Justin & Chuck GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE guys!!!!!!!! Every time we visit GS, its always great service. Myself being mommy, I dont have a clue half of the time what these kids want. J&C help the kiddos and speak their gaming languages. Again, when we visit this GS on Rufe Snow, J&C are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! Thanks guys for always making GS an enjoyable visit! I would just like to say Chuck helped me out tremendously. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to clarify a mix up on a game I had purchased and was given a different copy. He then went out of his way to make sure the game got to me before I was deployed. Seriously the best GameStop experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Chuck you were awesome bro.

The store is dirty, has bed bugs in the merchandise, not to mention, when I call back up to the store they never answer, had to drive across town to get a refund on my purchase. FRANKLY I WONT BE BACK EVER AGAIN. Tragic I was a long time customer of theirs. 5 thumbs down gamestop, or lack of knowledgeable personal . Maybe they should rename there place GameDontstop. Lol

I havent shopped in GameStop in a hot minute -- but shopping tonight, Christmas Eve, 30 minutes before close was a genuine /pleasure/.Tim, and his associate (young lady with wonderful green hair) were both knowledgeable, helpful, and very adequate with their understanding of current deals and sales.They helped me get a PS4, a few games, and everything Id need to help my sister have a great Christmas with her newly wed husband.Thanks yall!

Went in on Friday 2/19/21 at 620pm there were employees in the store but it was locked up and gate was down and the website says they close at 8pm and so does their sign at the door

I spoke with Chuck on the phone after having an issue with a switch I ordered that was not delivered. He called the powers at be and helped me get the answers I needed. All the while I was on the phone he was serving other customers and was the most pleasant person to listen to. He never became flustered. I appreciate his level of professionalism.

The gentleman that helped my son get a game he wants today was awesome. My little guy is 8 years old and wasnt quite sure how to explain what game he wanted and even though Im sure the game he ended up with was available online to download he helped us get exactly my boy wants. I spoke to James at this store earlier today about swapping out some defective headphones. Even though this store did not have any, he spent a couple of minutes looking up the closest locations and verifying that they had one in stock. Service above and beyond that saved me 20 minutes of calling around. Exceptional service every time from this store.

The coolest games, collectables, consoles and accessories can be found at this Game Stop. I go here all the time and the employees know almost everything about the games and stuff that are being sold there.

The manager with the long beard is amazing. There was an issue so when I came to the store I was angry, so I apologize for that, but he handled the situation a million times better than I could have ever expected or imagined. The receipt I have says Chuck on it, so if thats you, thank you for your more than amazing help. I never really shopped at game stop before but I will start coming here for any of my gaming needs/wants because of how incredible he is. Thank you again for your help and time.

Who doesnt love going to gamestop and finding some cool collectibles and the fame you want? I love going in and talking to the staff who can gather what i like and suggest new games to try based on that info. Always a great experience here. I have been to this location for 4 years and nit once have i been given reason to complain. Keep up the good work guys!

Just go to Target to get games for your kid. I waited here in line 20 mins while the guy working talked on the phone with a line 2 people deep.

Kind workers and nice store, but definitely a little pushier here than most Gamestops. Especially one salesman, he will offer you everything under the sun lol and wont stop when you reject the first 45 times.

They try to sell used games as new games, i was going to buy a game listed as new and when i asked if it was sealed he said no so i chose another used game out of the case and he said he was going to get the other game out of there as well. In a few years these stores will be gone with everything digital. They are fighting tooth and nail by ripping off the customers for a profit to stay afloat.

No cleaning supplies the store is not regularly cleaned or wipe down they are not cleaning trade-ins or allowing sick associates to go home.Sick associates are either fired or continue to work.This is a hotspot for the virus to spread please stay away from GameStop.

This is what I consider to be my home store. Service is fast and I can count on the staff to provide me with honest opinions on games and to steer me towards other games I might like. If youve never been to a midnight game release you should go some time. Youll have a good time.

Guys at the store are always super friendly and helpful. Store counters tend to be cluttered when we visit, but they are always well stocked.

Gotta admire the workers and how they can talk up quite literally sell any piece of merchandise they sell to moms and grandmothers as if it was the 2nd coming of jesus regardless if its the biggest mistake gaming has put outSeriously guys yall are great at your jobs when its someone who doesnt know any better but hey that disk and case has been taking up space in the drawer for x amount of time gotta get rid of it somehowIn all serious though every gamestop does this go in get what you want and walk out dont listen to a single thing any of these people have to say

Went in yesterday to sell my inbox one and from the moment I walked in a gentleman named Charles was flat out rude and disrespectful. Spoke to me and my brother like we were total idiots and saying he wouldnt be able to give us nearly what we asked for until finally I asked if he could ring it up and check, turns out we got 20 bucks more than projected and it took all of 5 minutes. And even after the fact he maintained a horrible attitude and provided awful customer service. Would love to speak with whoever runs this store about the dialog that took place

I came in the other day to purchase a ps4 controller and game. Unfortunately they sold me a broken controller. I went to take the controller back days later, and when I went the same make-up caked faced girl was making it difficult. One worker took the controller and tried to test it as if we I was lying and didnt have my receipt. She tried to over charge me but I calmy asked why and then she said I didnt have my receipt. (Whick was in the bag with the controller). They made my return difficult and I thought it was rude how they did it.
