I brought in my kids glasses and they repaired them right away with no hassle. He stepped on them the very next day and broke them entirely so they popped the lenses into a new frame for me on the cheap. Service with a smile too. Highly recommended.

Dont let them clean your glasses (their microfibers are dirty and will scratch your new glasses lenses)Dislike this place. Firstly, everything seemed great about this place when I first signed up and ordered glasses but after getting warranty and replacements Ive noticed how annoyed the staff became of me after getting my replacement. I picked up new glasses got them adjusted and without asking the staff grabs the lenses and then ferociously scratches them with the dirty fiber tower. It was all unnecessary since they were new lenses with no dirt on them. Their microfibers are filthy

Ever since the coronavirus (Covid-19) the store closes at 7:00pm M-F. They wont honor repairs even after the warranty. Of you purchased faulty glasses or eyewear they will reject you from servicing them if youve went beyond the warranty.

Worst experience Ive ever had at an eye Dr. It took 3 months to get my glasses. Id call and check to see if they had come in and they would say theyd call me back and wouldnt. Id call them back a week later. My glasses finally came in and they didnt fit so the girl (Catherine says, Im over this). How rude. I wont be going back and neither will my family.

Made an appointment for 2:30...got there early at 2pm...waited to be seen untill 3:10 and still couldnt get a straight answer on how much longer I would have to wait. My time is valuable too. What is the point of making your customers make appointments if you dont intend to see them when you schedule them? Also I shouldnt have to tell the same person 3 times who I am and that I have an appointment. I will be taking my bussiness somewhere where it is appreciated.

The faculty was incredibly kind and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and eager to answer any of my questions.
