What do I love about this supermarket? Its perfectly imperfect. Also the staff and clientele are my kind of people honestly. I dont know what has become of other chain grocery stores, perhaps that its too clean and filled with people who are not that nice. This place is basic as it comes, and they have jus the about everything, just less variety because of its small size. Theres no deli or pharmacy, but they do have an awesome near department, that also has a fish section. I also like this store because of its location, right in the heart of Columbia Heights. I believe their prices are comparable to the chain grocery stores. I usually shop in the produce isle, and every time that I have purchased apples oranges they have always been too notch fresh! I like it!

Yes it is so packed up that you can barely move. But I can get everything grocery here at very good prices. With fresh South Americas specialties

Certain products you can only here, huge selection of sweets, drinks, instant drinks and 3litres 3quarts of pepsi is just huge bottle :). Spices plenty of choice, meet department pretty good.

My favorite latin american supermarket in the world because its in DC and its my go-to. Has fantastic chorizo, cheese and general selection.

Always pleasant. Shelves are always fully stocked with merchandise. Lines? ( no problem with lines because the cashiers really know how to keep the lines moving.

This little corner market has a good selection of fresh produce and meats. The meat selection is great if you like meat cuts that are hard to find in chain grocery stores. Also, their fresh chicken tamales available only on Sundays are great!

Great place to get reasonable prices on groceries and the spices are waaaaay cheaper than Safeway.Is it small? Yes. Are the aisles cramped? Yes. But theres great stuff here for those willing to look.They have a lot of specialty items (different kinds of Salvadoran cheeses for example). Great quality fresh cilantro, mint etc. Worth checking out.

This place is only for immigrants. They have no respect for anyone else. I hoped the staff would be kind and helpful, I was mistaken. If you dont speak Spanish, they dont care about you....go somewhere else..where people value your dollar.

Does not have all grocery items, specially in the frozen section. Good selection of Latin foods though. Brush up your Spanish skills because the staff cant speak English although they were very friendly.

Very crowded unorganized and alot of the items that I needed were not in stock and the main item I went there for was live blue shell crabs also not available no real butter no organic milk and sweets(ice cream and cookies) disappointed trip and I still need to go grocery shopping 👎👎👎

At a time, when people are laid off, economy of common masses hit the worst, I wish Panam have not risen the price in growing demands.I saw more of ugly business lately, charging higher price even on the mask locally packed in Ziploc for 10 dollar is quiet upsetting!

Horrible, my first time in there and I get so disappoint about the service I was finishing my shopping when someone was so rude, and nasty talk with me and another lady, I have to live the store right away I was so upset about that men working in that place, i reported with the manager but i dont feel more comfortable going back, if i dint like the service i never do to much, i just leave and never come back ever.
