Im very happy with the finished product, which involved combining two photos and the background of my choosing. The result is fantastic and it was very easy to work with them! Would definitely buy from this shop again.

I ordered paint online and it wasnt ready at the store.I waited about 30 minutes for my paint and then at home I found that they never mixed it. I came back and they treated me badly instead of apologizing.

Well bad I waited more than 30 in line just to pay 3 items and I dont blame the workers is the company itself the dont have enough people... also out stuck and a lot items no good

Called and was told I could recycle paint here. Tony (at the store) was rude and had excuses why I couldn’t!

I had DJ helping me. He was calm and cool and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back

Outstanding! There are many places you can buy paint, but there are few places that offer the expertise and service I received here. From picking a color/finish to prepping the walls to throwing down paint, these pros know... and theyre really nice!

I was mortified by the reviews I read so I decided to call in advance before walking to the store. Sure enough, my experience was consistent with the bad reviews. How do you not offer paint matching services when PAINT is supposed to be your specialty?! Im going to ACE Hardware in Adams Morgan instead. They have a 4.5 Google rating! Do not waste your time with the numb-skulls at Sherman-Williams on 14th. With any luck, theyll close...for good.

Everything a home owner needs for those serious got to get it done now jobs, like the porch, wall Nicks, tub touch ups, brushes, cleaners, is inthe front of the store. They are almost mind readers and they have Dale prices. They are handicapped accessible and have a large parking lot. The customer service representatives, are knowledgeable, warm and friendly.

The staff here is a bit slow (possibly understaffed) -- BUT -- they were life savers. They found an old receipt for me and were able to generate a new can of paint to match my project. They were knowledgeable across the board and were resource when asked....but again...super slow service

None of the employees were wearing masks!!!! There’s a sign at the door requiring customers to wear them but I saw four employees without masks on. One had one around his chin but to me that’s the same as not wearing one. I felt very unsafe in the store and left immediately.

Didnt have what I needed, but I improvised. The service was also a bit slow the day I went. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when they were available.

Bad Service!

I ordered a can of paint over the phone, and they wouldnt give me a clear indication of when the paint would be ready for pick up. Difficult to communicate with. After getting to the store, the person handling my transaction didnt know how to process a credit card.

Great location for custom colors, great customer service at all timesand no long waiting to be served.

Unhelpful disrespectful service went to match a color and was told I had to pick a color off the wall they couldn’t match it wouldn’t let me talk as well went to another sherwin williams and they matched it in two mins. I have had account for years and would had closed account if it wasn’t for the other Sherwin Williams the customer service is constantly getting worse here and I will not be using them anymore

I had really bad experience with a guy calles TonyHe was mad just to make him questions about the prices and I ask him about the manager and he said he was not there, nobody wants to help me with this issue its looks like all the other employees scared him, Im A pro customer but I could never come back yo that Store.
