Left the vehicle for a rotation balance and inspection on Friday picked it up Saturday evening, noticed that it pulled to the left...long story short, took it back to Firestone on Monday, waited for over an hour after they kept taking walk ins before even pulling my car back, I spoke up and complained, they did not apologize for me having to come back for a job they did not do properly in the first place. It ended up taking almost 2 hours...for something that should have been fixed the first time, not happy.

Excellent service! I noticed a nail in my tire when I went to go pick up my pet from the groomers and called them immediately. They were so friendly and nice and even let me bring my dog in until my roommate could come pick up her up. Service was quick and there were no hassles. Definitely recommend!😁

If you dont mind high priced service, this is a great place. I love that you can schedule online. They were very professional inside and so far all the work performed has been great. But compared to your average local shop Firestone is very pricey.

I walked in early on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment. I explained to Marquis that we were traveling through from out of state to Houston. We hit a piece of truck tire on the highway west of Fort Worth, and it damaged the condenser coil so the A/C was not cooling. Marquis understood, got us in for diagnostics, and called with news in about an hour. The condenser and a discharge line had to be replaced. He had the mechanic take the front of the car apart while they were waiting on parts. They were able to replace the damaged components and recharge the A/C and have the car ready for us by 3:00 pm so that we could complete the trip into Houston Saturday afternoon. It was expensive, but we were so grateful that they could accommodate us. Two other places we called previously said they were too busy. Marquis is a pro and great at customer service.

This Firestone location is beyond AWESOME!! The customer service is great! The front desk guy is very kind even the guys in the back are great! Last time one of them installed my registration sticker and I didn’t even ask.These guys are awesome. They are always available to service my vehicle and they do so in a timely manner whether I walk in (which I do most of the time) or have an appointment and they are considerate of the fact that I have a baby with me.I hear some complain about the bathroom cleanliness... really!? Over priced. Dont check vehicle thoroughly. Dont trust the shop and will not be returning. Had my vehicle there twice. Each time, I felt unsatisfied with the service. Its a money pit.

I was there for a flat tire and ended up replacing with 2 new tires by their recommendation. Long story short, I found out that they put a wrong size on one of the tire. Im 100% positive that the mechanic knew about this and I overheard the conversation of him with front office guy about this issue. If I did not checked myself, who knows what this will create??? This is a beyond shady business !!!

These guys were soo awesome when we stopped there. Traveling through and had a bad tire on our trailer. They stayed open late and swapped the tire for us and didnt make us feel like we were putting them out of their way. Wish I could remember the 2 guys that evening, but thank you for helping us get back home to LA from Vagas.

My 18yo daughter lives in Watauga, I live in Missouri. Firestone service center has always repaired her vehicle right the first time. Some repairs extensive some normal maintenance. I have been able to go to Missouri location to pay for repairs in Watauga, very convenient. Prices are a little high IMO. However, no issues with replacement parts failing or technicians errors. Like I said, right the first time. I will continue to use their services for my only child. Big thanks to Kevin for communicating well, and prioritizing services when I have a tight time schedule to keep. He is very professional and provides great customer service. Technicians do excellent work based on my experience on multiple occasions.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment. Vehicle drove fine but steering was off centered. All the alignment specs were good except for off center steering wheel. Took back one week later and get a call that the vehicle needs to go to a body shop for possible frame issue. Showed me the alignment print out and was way out. Barely drove vehicle at all foe one week and was driving straight, just the steering off center was anoying. I have since taking vehicle to another repair facility and was very please to see all the specs were perfectly within manufacturer specs except the toe was slightly out. They corrected the toe and vehicle steering perfectly straight. I have since then given all my business to this new repair facility as to all trust in Firestone has been lost. I hope no one else has to go through this kind of experience. Also Firestone personel needs to be more customer oriented.

The service was great and they were very kind. I am a female and usually when I go into a car place they try and tac every possible thing on. Both times I have been in here they have not done that. Impressive coustmor service and covid precautions! They have a barrier of six feet and enforce the mask policy. Kevin was an enjoyable employee and was very understanding of all my concerns about covid and my vehicle.If you come, wear mask; it is required.

Weve been taking all our vehicles here for 2 years now and the service level is consistently very good. Sue is a very friendly and customer oriented service advisor. Pricing feels fair compared to other auto shops in the area. Only downside is lately it seems like theyve been short on technicians, so the wait times have been a lot longer. I recommend making an appointment, dropping your car off or getting here right when they open around 7am.

My day started out with a poor customer service at the Firestone location at 8925 Tehama Ridge Pkwy. I went in there with a flat tire and after waiting to be acknowledged the service advisor told me not going to happen today...I might be able to work you in tomorrow. As I was leaving the store, he said you should try the Firestone on 377.So, not only was this advisor not very helpful, a technician was standing next to him leaned on the desk the whole time. Im sure he was really busy, but the perception was that he had nothing to do. Also, instead of telling a customer to go somewhere else, the advisor should have picked up the phone and called the store on 377 to see if they could get me in. At least pretend like you care.The store on 377 was awesome. They visibly looked much busier than the other store. When I walked in, two customers were being helped at the counter. An employee named Joe saw me from where he was in the shop and came in to help me. when I told him my situation, he said I can help you with that. He worked me in and got my flat fixed and back on the car.Thanks Joe and the whole 377 Firestone team!

Ive had very good service here. The workers have all been knowledgeable and professional, something I had at my former location but had to do some looking to find it again in Fort Worth. They have provided tire maintenance, and gave me some info on my wheels and alignment I had not known. Today, an oil change took 20 minutes max. I had called ahead to make sure they could take me and they got me right in, checked me in over the phone.

Crooks. My 18 year old daughter moved to Texas from NC a couple of months ago. She went to this place to get her oil changed because they had a special for $19.99. That was just the bait. They told her she needed 2 new rear tires, a battery and air filter. The rear tires only have about 1200 miles since I last checked them and they had at least 1/2 tread left at that point. This is a front wheel drive car so the rear tires are only there for the ride and will last forever. She flew home for 2 weeks during the holidays and left her car parked the entire time. When she returned it started up with no problem. My father and I were in the tire and battery business for many years and cant believe how people will lie to their customers like this. I am very familiar with automobiles and always take care of her car maintenance but cant now as Im still living in NC. I never realized how some people were taken advantage of until now. Its probably because of her age and shes from out of state. Very dishonest.

I will never go to firestone again. All they want is money. I took my car there just to have a simple AC check and they said it would cost $500 to fix. I took it somewhere else and it only cost $10 just to add a little freon. I took my sons car to get it inspected and now they say it needs new tires. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Its time to move on to somewhere else.

Ever since my husband and I moved down here to Keller weve used this Firestone for our tires, repairs, services, and inspections. We have always gotten great service and decent prices, especially if you get the coupons from them in the mail and take advantage of it when you need something done. We have a Ford F350 dually diesel and theyve always done our inspections on our truck. Plus we purchased our last set of tires from them over a year ago and they are still going strong, theyve only been rotated once. If they cant find the problem, they send you in the right direction to get it fixed. We also bring our Ford Fusion here for the state inspection and were usually in and out pretty quickly, especially if you get there early in the morning. Great team at this Firestone!

Ive had my serpentine belt changed, left half shaft, coolant flushed, and I have the lifetime alignments. I now have an axle seal leak on the axle they replaced. I get my alignment done about every 2 months or when needed and its not consistent most of the time. They also told me I need rear shims to have my back wheels aligned. Why finally mention this after about 4 alignments? Appointments mean nothing and you can literally be waiting for 3 hours. The day I had my coolant changed, Joe, one of the shop managers, called and said it would be ready to pick up in about 15 minutes. I get there (maybe 10 minutes later) and its another hour till its ready because the master tech wanted to be thorough. The coolant was still brown.. Had to take it somewhere else to have it done right. This is the worst shop Ive ever taken my vehicle to. Places like this make it very hard for people to trust mechanic shops. Business 101: treat people right and do a quality job and theyll come back for more.

Horrible service. Went in for a balance and rotation on my Wrangler. They called to tell me it was ready so I went to pick it up. The manager that checked me out told me they suggest rear brakes and oh by the way... you need to replace a lug stem because one was stripped, as he dumped the lug nut from the service sleeve. I was confused because I have 5 lugs but he had 1 in his hand. I asked how many were on the Jeep right now and he said 4. I told him that there were 5 on when I came in so how did this happen. He said that it sometimes happens when they are taking the nuts off they have resistance and the stem strips. So I said ok why did you not fix it if you stripped it. He said it was not them and I would have to pay for the repair. I was not understanding because it was not stripped when I brought it in.When I asked how much he said ... the stem is 11.99 and the rest is 1.3 hours of labor = $230+!!! When questioned why I was not called about this before they put my Jeep back together, he did not have an answer. When questioned on why they did not stop and call to advise I could be facing a $230+ repair if they proceeded to remove the tire his reply was... It was going to happen anyway, weather you were here or on the side of the road with a flat tire. So at this point Firestone has made the financial decision for me that I would have an additional cost of $230+ today. I asked if it was safe to drive with only 4 lugs and he said they recommended to have all 5. So I said... Its not safe? He said no and I replied but you were willing to allow me to drive off like that and there was no reply. Now the story is that is can only strip going on and they are not responsible. I asked him to note on my paperwork that I arrived with 5 lugs on. He proceeded to write that Nut was on but stripped. I told him that he couldnt write that because he didnt know that for sure. So he scratched it out and said Im not going to write anything then. The managers answer to this all was that I was going to have to pay $230+ to get it fixed and offered no other resolution. Luckily for me I live 3 mins from the location so I drove home and parked my Jeep. I called 3 other Well known Tire chains and they only want $50 to repair. So not only do you damage my vehicle and take no responsibility but you price gouge me at the same time.

Went in to get tires, an alignment and an inspection done on my vehicle. Actual appt went great or so I thought, then I wait a few days and go online to renew my registration and the state tells me I still need an updated inspection completed and sent in to them...call Firestone and they finally admit that someone didn’t do their job and it was never actually inspected. Yet I was charged for it...I ask to speak to a manager and some guy named Jake I believe gets on the phone I tell him what’s going on and he goes well you can either bring it in for an inspection or I can give you a refund that’s all I can do. He had no remorse for how inconsiderate this was for me as a customer and he certainly didn’t seem to care that his employee made an error that could have legal ramifications for me, since I can’t get my registration renewed without having this completed first. Worst service I have ever received at a car place and I was disappointed in the lack of willingness the manager had to try to do anything he could to make it right. I will not be returning and I will be informing anyone I know interested in going to a firestone now that their employees lie and could care less about making sure the customers are taken care of.

I came in for a hole in my tire. They opened at 7am but actually opened the doors around 6:50am. That was a plus for me as I needed to drive to Austin for work the same day. I didnt have an appt and it only took them an hour to fix it. I was planned on waiting longer since I didnt have an appt but I was wrong. They were pretty fast.

Ive had both my vehicles at Firestone in Watauga for maintenance/mechanic work many times over the last several years and have always been pleased with their service. They seem to take a little longer than they expect, so I started just dropping the vehicles off instead of waiting and this has worked well for me. I do not understand cars and theyve gone above and beyond to be helpful when Ive needed help, even answering questions that have nothing to do with work theyve specifically done.

Ive been a very regular customer for years. Ive spent thousands between tires oil changes and minor car repairs. If your hours say youre open until 5pm and i walk in at 419pm only wanting an oil change you should be more than capable of performing and I shouldnt be told youre done for the day. I wont be back to spend my money where it isnt wanted.

I have had two bad experiences with NTB, so after they really dropped the ball this time I came to Firestone.Sue and her team were fantastic. Found the tires I needed, had them shipped cross town on the same day, and installed that evening. This is where Ill be coming back for future maintenance.

APPOINTMENTS DONT MATTER!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change last night and received a confirmation email this morning. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time (mid Monday morning) and told it would be an hour. Not too unreasonable but still disappointing for someone who has an appointment. I ran an errand and came back 55 minutes later to find they had not even started on my appointment. I asked what was the point of an appointment if not started on right away. He said it was like a doctors office. You have to wait for the patients before you to get done. Terrible service is EVERYTHING before had waited over an hour too. He then called the manager over to speak to me who then tried to tell me the same doctor story. What do they train their employees on what story to tell to unhappy customers????? Told them I would take my business elsewhere and the manager then said I could take it now if I wanted to. HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!! Wont be back to the Watauga location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They used to be, very helpful and fast. But lately its been terrible. I gave them several chances because theyre so close to our house. The wait time are FOREVER. I went up once for an alignment. They found I couple minor things I told them they could fix. I dropped my car off at 9 and went home. HOURS later after calling to check on it a couple times they said it was almost ready. I went back up. The alignment still wasnt done. I explained to the manager (who to be fair I dont believe is the manager anymore) I was missing work for this and and his response was What you want? with a shoulder shrug. I said I needed the alignment. He did not seem to care. and a couple months later we got a letter in the mail saying we needed to move our car off their property or they would tow it. Our car was in our driveway. After several experiences like this we drive out of our way to the firestone on Denton Hwy.

Very unethical branch and I have been using them for years and I always felt I wasn’t always being respected by being mislead. After trying to take advantage of my wife (any women I am afraid) they have lost my business. Very unfortunate as I have used them for over 15 years and many other locations as well.If you wonder if I am over reacting please answer this question.Do you think a brand new vehicle after being on the road for only 12 months needs brand new tires on all 4 when they are well over 12/32s and we just need a tire patched?So glad she was smart enough not to buy into that BS and unfortunately these actions would be the result of the manager putting in standard practices for his employees to follow.

At 8 AM I changed my cabin air filter myself.At 10 AM, during a complete vehicle inspection, this Firestone told me I needed my cabin air filter changed because its dusty.I recommend taking your car to an honest shop instead.

No one knows the proper time to do a job. Service writers dont know the difference between their as$ and a hole in the ground. Thats what you get when you go to a chain. They replaced my whole AC system and still not working. I had warranty so I went to again they said we will replace condenser but next time we will not giving you any warranty until I replace my bumper support with them. Before they replaced my AC system i clearly mentioned if caused any other problem to fix my Ac I don’t want to fix it. I feel like I paid about $1400 for nothing. I never had trouble before with firestone. I always my cars fix with firestone but this time they drives me crazy!!

Yesterday they did a State inspection and offered to change out my belt because it was starting to crack pretty bad. I was on a time crunch and they promised to finish it quickly. They delivered on time and I got to work ahead of schedule. Great job Spencer and the rest of the crew there.

With the exception of always having to wait, Ive never had a problem with them. Until today. I went in because I needed a new headlight. He looked everything up and said it would be over $128! I said that must be an expensive light! He said it was only $13.99. The rest was labor. It would take about an hour because its a pain to get to. I said I didnt have that kind of time and left. Went somewhere else. Cost me $30 plus headlight because it IS a pain to get to. But I was out of there in maybe 20 minutes. Theres NO excuse for that one!!!!!!!

Get a second opinion when Firestone tells you about part(s) of your vehicle needing replacement. You might be paying for parts that was not replaced but Firestone tells you it was replaced. Be very cautious. I’m speaking from my own experience. I followed my suspicion and went to a different mechanic and per his recommendation I took my car back to Firestone, told them what the other mechanic found, firestone did not argue, told me they will replace the part for real this time, I said no thank you, got my money back.

I (Ron) just had new tires installed and then 5 days later had new shocks installed, Both Service advisors I had the pleasure to work with, Spencer and Tyson, were very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and patient with me and the requests I had for the tires and shocks. PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IT COULD MEAN LIFE OR DEATH : Went here because I was having problems with my car jerking when I accelerated and my brake lights would stay on even after turning them off. I did not know exactly what the problem was but I hoped they could help. Turns out I need a tune up, spark plugs replaced and my brake light switch was broken. Since all of that totaled out to 400 something dollars. I thought why not add fixing my driver side axle since I knew that was a previous issue and I can just knock it all out here. Smh they told me my key lock was stripped when they got it but I later realized it was them that stripped it and lied. After getting my car back and driving it around for about 7 minutes. I noticed when I took my foot of the accelerator the car would just instantly stop and my brake pad was very stiff. I pulled into a random parking lot and smoke was coming out of the driver side axle where I asked for the repair! I brought the car back to them and explained what happened. I was told the mechanic tighten the brakes too tight. Ok “no big deal.” I though mistakes happen. I go back to my car and my brake lights are still on and my lights are off. I thought they fixed the switch smh! Anyway the mechanic seen I was having trouble with the light and fixed it. No more issues so I thought. I had these repairs on April 29th. For the past week I have been dealing with this loud knocking sound on my passenger side. I was going to make another appointment with this Firestone being that they were the last shop I went to and I never had this problem. The sound got so bad that I ended up at my local Walmart auto center. The mechanic there told me that my passenger side wheel was hanging by a thread and the previous mechanic did not tighten it! Smh! The thing that pisses me off with this establishment is that I paid a total of 766.92 dollars for my life to be in danger! I will never go to another Firestone again and I will make it my mission to inform people of this unprofessionalism. Please know I will be calling corporate as well.

Power window replaced with wrong regulator/motor assembly. Was told they needed more time to do the factory reset (which was incorrect). Window only went up 1/4 inch at a time. Came back on another day, after an hour and a half was told that I in fact needed a new master driver window switch.Took my Subaru to the dealership, was told that the wrong parts were used for the car, and that my master switch was find. The dealer actually did it for cheaper and more importantly did the job correctly the first time. The only reason I didnt give 1 star was because the manager did agree to a full refund.

Wife and I have taken multiple cars here for service, tires and referred friends. Recently, oil change for wifes 2006 Acura and free brake inspection. They said brakes were great - glad we got their opinion as Road Runner Lube suggested a full brake job! Trust this Firestone location.

Getting your car fixed is never a fun thing to do but these guys do a great job. Its important to temper the bad reviews with an understanding that 1.) fixing your car the right way takes time. And 2.) it costs money.We bring all of our cars to firestone watauga and they go above and beyond for me. Its the best place to go in the 7624x area. Get in early if you want to get out quickly.

Complete rip-off. Incompetent techs. Went in for a/c service and oil change. Recharge system and no where near working correctly, shorted on oil. You dont release a job saying its fixed when you have not even close to being done. Do not use this location .

Quick but expensive I had. 4 tires put on from tire buyer to save money and it cost me 25 per tire for mounting and that was with a coupon for 15 % off ridiculous.

I got my oil changed here and the service was great, Im not sure why these other reviews arent very good but it must be because theyre old and the place has hired some different people. Everything was done right and I couldnt ask for better treatment, Ill definitely be coming back!

Had a lot of work to be done so I expected to wait all day. While waiting, I noticed an obvious pattern ... everyone who came in for work, no matter how simple, all seemed to be in dire need of control bushings. Hmm, I guess there must be a plague of bad control bushings. But fear not because they had the solution for just $19.95 extra. (Price is rhetorical, I dont remember the actual price.)But here is the clincher that will assure that I NEVER use this place again, and perhaps not even Firestone. They tried to hold my car hostage for CASH and even had the nerve to call the police on me for trying to take back my car - after paying for it.The Background. They said that they accept checks when I arrived. No problem. Well, after a long day they couldnt get their check reading machine to work and nobody there knew how to process a check manually. I took it upon myself to call my bank and using the speakerphone the manager listened to the banker tell him that the check was good and my identity was confirmed.NOPE. That was not good enough for the manager. I would have to give them cash. Except that now its 7:30pm, the banks are closed and you cant get $1100 from an ATM machine. I ended up having to call for a ride and wait until the next day for the bank to open to get cash. ... and yes, the teller confirmed that the check I had used was readable by the machine.The moral of this story ... these people are crooks & liars. And it sickens me that Firestone doesnt have the guts to fire these people.

I have been taking my 2000 chey tahoe there for the past eight years, they have done varios repairs routine maintenance and new tires. As always they have done an excellent job at keeping my aging vehicle in tip top condition. My truck runs great thanks to them.

Will nevee use Firestone dealers ever again. Couldnt get TPMS synched with my vehicle, no matter what spot it was mounted. Claimed all 3 times it was an issue with my vehicle. Funny that a competitor couldnt scan it either. Cost me $65 for a new TPMS. Firestone was indifferent, and wouldnt entertain reimbursement.

Never been here before. I had taken My car to discount tire to get a tire fixed. They told me that I needed an alignment, and gave me a flyer with a pretty good price on an alignment but it was a little further than I wanted to drive. So I stopped at the Firestone down the street, and they wouldt match the price at all! I was pretty disappointed. What was really bad about the experience was there price, $84.95, which was 2 1/2 time higher than the other place. Basically I was given the break it off in your ass price!!! Total BAD experience!

Service was quick, but they forgot to reset my maintenance alert and tire alert. They said that my tires did not need to be rotated.The fash reading rrad that the air pressure had been set a little bit higher than what they should have been set. They did match a competiors price but i still feel uneasy about their honesty in the type of oil they used.
