If you are looking for customer service this is not the place. I called to get quotes for printing, and binding or 132 page booklets. The lady that answered the phone was rude from jump, she gave me a quote and was rushing me off the phone. When my assistant went in to make the order the rude lady stated that i didnt tell her the items needed to be printed too! I definitely, she was just too busy trying to get me off the phone to hear anything i was telling her. I wont ever know what the printing quality is because the lady at the desk was so rude Id prefer to pay more than give her any of my money.

Just wanted 9 numbers for the sides and front of a dirt bike. From the very start the customer service, or lack there of, was received with a condescending attitude and huge helping of butch. Will never do business with this company and lord help you if you park in their employee handicap parking spot only identifiable by a piece of paper in the corner of the window, take your overpriced work and buy some blue paint for the asphalt or do us all a favor and close up shop.

I just called to get a quote and the lady who answered was beyond rude. Shes in customer service and should treat people with respect when they call asking for information. On Google, they come up when you Google the word Signs and if she would have explained that they dont make permanent signs and that they are a printing shop, it would reflect on the business better. Instead, she was rude and talked down to me when I asked about permanent signs. She is not a good face for the business and if shes having a bad day, then she should have stayed home. I will never do business with this company.
