This is the place to go if this is your first time buying a home. The saleswoman was helpful and informative at what options I could choose before buying. Also, answered my questions throughout the process..from bank approval to delivery/setup. They have some floorplans that Ive seen at nearby mobile home/modular home dealers. But Kingdom Homes offer better prices for those same floor plans! Im loving the home I purchased from here. IF in the future...I wanted to do a trade-in. I would definitely come back and do business with them again.*Good customer service*

My husband and I bought our Champion Home from Kingdom Homes in May. Steve Norris was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mr. Norris made us feel very comfortable about buying our home. We went to several Champion dealers, found a home we absolutely fell in love with but they were priced over our budget. When we went to Kingdom Homes Mr. Norris was able to get us the exact home we wanted for $20,000 cheaper than the other dealers. There were some delays at the factory but Mr. Norris kept us informed every step of the way. Once our home was delivered and set up, we were in it in about 3 weeks. After we got in our home there have been a few flaws and some settling. Mr. Norris has worked hard to get someone here to get these things fixed as soon as possible. If you are looking at buying a home, Kingdom Homes would be the first place I would go.

Stopped in there about a month ago and asked for information on a home and they took my name and #but never got back with me. I called back and still havent heard back from them dont feel like my business is wanted here so I have gone else where to do business

Don’t walk away run away from this place. After buying a trailer from Kindom homes it took 2 years to get my trailer. The sales lady always had an excuse. Be aware the home you see in the book will not be the home you get. You probably will get a display trailer that you will have to wait two years for and it will sit on Kindom homes lot for another year. All positive reviews posted have to be fake because i dont know any one that had a positive experience with Kindom homes

My husband and I went in to see what was available for sale. We are very open about our future home plans and didnt have a set budget and just wanted to see what they had. The lady behind the desk didnt even bother to get up and basically told us she couldnt help us without having a better idea of what we wanted. After I looked at her for a few seconds I was about to say that wed just look elsewhere and she handed me the keys and said I was welcome to look around. With a janitor amount of keys I had to figure out which key to use and when we looked inside we had no idea of the price range we were looking at. They provided no printouts of the homes and no price list and we were told to just look online. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. We certainly will not be buying from them.

We waited for almost a year for our home to be completed. Then it wasnt set up to code and we had to hire someone to come in and do it right after waiting forever for Kingdom Homes to do it. We paid cash out right to this company and they did nothing they said they would do. We are still waiting for the tiltle on this home and it has been 19 months since we bought this home. No one is ever in the office and no one ever calls you back. Buyer Beware. I cant even begin to give them a rating because they are the worst company i have ever had to deal with in my life!

The set up of these homes are disgusting. The furniture is stained and dirty. Couldnt see past the furniture.
