This place is packed with just about any outdoor clothing you could possibly need. If youve been on the fence about flannel or fleece lined jeans, just get some. Theyre amazing.

Lots of options to choose from, helpful staff, good enough return policy and welcoming atmosphere. Good collection of outdoor gear! Especially Outdoor Research, Columbia sportswear, merino wool socks. Plenty of children and small kids shoes and all season clothing.We buy most of stuff at the end of the season, when lots of stuff on sale.I think they should introduce discounted price for certain customers.

Greedy owners. I found some pants I wanted and they were asking $350 ! I searched Google on the spot and they are less than $200 all over the internet. Free shipping. So then I walked around the store price comparing to online stores. This place is insane expensive ! Expect to pay as much as double for most things. I personally can wait a couple days and order online. Good place to shop for what you want. Just dont buy it there unless youre rich and dont care.

I believe these stores are fairly new to Alaska. I went there with a friend because she needed to replace her worn-out boots. The helpful floor staff walked us to the boots area and pointed out some of the different types of boots available there. They have all kinds of cold weather gear and clothing, and the store is quite clean. It was a fun store to visit for the first time. Although I was only there with my buddy, Ill be back just to look around more and probably update my winter wear and equipment.

Stopped in once years ago and thought they were incredibly overpriced. Gave them another look today. After being followed throughout the store and watched by numerous employees like a potential shoplifter (dressed in $100 Merrill shoes and $120 Columbia pants with a $65,000 truck parked outside) I decided on a pair of Keen hiking boots priced at $170. They rang me up and ran my card and they were $185. I pointed this out and after some checking staff said “oh the price changed effective today, we just didn’t change the stickers yet but we can offer you 10% off something else”. I pointed out that EVERY box of the same footwear had the $170 price but no change. Never before have I had a store not honor their own price as clearly marked on the product. I said screw it since I’d already paid at the higher price and really, it’s just $15; but I’ll never step foot in this business again.

Clothes, shoes are excellent!!! BUT, most of all is the wonderful staff there. I knew I had lost my necklace somewhere, called the store just by chance it was found and turned in. The next day I got a call they had found it!!! What wonderful, honest people!!! Thank you!

I visited the store today looking to buy all new work pants prior to starting a new job. I nearly made it to the Carhart section when an employee abruptly stops to tell me Im not allowed having a drink in the store.I understand hes enforcing store policy However I am in that store enough for a few employees to already know what I like and dont like. I dont get out of my truck without my water bottle! I like to support local but I find better deals online so Ill be shopping online from now on. Im done shopping with All Seasons.

Wasilla location: Lady Susan was rude and I was fallowed around like a criminal. She did not even inspect product I had a small issue about, Promptly disregarded my issue an walked off. I am for supporting local businesses but I will not tolerate being shrugged off while trying to support local businesses. My third bad experience here and I will shop elsewhere or online.

Loved the place, their prices were lower than other stores that sell that same brands.

I walked into this store and I fell in love. I felt I needed so many things that I probably dont need. They have everything for your outdoor adventures. I feel their prices are right on point and comparable or cheaper than REI and Sportsman, not to mention much more of a selection.

Wish there was more of a selection for business attire for contractors to choose from. Gear for Sales and other parts of the business that need to be more straight cut.

Great place to buy high end, quality clothing. They also have a rewards membership available. Prices are very competitive and they have sales frequently.

A little cramped on space, but it wasnt busy both times we arrived. All brands of clothing were available in sizes XS-3XL and for different weather conditions, good color variety. Great return policy, even if you have their rewards program they were able to find my receipt on file.

Service is great and most of what they sell seems to be of good quality. Not the cheapest place to buy things, but they stand by what they sell. They do have reasonable prices, quality outdoor gear just doesnt come cheap. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.You should give All Seasons a chance to earn your business.

Poor customer service from manager. Uninterested in client retention or finding a solution/compromise when dissatisfaction was expressed with product. Long time customers lost through uncaring customer service.

I love this store and have no problem spending money on good quality products.However, I was just in there and I was not greeted or offered any assistance. The young woman working there stood beside us for at least 15 minutes putting stock out. She then turned to us and told us we could not have our coffees (I did not see the sign on the door). I understand policies but you should work on your customer service skills (being rude is not a good customer quality). I’ll buy my smart wool, Skhoop products etc from their perspective websites while enjoying my coffee at home.

Great product selection but the customer service is terrible. When a customer needs help with sizing it might help to actually do that very thing instead of throwing a tool at them and then give false instructions on how to use the device. I am a repeat customer (shop here about 3-4 times a year) and we have had issues ranging from veteran discount criticism, locking doors in our vicinity, and being followed while shopping. It appears no amount of money spent at this establishment will change the attitudes of the employees, management, or ownership. This is one major reason why box stores fail and consumers are driven to online retailers. I don’t mind spending more to support local business, but not at the expense of being treated like a valued customer.

Good selection, typically steep prices. Overall nice place with pleasant staff. But they definitely follow you around. Never had that experience at any other store before...but every time Ive been in there, staff conveniently end up putting clothes back on racks near where Im at. When I walk somewhere else, either the same person or someone else will wander near me and linger. The hovering is so awkward that I usually leave before I can buy anything.If youre going to choose following customers as a method of theft-prevention, at least dont make it so painfully obvious. Even better, invest in more cameras.

This place has everything a person, male or female, young or old could need or want. I personally found more than 10 different things that I instantly felt I cannot live without. This store has by far the absolute best all seasons clothing and apparel that money can buy in the entire state of Alaska. Dont take my word, just stop on by yourself and you be the judge. I am a customer for life after one visit. Great staff, the absolute best selections to choose from. What else is there.

Very helpful staff they were very knowledgeable about all the different brands and clothing. The lay out is easy to find what u need. The aisles are wide i never once ran into anything walking around the store. Its large and fun to check out. The quality is there and they do cash returns with receipt within 30 days. Whats not to love about that. They have dressing room if wanted/needed.

Their items are reasonable price for the quality thats being sold, and I have always had great customer service. The staff has always been friendly and helpful exceeding my expectations. Ill shout from the mountains to say that these peeps are my first choice. If I could get my groceries there, I would. These people, I tell you what, dont just greet you, they pay attention to you. They greet you buy name, they inquire about the last product you bought, they ask to see the pics of your last adventure, they update you on what you were looking for last time, they go hunting for a hat that you vaguely remember, and find it.Prices are fair. Nice stuff, but no sale. Discriminated against us when we presented to the store with our service dog ...we repeatedly showed proper identification and the employees there persisted in harassing us- we will be filing a complaint, and we will never spend a single penny at this establishment. Terrible service.

I had horrible customer service here from two people who were clearly unwilling to help me as soon as i walked through the door. I was there to buy more clothing and exchange one item for something in a better size and the salesperson refused to make the exchange even though my receipt was good the clothing was in good condition and I had all the tags plus the original bag. I dont understand how this store is staying in business, would have bought 3 pairs of pants plus taken home the two I already have. Such a shame

I purchased a jacket that needed to be sent back to the manufacturer for repairs. Customer service at All Seasons Clothing Company - Wasilla, was very helpful and informative. They called me with an update on the status of the jacket, and again promptly when the jacket came back. Every time I have gone to this store, it has been a pleasant experience.

A coat for 399.00 that sells for 39.00 in Anchorage... lady there extremely rude when asked if they had shopping carts... The prices are simply crazy... How they sell anything just proves how dumb people are.

Everything you need to stay geared up in Alaska ~excellent selection: the store is filled top to bottom with clothing and gear. The staff was great! An associate shuttled clothing to and from my dressing room and provided helpful suggestions for me in choosing the right clothing/sizes. My husband found a pair of Arcteryx fitted summer hiking pants 50% off! I found what I needed: Mtn Hard Wear hiking pants ~reg price but well worth it and SmartWool base layer. I will go back, for sure.

I recomend shopping elsewhere.I got a jacket for Christmas. It turns out that I have two jackets that look much like the one that I recieved.I tried to return the jacket. I was given a store credit. I want my money back. The management was very firm - only store credit.At this time, I do not need anything that the store offers. I am stuck with a $220 dollar store credit that I find almost impossible to use.MY ADVICE IS TO SHOP WHERE YOU CAN RETURN ITEMS AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!
