and it could be better staffed.

Great new addition to Tenely! Perfect small size catch all store and much cheaper groceries than Whole Paycheck across the street.

Worst target in DC. They have the rudest checkout people. Don’t bother complaining to management because they don’t care. They allow target employees to talk down to customers. They also are not coupon friendly at this location.

If you can make sure to call ahead and confirm their inventory; what shows in their system, online or other locations is not what is avaible at this store! Employees will only cite random polices and managment could care less about store-systems discrepancies. Guess you can always buy something else while your here?

This store should not be open. The aisle are always full of Boxes. Went Target & was convinced to order online by staff. They Guaranteed the delivery as a way to sell me. Every Day another Email telling me that the delivery date is delayed. THANKS FOR TAKING MY MONEY FOR NOTHING! Taking advantage of of people during a crisis. #COVID19US

This store is cluttered and horribly unorganized. Its like they threw up the clothes in the middle of the store. And it has NO shoe section!

Tried to buy some headphones on sale and when I took them off the shelf they removed the sale price tag and wanted me to pay full price. Wont be back
