This is a dual review. Three years ago we had them put on a new roof. I chose pewter architectural shakes. Meanwhile having brown aluminum siding. But I was envisioning ahead to this past week when they installed siding. In both instances I worked with Lou Linsley during the estimate process and could not be more pleased with his friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. Both installation crews were the absolute best, both had the same qualities as Lou. The project manager was second to none. We talked about the tasks at hand and then talk about various subjects like we were long time friends. We are absolutely ecstatic over the transformation they put our house through. The quality of materials used are among the best in the industry and the same can be said for the installation. They even assured me that will back any job they preform. Peoria Siding and Window will be our only call for future projects.

Expensive windows but seem to be good quality. My lower rating here is for your employees lack of basic safety precautions. Not only did everyone out to my house not wear a mask, but even the installers (who were in and out repeatedly) did not even bother wearing a mask. Do Better, its a freaking pandemic and the LEAST you can do is mask up or at least ask your customers first before you go commando.

Overall experience was good. Roof and siding project. The crews were great, very friendly. Craftsmanship could be better. Absolutely no follow up after completion. Recieved no timeline unless I called. Overpriced, However the warranties help ease the cost. Would not recommend.

Peoria Siding and Window did our roof, replaced our siding, and installed a new front door and storm door. We could not be happier with the service and results. From day one, everyone we met at the company was professional, friendly, and very interested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The crews that did the work were very considerate and polite as well. Many of them took the time to say hello and introduce themselves. When the work was done and they cleaned up, there was nothing left behind- not one scrap, not one nail, nothing. They were meticulous. If you get a number of quotes, Peoria Siding and Window will probably not be the cheapest one, but the quality of the work and the excellent customer service make them the best choice in my opinion.

Good customer service. However, Im not happy with the windows. We cant get them to close and lock completely and so we have to put a wooden dowel in the track. We had the service guys come out and they adjusted the locks but we are still having problems locking them. It should not be that much work to close and lock a window. I would hate to see if we had bought the cheaper windows.

Weve used them for a sun room, windows, siding and doors. Received excellent service for all. The quality is great! We have a lot of large windows and the house is so much more energy efficient now. Definitely recommend them!!

I was very pleased with Lou our salesman. He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns in a very thorough fashion. We are so excited we are getting all new siding, window trim, overhang and gutters​. Our home will look new and updated. I would recommend Lou and Peoria siding.

Just in the beginning phase of our project, but after having Susan (Williams) in our home twice, we feel very confident about the company. Susan was very patient with us as we were trying to decide on many choices of colors. Susan was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all the product. She made us feel very confident in our decision by complimenting our choices. At no point did we feel pressured to upgrade and spend even more money. We are very excited to get this project going.

What was suppose to be a happy experience turned into the most horrific. After spending $30, 000.00 on a three season room, we were informed it would cost us $300.00 more to finish out the skirting. When we protested the additional cost, but unfortunately paid it in full, we no longer had any communication from this company. My advice is BUYER BEWARE, we would not recommend this company to anyone! They are not customer satisfaction oriented

I have used Peoria Siding and Windows a few times. I got new windows from them which I love. The windows are great and the workers were very polite. They did a great job. I also used them for my wet basement with B-Dry Waterproofing. Again great job. I have not had a wet basement since. Will continue to use them

We are very happy with how everything turned out. Our sales lady Belinda was assume to work with and has helped us the whole way. Bob and Kevin our installer were also great men to work with. Answered any questions or concerns we had. We will recommend Peoria Siding and Windows to anyone we know that wants new Windows or doors. Avoid this company at all costs. Worst $6500 windows I could have bought. The installation was done all wrong, they actually flew in an executive from the window company, when I walked outside the original installation tech (who the second installer said screwed up the window install) was actually telling someone its not our fault, these people dont know how to use windows. — Your better off putting up plywood then ever doing business with Peoria Siding & Window. Oh, and they fixed the framing on the window but didnt replace the actual windows which became scratched up from the original incorrect installation. Completely useless company run by incompetent morons.

Peoria Siding took care of downspouts and multiple other roofing issues we had. Russell Ruey was great to work with. He explained everything in detail. And being able to fold up my downspouts to mow is great!

Great job!! Looks like we live in a new house. Touch walls and not cold like previously before the siding was installed. Replaced the bedrooms with the sliding windows, looks great too, no more drifty windows. Love look of the new red shutters, replaced previously black siding.

I am not happy at all with PS&W..m.I signed my contract on April 26th...I was told windows would be installed last week of June and roof would be in August. I planned my vacation accordingly. June came and went and still no windows....and NO phone call to explain why. Second week of a July I received a call to schedule the roof to be installed. I asked what happen to my windows? Three phone calls later I was told window installer should have let me know one of the windows didnt come in...ok....but that doesnt change the fact I changed my vacation to accommodate THEIR schedule and they didnt bother to show up or even call me to let me know they wouldnt be able to do the install....couldnt they have installed all but the one they were this missing??...ok....Windows and storm doors installed...5 of the windows have no screens...installer said would take the damaged screens to shop and return with them....after a week I called PS&W office to ask about screens...Oh...he will be there this week......again no phone call...Windows finished now we are to the gutters. ..gutter installer called to confirm color of gutters...I think we have it all straight. ...they show up to install gutters...they dont match windows and storm doors. ...I am then informed gutters do not come in color to match windows or storm doors....all this happened Monday 8/7...on Tuesday I am woke up at 7:15 to the sound of the gutter helmet being taken off my gutters...I ask the gentleman if it matters new gutters havent been installed and the new gutters pitch will be different. ..yes he said...had I not been home new gutter helmet would have been installed over old gutters? ????.....with all that has happened this week I have not received one phone call from anyone at Peoria Siding & WindowI could have chosen a different contractor to do this work on my home....definitely a less expensive one but I trusted the fact they were a local company and I thought all my work would being done by them and I wouldnt have to deal with 3 or 4 different contractors. ..but that was not the case...and it is quite apparent that there is a serious lack of communication between all of them...I just want my home finished. Finished they way I paid for...what I thought of as a pretty simple job has turned into a nightmare...I will never use PS &W again and I will never recommened them to anyone

UPDATE They was suppose to come back and fix there mess ups last summer. NOT and now siding is loose on the garage again. It takes 2 people to do it right Ive done this work. They only sent 1 guy that didnt know what he was doing. I sent a message to them about my fathers house done by them years ago. Upset about the job. They look it up came out with the contract. The Brick-mold around the front door wasnt covered. Well my father didnt want to pay for it. These people are real, honest and respect there work. My hats off to them greatly. After all the years they came out and talked to me. So if your parents want windows, doors siding call Peoria Windows and Siding First. BUT Be there to make sure your parents spend the few extra bucks to cover the front door brick mold. lol
