I never write bad reviews but I called and asked for help for an associate to either bring my online order to my car since it was already paid because I was having difficulty walking or at least meet me in the front of the store and they can not and will not do that. Terrible customer service.

My first time to shop in this location. I just felt something is not the same as other locations that Ive been.. I wasnt sure what was untill I realized that all the employees were asking other customers if they needed any help to find something BUT they never offered me and it was quite obvious. Not even Thank you after paid. I always had good experiences in Grapevine Mill and Irving locations.Maybe because I was only asian and others were all Caucasian women...Will never shop here again.

This is and always has been such a wonderful location! The staff here has always been super kind and very helpful! They are also staying as Covid safe as they can for those that are interested!

If I could rate negative stars I would after the experience I had today. I’ve visited this location several times and have never left feeling as uncomfortable as I did today. I went to the store today to buy some hand sanitizer for my boys and some wallflower plug ins and scents. I was taking my time looking at the hand sanitizers trying to find one to replace the one that my son had had stolen from his back pack but they receive new fall scents so I was trying to find something else he’d like. To make a long review short, I was excessively asked if I needed any help, or was I finding everything ok. I felt like I was being watched and followed around the store, like they thought I would steal something. I finally got so frustrated I put down my basket on the counter and told them no they couldn’t help me and walked out. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable at a store. I left feeling gross and the entire time I was in the store I was very aware of every move I made because of the associates. I don’t know if they singled me out because of my casual attire (jeans and a t-shirt, hair in a bun) or for other reasons. I have never brought my race into any situation and would hate to think that was the reason either. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, extend grace and understanding in all situations but I just can’t seem to understand why I was singled out. As I drove away I called the manager and told them what had happened and as a courtesy i let her know that I would be calling corporate and giving them full details of my experience. I tried my best not to cry but ended the call sobbing. I hope no one else is made to feel this uncomfortable at this location again. Hours later I’m still upset. They need better training and need to just do better

Today was my first time going into that store and Ady helped me with an exchange. She was super nice and helped correct my information because they had my email wrong in the system. She was so helpful and patient with me! I was able to get new items for the same price that I spent! Thank you Ady!!!

Bought a few things and realized when I got home ...I was over charged ( item didnt ring up for sale price ) I called the 800# and was pleasantly surprised....I was given a gift card for the inconvenience 🙂 Great customer service !!!I now take back My review!!!! Yes I was sent the e-card...But when I went to use it there was money on it !!!! The employees tried several times and it says 0 balance. What a horrible experience and Extremely bad customer service!!!

They have a great selection of products and great gift ideas. The only problem is that theyre always discontinuing their line of fragrances just as soon as youre starting to like the fragrances they offer. Other than that, they are good. The sales personnel is always helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and welcoming.

Wow! I just had the best customer service experience! I have the personality type that I stick to what I like. My favorite wall fragrance was sold out and an employee took the time to look all over the store, instead of just giving up right away. This employee went above and beyond to assist me with finding a new fragrance. Not only did she help me find a wall fragrance, she also introduced me to room fragrances. The scents she recommended are now new favorites! I was extremely satisfied with her patience and assistance! I now have two new fragrances I like and can be my go to fragrances in addition to the one I originally like. I like having options now to purchase when the others aren’t available. I will be visiting this store specifically for all my bath and body works shopping!

The people are always very nice and knowledgeable of the sales going on day by day and theyre always offering to help and of course, offer you more product, but thats okay BBW is worth the price!

My opinion probably doesn’t matter to anyone on here but I have to make sure I say how I’m feeling about this specific location.They for sure racially profileI’ve been four times and each time I have felt so uncomfortable shopping hereI thought maybe the first time I was overthinking that they were following us and staying close by but it happens each time I’ve been here, customer service sucks here for sure! Cris and Marissa need 101 on customer service!I won’t be back there, know my Lil dollars won’t be missed but is very heartbreaking to feel like this when you are trying to treat yourself to something nice.

Bathandbodyworks is the devil is so many choices to choose from you dont know which ones to get in before you realize you spent over $100 on just a few items the prices are ridiculous but I love the coconut scents will always return

I received help in picking out gifts for my 5 sisters form no less than 4 employees. It made the experience super fun! I always love coming to this location. Its also the only stand-alone that Ive seen.

The employees in the floor are nice-ish, the cashiers not so much. I don’t understand why they need to see my ID and have to type in all my information if I have my receipt and am a loyalty member...I hate the way the line is set up. It’s awkward and it’s not set up to be 6 feet apart from another person. I like that they have testers for the wallflowers though.

Pretty impressed with this Bath & Body Works! Larger store with great selections and extremely friendly staff & cashiers. Exchanges are not a hassle nor are returns. If you cant find something, theyll help you and as soon as someone needs to checkout, theyll come to serve you quickly. All of that combined makes for a great shopping experience and Ill definitely seek this location out first for my needs!

For me when it comes to sale like Semi Annual Sale. They didnt have much unlike other store. They dont give coupon either. Oh my! what a fantastic smelling experience!I exchanged a purchase made online with no problems at all. They helped me locate products l liked and even went and found items that had lost the tags for me. I will definitely be back. They also helped me to exchange an old address so l can get mail coupons as well as online discounts.When l first posted l loved this store but as if this week has been disappointing. This is the wax from 3 candles l took back . thats all l am going to say. They do not carry most of the fragrances l want. I dont want the house to smell like fruit all the time. I miss my san Antonio store more and more. Son tried to return a gift of bath soap was told they would give him 2.00 each..a gift???would not exchange. Jan 25 2020

The Keller location has been great for years. I must say however that the Highway 26 location fell far below my expectations on several visits. Servive and food quality.

Too far away from the handicap parking. The store is too small for the amount of stuff in there, never mind the sheer amount of people. I promise you that the fire department would not consider that safe. And the check out is at the back of the store. What demented person designed that?!? The clerks were super nice and super helpful to everyone. And they were smiling and made that whole nightmare of a store tolerable. The owner needs to relocate to a larger space, but they did an excellent job picking staff.

So happy they have opened! Plenty of all items stocked. Had to wait in line to go in but thats the way it is right now.

Great location with lots of parking and friendly service. When they have a sale though, watch out, it gets incredibly busy. Overall though, probably one of the better locations around and the service is always excellent.

Me and my daughter love this Bath & Body Works, we have experienced happy and helpful people, they are always fully stocked and if there is anything you are looking for that they do not have in this location they are always happy to order it in at no extra cost and most of the time it comes next day shipped and ready to pick up. We stop in at least once a month for little goodies, sign up for emails or their app and you receive coupons monthly plus they send you a Birthday gift. This franchise is a must stop in wonderland with unbeatable prices I definitely recommend for gifts and treats of any kind. Happy Shopping

Good quality of things, very well stocked, I have to say, in Bath and body works I usually am greeted with a basket for my things, not here. I have been a couple of times, not too human friendly. They even let one customer hold up a line and didnt open up other register, until people were tired of being there. They send out theses coupons for you to use, but, watch out you can only use one that day and it has to be exact price(I hate that) just let us buy something then take off coupon, so I ended up leaving with out what I really wanted, NOT HAPPY!!?!

Best B&BW around!

Most B&BW employees and most other locations try to hassle and haggle you into purchasing their deals. I dealt with Hailey at this location and she was the perfect amount of helpful. They also didnt give me a hard time when I informed the cashier that I was not interested in giving my personal information (i.e. phone number, email address) to receive their infinite marketing emails. 10/10 would return gladly to this location.

Website on Christmas Eve stated opened until 9 when My daughter arrived at 6 it was closed she drove 30 minutes to get the cucumber melon we were told they had. Where others stores did not. Not happy usually I would give it 5 stars but not tonight they had customers in there they could of let her in to purchase that I even called and told them she drove that far she said sorry closed website is, wrong, rechecked it after 6 still says open until 9 .

I went in 8 minutes before closing because I had to get something for house warming. I was still greeted warmly, and everyone was very nice to me. I had awesome experience and it was very clean with a lot of product.

This is the first time I had been in this store since the remodel. Its a really nice store. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

It always smells so good in there!They have a lot of options from fuity smells to stronger more passionate smells. The have fresh ones and so many more. Its great that they have sets of the smells so you will always be coordinated.

My first time here, I had a gift card that I got for my birthday in October. So I went and looked around not expecting to buy anything. I found some things to buy front their buy 3 get one free special. I like the lotion and body spray. Very happy, I only spent 8.16 after my giftcard.
