The Fresh Food Factory Market is a MUCH needed addition to SE DC. Its located inside the Anacostia Arts Center so the hours are dictated by the arts center, but they still keep reasonable hours. The owner is kind and passionate about breaking through the food desert in Wards 7 and 8.The store itself is set up like a small organic market with fresh produce, local products, and other products. You could easily get most of your groceries here and the prices are reasonable for quality goods.They sell wine, snacks, fruit, literally almost everything!They also teach healthy cooking classes and host other events.

What a great place to pick up everything, fresh fruits and some veggies, seasonings, organic snacks and drinks. They have cooking demos and give away free food and flowers on Tuesdays. This is a southeast gem they accept credit cards, cash and ebt cards

Amazing amazing amazing experience!!!! I was searching for Seamoss during the pandemic shutdown. And didnt want to order it online. I came across this fresh food market and notice it was close to my house. I called to see if they were open. And the owner informed me they were closed due to the shutdown. HOWEVER, THEY STILL WERE TAKING ORDERS!! COME ON GOD!!! I placed my order for the seamoss and she had someone meet me immediately! NOW THATS WHAT YOU CALL AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She was super nice and the process was so easy!! Thankful!! I will definitely continue to support the business!
