I can’t say enough great things about this place - the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable (Venus, in particular!). They do an amazing job working with local artists to display their work and host really great events, usually around sketching or painting. Pricing for the prints are reasonable and although there are 3 “levels” of gifts ranging in price, they’re all top quality.

First time at a dispensary, Will was super attentive and excited to show us everything. I noticed he had great sales skills immediately letting us know the best deals. I felt very comfort asking him whatever type of questions. 1-10 rating Top Level exceeds that I will definitely come back

Favorite and most convenient gifting shop in DC. Wide selection of products available, all of which are high quality. Can place a preorder and it will be ready almost immediately. Entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Even has an on-site ATM which is very convenient. Can’t speak highly enough of this place.

Excellent customer service, product and experience. Communications before arrival, and during was incredibly helpful. Being new to the scene I reached out to multiple places and Top Level had excellent customer service, advice and knowledge the entire time which was why I chose them over some of the others. Located in a friendly neighborhood, with street parking was an added bonus, plus a pizza place next door. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and answered every and all questions. No rush experience with great advice. Top notch from beginning to end and I can’t wait to get back in May. For those concerned about covid protocol it was perfect and safe the entire time. Came at the last minute because I entered the address in wrong and didn’t find out until I drove to the wrong place. Some how made it a minute before they closed (ordered online through pick up) and everyone was so nice. I was just trying to get out of their hair so they could close so I didn’t get anyone’s name but definitely excited to come back.
