Great dealer they were knowledgeable and helpful I bought my new gsxr 1000 here. The prices on aftermarket and service are a little high though. My only other complaint is they dont keep stock on very much. So they are eager to ordering but I can order anything online. Overall a good business and Ive been pleased.

The service desk staff have been exceptionally helpful on every visit. Today, Garett (I’m embarrassingly bad at remembering names) even got his hands dirty with a small, but crucial steering component on my old sled. I was on my way with my issues fixed in minutes.

Went into their shop today, to get some info on purchasing a 4 person SXS, from TeamCC Wasilla. Not only, did I stand there patiently for a big guy to get off the personal phone call he was on, there was 2 guys over at the Service desk that were just standing there. No one asked if I needed anything. So, I walked out. I guess I’ll go purchase what I’m looking for somewhere else. TeamCC’s customer service is a disappointment. Would and will not recommend to anyone I know.

Team CC Wasilla sales and maintenance teams have been outstanding. I purchased two sleds this year, a 2021 Expedition and 2021 Skandic. The sales team proved to be knowledgeable about their equipment and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I would absolutely buy here again. The skandic has caused some heartache at no fault of the the maintenance shop. Although the situation continues with the Skandic. The Wasilla Team CC maintenance shop has been outstanding to work with. Jason on the maintenance team is easy to work with and is thorough. Hopefully the skandic issues will be resolved soon.

Very poor communication from the sales side of Wassila team cc. Would not recommend, and will not be purchasing through them again. Would recommend anyone else but Wassila Team CC. Had to deal with two different people that are a part of the sales team, and both would rather send customers through voice-mail, and not talk over the phone.

After getting there too late on a Saturday for the service I needed, the owner more than made up for it on Monday by waiving about half the cost of what I needed. I think that was outstanding considering it was my fault in the first place. If I upgrade my wheeler, I’ll definitely purchase from there!

Called the parts department on 5 separate occasions and they only answered once. And I ordered a rebuild kit with them and it’s been over a month and haven’t received it.

Without a doubt the worst Alaskan owned and grown shop I have dealt with! Their customer service is very poor and I agree with prior posts, they treat you like a nobody. I have purchased a WaveRunner and four-wheeler from them and had my machines maintained through their shop and still told if I did not like their service to pick up my machine and go somewhere else. I would not recommend team CC to anyone.

The initial interaction was great, they had all the answers to my questions. But it took them a week to get the proper paperwork sent over to the bank. Then after they had my money, I felt like they just ghosted on me. I came to pick up my sled which they said would be ready (it wasnt) waited for them to give the illusion of a final inspection (they started it for a minute then loaded it on my trailer). I asked the guy who loaded it if there was anything else and he said no. So I left, then after realizing I was missing the key I returned a few hours later. They looked at me like I was a dumbass for just leaving and not filling out the remaining forms and getting the key. But at least I got a new helmet for 10% off!

Team CC has a great sales, service and parts team and are knowledgeable. I personally have purchased several new snowmachines from them, and the sales team made the purchase quick and easy. The service department got my sled together in short order and I was out riding in no time at all. Although I havent had many issues with my Ski-doo machines, when I do have issues Team CCs service team has always took care of my machine and made sure I wasnt missing any days on the mountain. Team CC is a great dealership that takes pride in what they do!

Wow. What about me. I got treated like I was a nobody. I told, the phony sales rep. That I was going to the credit union to get a loan,to buy there beat up demo 2015 summit x from them. When I got back he couldnt even remember my name. I asked him to call me when he got the paper work from the credit union, and he couldnt even do that. I told him that I needed help hauling it, and he wouldnt even bother to help. I had to give him $20 for some. Cheap straps and me and a friend had to load it up,while everyone watched out the window., them a mechanic or who ever came out and said that it didnt look,safe. I said dont worry about it, its insured. I had to try hard to hold my temper because some boy,is trying to act like a know it all. I am a retired union pipefitter and have been on rigging,jobs. I know that I will never be back, and my friend posted a complaint on u,tube. The only word that I can think of to cover team cc. Is pathetic. I will say one thing about them. Whoever makes their stickers uses one hell of a glue., I had,a hell of,a time getting it off

Really bad, dropped my skiddoo on march 6 and had it one month later! a total of $3000 for revision and repairs ...but my machine was doing much better before it was supposely fixed! Fixed of what? ! when i started to go on the trail a strong noise. Not knowing what it was, i went on all the way tho my home, 1 hour from the parking..apparently it is the secondary clutch with the spring not set...lets wait until i go back to see the team CC and the technician hunter Burguess Another thing they said the fasteners and washers used to bolt the engine in place appear to be non OEM weird, i bought this skidoo new at Mining and diving in Anchorage and we never touch or change anything on the engine!!!! well follow after another visit to this great team...Catherine Thompson

Cant say anything about the dealer itself but the service department definitely drags things out.The insurance company asked for a revision of your estimate and they havent heard back since. Which was two weeks ago.

Claimed I could have my sled covered under warranty then charged me money for not being able to complete the warranty. Take your business elsewhere

Like the product. Sales staff does not have their act together. They missed several items I ordered and seemed to get a different story each time I talked to someone else.
