Despite what is written below that they strive for top customer service my recent experience of ordering a custom door was not only delayed (incorrectly quoted service timeline), there was no follow up updates on the delays, and lack of professional care from customer service team. After sending more than enough emails asking for updates, when I called the customer care team expressing my frustration, rather than a sincere apology and concrete actions to update me on next steps, my concerns were taken lightly and unimportantly. The door was installed after five months with a missing part; I have yet to receive the part for the door. Really a disappointment especially for a company that speaks so much towards quality and customer experience.
I have called this company 3x to get a quotation for sliding glass interior doors for my home. I still dont have a quotation even after providing the measurements and specs. I was told Id receive an email where I could send pictures because no one will come to my home to look at the space, and I still have yet to receive an email. Truly disappointed since my job is custom and costly, I need a reputable company to take it on. Sigh.....
I’m giving this positive review for the responsive and helpfulness of Jeremy. I’ve decided to go with built-ins for a space as opposed to the sliding glass doors; however, Jeremy was very kind and helpful. He was quick to understand my project and provide me with a quote. I have no doubt the project would have been in great hands if we had decided to go this route.
The customer service of Alex and Eric is phenomenal. Ive had my doors for over 10 years and needed a replacement part. I called Alex today at the DC store and within hours he asked Eric to contact me. So, within hours my problem is solved. Its so rare to see this amazing response. It took some time to get Alexs attention, so finally -- after being contacted by the home office -- I hooked up with the Regional Sales Rep. He and the tech could NOT have been easier to work with.We hired our own contractor for installation and are very pleased with the result.

Came to the store on 14th St in DC to look at design and solutions for our room divider in Brooklyn, NY. Met Alex Harati who walked us through all the different alternatives and guided us with installation advice. He spent all the time we needed to figure out how we wanted things, very customer friendly and helpful even though he knew we would ultimately place our order somewhere else. Initially responded to inquiry and spoke to Alex and then he never responded after follow-up emails and calls including time I took to take pics and measurements that were requested. A courtesy response at least would have been professional. Taking my business elsewhere
