Giving one star, because you cant do zero! Very difficult to work with. I have been trying to return oxygen for over two weeks and they wont accept it without a Doctors discharge. Doctors office faxes the discharge numerous times and Magically they claim they have never received it. Its just a ploy to get more money out the patient. Beware of using them!

Oxygen was supposed to be delivered as ordered by my doctor, was never called and oxygen never arrived. When calling the local office was met with an overseas call center who would not answer any questions at all and would only tell me that I will get a call back sometime. Not just a worthless company but one that is happy to endanger our lives to increase their bottom line. Use anyone else if you can.

What an extremely rude and disrespectful service provider. The representatives and supervisors do not have your best interest in mind. Avoid at all costs.

Very rude, treats patients with disrespect

I typically write only positive reviews, but this company warrants an exception. Only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. Took untold hours of a my personal time over a period of 2.5 months to place and (I hope receive) a simple order. The missteps and lack of follow-up throughout this ordeal represent the absolute worst customer service I hope to ever experience.

Portable oxygen machine was purchased from them but because it was bought out right instead of making payments, they will no longer do repair or service on the machine they sold. Last time we get anything from them.

Feeling less confident. About this company after all these years I shouldnt have to explain when or where Ive used my o2. Im the one using it if I use all my tanks in 5 days its something I should. Have confidence. And peace of mindin kowing lincare will come out with new tanks when I had to go to the Er on one day and clean my deceaced Fathers apartment. Out the next. Dayand use my tanks thanks for being all you can be lincare way to go i care team you are getting bad ratings you use to be great your failing. Im still with you but rating you

Hate dealing with this company. They took over cpap supplies from Medical West. What a run around to get supplies my doctor ordered. Tons of calls had to be made, too busy to talk to you.

The price on refills on oxygen tank more than doubled. Was 10 dollars now 22......
