I bring my mom to see Dr Tanya for hearing aids. Dr Tanya is so patient with her even after explaining the process several times. Both Sue and Dr Tanya have great smiles and are always super friendly. They are both very easy to work with and I highly recommend their services!

After my hearing test, Dr. McCormack let me know in what situations I was having problems hearing and she was absolutely correct in her evaluations. Now with my hearing aids I no longer have problems hearing in the situations she pointed out. An overall great experience!

I want to give a shout out to Dr. McCormack and Sue at the Washington Hearing Center: Both my wife and I came over with Dr. M when she moved from Mercy into her own practice/office. Walking into the new digs one is immediately struck by the interior decorating of the waiting room that Dr. M did herself. It even has a Keurig coffee maker. Sue is very friendly and will make sure you are welcomed and all documentation is taken care of for billing. Dr. M is a thorough and meticulous doctor who tends to all a patients needs. She listens carefully and responds with good valuable advice and diagnosis. All equipment is new and offers the latest data and diagnostic devices to test ones hearing. For years since I moved over from Dr. Marchiando to Dr. McCormack I have felt that her care and knowledge has made hearing my grandchildren a wonderful experience.
