Very knowledgeable salesman. Was able to narrow down the perfect choices with several questions. Wasn’t pushy and even had us try a few other mattresses just to feel the difference. Still liked the first one they had us try.

Told mattress would be delivered at a certain time and date. We provided two phone numbers, stayed home all day waiting and never got it. When we called they said they tried but we didn’t answer the door (husband was home all day). They never called my husband’s number either. They did not leave a note on the door to state they had tried to deliver. Store told us they were sorry but they’d have to reschedule. We went through all the trouble of moving tables, taking sheets and blankets off old mattress and hanging around all day for nothing.

This place is great, they where so polite and willing to work with you on the prices. Very grateful for their professionalism. 10/10

This is the second time in 9 years that I’ve purchased a mattress and once again I can here. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable in the area of mattresses. I was once again pleased with the selection they helped me make and very happy with the wonderful customer service. Well worth it.

We were pleasantly greeted by D. Rueger and he began to show me different mattress after he asked a few questions regarding any particular back issues. He explained how the different mattresses were manufactured and why they felt different when laying on them. After some discussion I purchased a completed bed ensemble. Can’t wait for it to be delivered.

I purchased a bed for my guest bedroom in May 2020. The Charlotte Plush Eurotop and a Sleepys foundation (I had to pull out my heavy duty stapler after it was delivered the black felt was falling off) and frame.This is the worst bed ever and it’s just for visitors. When I move the bed the frame falls apart, the mattress has large bulges that I can’t smooth out. I have flipped and rotated bed without success.On the other hand I purchased a Sleepys Hush Pillowtop in 2017 or 2018 that is so comfortable and holding up well. So I guess I got a dud because I haven’t even had it a year and it’s trash.My two stars are because the delivery wasn’t made on agreed day. From this location.

Customer service rep/manager was way too pushy. Wide variety of options but I found a more reasonably priced mattress somewhere else. Glad I didnt end up buying a $4,000 mattress there. Especially after she signed me up for a credit card when she was going to see how much I qualify for. I told her I didnt know if I was ready to buy that particular mattress. They care more about making money there than whats best for their customers.
