A lot of decent clothes on clearance. Long lines on the weekends suck because you might have to wait 15-20 minutes to buy a shirt or some socks, lol. The home section is the best. Kids can be a maze but youll find a couple outfits for the little ones. I personally wouldnt shop there.

The store is always nice and clean . Some staff members are nice . I’ve found great deals for my family ( men’s, women’s, kids and babies .) I give it four stars because the cashiers are slow, sometimes it seems like your waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes and that’s not even on a busy day .

Great prices but becareful the male workers open the curtains in the dressing rooms while people are inside... i saw a guy in his underwear because the worker had no idea what he was doing. Very surprised HM allows this kind of behavior in their stores. Improper management at this location becareful.

I visited the store while they had discount. Like their clothes. Very reasonable and it is a steal when they have discounts. They can work on the quality of their clothes. I dont like their shoes at all. The cashier was very friendly but be careful he charged me extra and I had to ask for a credit. The store is clean and I will visit again.

I hate spiders and am terrified after my today’s visit in this store. While I was looking at the dresses, there was a spider on one of them. Terrible. I have a video of it.

Very nice store, big selection but the cashiers are very slow. Three cashiers and they all take like five minutes or more per customer. So slow.

Large selection of teenager clothes. Our 13 year old always finds good fashionable articles of clothing at very good prices. Conveniently located between Wisconsin Avenue and M Street in Georgetown, parking is of course a challenge and it does get pretty crowded at times. But the staff is good at clearing customers quickly.

I just love shopping here. They have clothes for everyone and also accommodate different sizes. Its my go to shopping spot. Im actually planning to go there for a quick shopping trip. They have the best summer dresses !

I love this store, the only problem is parking. Ill suggest going after 7pm, so you park on the streets without paying for parking nor getting tickets.The store has all the trendy stuff H&M has to offer. There are three trendy H&M stores in DC; M st, Chevy Chase and Connecticut locations.I highly recommend this store if youre looking for something trendy.

There is an H & M near my home in So Cal. I didnt realize the stores were nationwide! It is one of my favorite stores to shop. I like how there is something there for everyone! I bought rose headbands for my 2 daughters and myself. They were inexpensive and are beautiful! ...I also bought some darling shirts for my little great nephew! I love H& M!!!

I loved the Georgetown H&M store. The assortment of products across various ages were readily available at great prices. The checkout was a great experience since it took much lesser time and moreover the overall ambience at the store was simply great!

It is my favorite of the H&Ms in the city. There is such a wide variety of clothes for men. I do wish they had double x for vests. The staff is very friendly.

I love there underwear I loved that they have so much to choose from my favorite ones are trunk style.

Just did some shopping in H & M on M Street in Georgetown this morning. The store itself is fine, but the customer service needs a lot of work. Lousy attitude from the personnel at the checkout counter.

Good place for shopping, you can take as many things as you need to to the changing room, no queue at all.

This store is very cozy and pretty decorated. Its sizeable enough and offers all the range of options of HM brand.

Today was my first time shopping here. I’m from out of state and it will most definitely be my last time coming to this store. I came in with my fiancé and while we were shopping we felt very uncomfortable because of the comments that were being made by co workers that worked here. I’m black and my fiancé is white and two of their co workers made a comment saying “she’s probably with him for his money”. They also laughed afterwards. I then realized while I was in line I was not going to purchase anything from this place because of how nasty these people are. This a very disgusting/uninviting atmosphere!Description:One male co worker who is tall and is a brown complexion and a female who worked behind the register with braids and she’s also a brown complexion.

I had to wait a 20 min line in order to get couple of hair clips. They should have more cashiers in other parts of the store, maybe a faster one for people who are buying less than five items so that we dont have to wait forever to grab a pair of sunglasses.

Just had to run in to grab some cheap shoes (obviously left with more than that) for my girlfriends cousin while on a weekend trip to DC. Only complaint was that the upstairs register wasnt open so the downstairs line was long. No worries though

I can’t believe this place is honestly still open. They have horrible customer service and are extremely unhelpful. Every experience I’ve had with this store has been unpleasant. I like h&m and absolutely not this location.

As all H&Ms you will find your cheap things here, but like most brick and mortar stores of H&M, the lines at the cash register are way too long. And it seems none of the staff care. Enough people hanging around that could man the three empty cash registers as I am typing this review in a long line...If you have time to wait, then go. But otherwise just order online or go elsewhere with your business. The bargain you have in the price of the clothes is lost in your time waiting that you could have spent differently; either making money working, or spending quality time with friends, family and loved ones.Could have spent another 5 minutes typing, given the length of the line, but the message covers it...

They have a lot of great clothes for women and men.

Not really for me, was walking around Georgetown and popped in. I am 55 though, so probably not the demographic they are looking at! If I was 19 Id probably live here.

I went to a dinner at the Cheese Cake Factory, looking a mess while everyone else looked casual and sophisticated smh. Luckily, the H&M store was right next door because I needed a shirt and a pair of shoes, but......the clothes looked so good and the prices were just right so I end up buying an whole outfit lol. When I stepped back in the cheese cake factory I became (the center of attention). My new favorite clothing store THANKS H&M

Customer support sucks, employees enjoy smirking about customers rather than help them. Needless to say they are quite rude especially when its close to closing, by close I mean 20 minutes. Worst H&M experience ever, never going back to that location again.

Found some slacks and a blouse to warear to an interview here. Very affordable and seems like good quality

I bought a sweater, M size. But the sweater I bought one is smaller than M. So I knew it after I came home. So It was impossible to wear because of smaller size. So I went back and told them to change by another L size. One guy told me it was possible. But another one woman told me it was not new. It was impossible to change... bla bla. She used bad words to me. Then I left my smaller sweater without return money. Might be she would sell my sweater. She could earn 34.99 dollar. Dufff.
