Sold my engagement diamond ring here and also a gold chain. our of all the places i went to i was offered the most here and the customer service was good. the lady working in this store is very sweet.

Biggest rip off. They only offered me $80 for 10.5 grams of 14kt gold. Spot price is 3 times as much. Plus the girl said they wont pay more than $7.50 per oz fine silver. Then tried to say she could only pay $20. Hello.. 7.50 ×3 = 22.50 not 20. Plus the girl tells me the owner she has to call to get oked to offer the money is someone out of state. And the last 4 times i have been there the worker had to leave to get money from the bank... complaining that the owners are the reason that keeps happening... whatever that means. What kind of business operates in this way ?I used this place and recommend it to others many times. After yesterdays experience I will never be back. And that was after showing up at 4:45 the day before and they were closed when there sign says open till 6pm. And no.. they were not out to lunch.Very sad to see this business go down hill so drastically like this. Very.. very.. sad. This is the first time i have ever had to leave a business so disappointed after being such a happy customer in the past.
