I’m a realtor that is taking a class and needed to print and bind my manual. I printed it from home then took it to Office Depot to bind it. Before I could get a word out of what I needed I was rudely told two days. So I came to staples to have it done and was treated kindly and was told it could be done within the hour. I think I’m passing up on the realtor savings I got at Office Depot to get better service from Staples
I have never had such good customer service. the manager Louise made sure we got what we wanted and she is super nice. I recommend staples to everyone.
Awesome deal on an item I was looking for. These Avery 2 x 4 address labels, usually 29.99 for 1,000 labels was just $5.00 for 1,200 labels on clearance. I use these for my business daily. I got 4 boxes, which should last several years. They still have about a dozen boxes left. The store is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Don and David did a Super Job helping me with my office chair needs. I needed specific size and price range. The entire staff is always nice and there selection is great. I was pleasantly surprised on my last visit that they didnt even want to charge me for two color copies! I like Sraples better than Office Depot. Staples staff I found is more knowledgeable.
Their self serve machines are much more fluid, unlike OD’s, which break down every so often.😆
Worse customer service ever. I would always come to this store for many months now and I would always have good service towards me. Ever since they hired new managers, my satisfaction has gone downhill. The managers never help customers with their needs, they would always give the associates the customers to handle rather than themselves. Will never comeback here ever again, especially if the manager wears My Little Pony clothing.
Everything was great manager was a very helpful guy lady in the printer section was super rude asked her for help 3 times litterly and she told me shed be right there and never came very rude and un professional never going there again

These guys are really great!!! I couldnt believe the service I received today!!! Chase, Conner and Reggie were as nice and cool as can be!! Chase helped me for the first half of my visit with showing me what I was looking for and then some for buying an office chair, Conner also showed me some chairs and pretty much helped me with a final decision and Reggie greeted me coming into the store and checked me out at the registers!! All were great, to say the least!!! I appreciated ALL their help and Ill definitely go back there in the future!!! Don W.
Very unsatisfied with customer service and how they handle people. Go the the Office Depot literally 1 block down; they are more friendly and you do not have to hunt someone down. The Office Depot employees come to you and ask if you need anything.

David explained the pro and cons of three or four different models by several manufacturers after I told him how I was going to use it. I ordered a new Dell laptop, wireless mouse, a device for streaming Netflex on my home television. Of course, I purchased virus protection and accidental replacement.
Injured my back & needed a new office chair so I could come back to work. Came here and found one but was told that they were at their busiest time and wouldnt be able to put it together until at least the next day. Saw 4 or 5 employees walking around and no customers in store, explained why I needed it and asked if we could get it done faster or buy the floor model and was told no. After no luck calling Office Depot, we decided to buy one here and put it together ourselves, just to have the wrong chair brought out and sold to us. Luckily I noticed as it was being put into our car & was able to go back in and get the correct one. Probably wont come back unless I was directed to by work, would go to a different one if possible.

Greeted as I walked in the door and the nice lady directed me straight to what I was looking for. When I got to where I needed to be, the nice lady at the register had another associate already waiting on me to assist with anything I needed. I believe Conner was his name. Best product, best price, best service! What more could you ask for?
They really did a good job to promote the additional insurance plan for the things you want to buy. And their attitude change so quickly if you refuse to buy it. Do not go there, the nearby Office Depot is a much better place to shop.

I came in to exchange an item Id picked up in the wrong size.Id used a coupon in the original transaction and was going to lose the savings due to the way the transaction system works. The cashier adjusted the price so I could benefit from the savings. Thats good customer service!

Horrible experience at the Euless Texas location, the manager really did not want to be at work that day. I called the customer service number and asked for a return phone call 2 weeks later I am still waiting. I am not surprised he acted in the manner he did, probably following the lead of the company he works for.I left Staples and went to Office Depot and was greeted with open arms and a sincere desire to do business. Good job Office Depot, good luck Staples on keeping your doors open with that type of service.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I am African-American and have frequented this store numerous times over the last 10 years for business and school supplies. The customer service has never been great and anytime you shop in Watagua youre subject to discrimination just because youre Black, but today was the final straw. I was standing in line to pay for the annual school supply haul and the manager, without saying a word just turned off the aisle light and walked over to the next aisle to assist the white couple in the other line. I dropped my basket right where I stood and walked out. I will spend my money somewhere else from now on. Staples, you just lost a loyal customer!
This particular trip to staples was great. I needed to get a pretty important document printed off my phone. Go in the store and right off the bat, Im surprised at the cleanliness and how organized it was. That Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was doing. So a nice gentleman staff member took me and my copy order and walked me through step By step. I now can go and do it myselfand could probably helpsomeone else. Ordered some business cards online from the print shop. Apparently the photo I uploaded looked pixelated and horrible. They called me to have me send a better quality image, didnt charge me any extra, then printed them within a couple hours. Excellent customer service, will definitely return for my printing needs.
Bought a rather expensive Honeywell Space Saving Cash Drawer on 4/25/2019 to use in my personal business only to get it home and discover the release button was a bit too hard to push in and have it release, so I returned it today. This review is more about the customer service than the product as I would guess most would be fine with it, just didnt work for me.I walked in with the cash box, it was a bit heavy and I am pretty small and proceeded toward the customer service/online order desk only to be told by who I guess was a manager to go through the one open cashier to make a return. Ok, fair enough, maybe the three employees standing at that desk were unable to take a return, didnt want to think they were too busy chatting. As the cashier took my reciept and keyed in numbers she paused and said I dont know how to do this. She retrieved one of the chatty members named Chase (I am guessing a manager)and he took his sweet time walking the 10 feet to her register, he did not acknowledge me or even make eye contact. No instead he went back and forth between the two registers and the customer service desk I referenced previously that I was not to approach for a return until finally he was able to print something out and get the return accepted. What Chase doesnt know and didnt take time to ask was how I was doing today...you see I have a auto-immune disease that was causing me great pain today and the slightest offer for assistance would have been greatly appreciated, whatever happened to seeing an elder struggling with a big box and offering to assist? Instead Chase let me know with his actions and inability to walk faster than a snail on a Sunday stroll he was not remotely interested in providing a great, or in his case even a sub-standard experience today. As a result it will be quite awhile, if at all, I return to this Staples. This is why store front businesses are closing their doors. Customer service if good will convince me to drive out of my way to purchase your goods. I guess I picked a bad day for that, they were not busy and could have made this a much better experience. Chase would never be in a position of authority in any business I ran. Hopefully he will see this and change before they lose more than my business. With that said, I see all the rave reviews for customers looking to buy something so maybe they just dont want to accept returns. Sad..

I have been searching for printers for quite awhile now, and not many people have been helpful or knowledgeable about the difference or quality of products. I am a local Realtor here in DFW so I print a lot of materials. I came here to this location on Denton Hwy/ 377 in Watauga, Tx (after being to several 6+ stores in the DFW area) and an awesomeEmployee named Eric gave me great insite and helped me tremendously!! He is not only knowledgeable, but extremely friendly.Thank you for a fantastic experience Eric!!!
What terrible attitude and customer service. Three hours for 12 copies and a stinky personality to go with it. No thank you....I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t see this location surviving if they treat customers this way.
Worst customer service EVER. Go to office depot down the street. Made me wait for a manager because the buy one get one did not work and the useless employee could do nothing but sit and stare at me...dont have a promotion that your employees know nothing about. Wont be back.

I went earlier today to buy a one label price scanner. Store has a very confusing front line because you are suppose to enter in front of the shelves and there was a huge gap in the beginning. The lady cashier was very ignorant and when I walked out she said have a good day with an I dont care attitude.

I usually enjoy shopping at this store, but my last few visits have not been very positive. Customer service has declined. Workers on their phones or chatting together, obviously inconvenienced when I watched another customer try to get their attention.I waited in line while one cashier worked and 3 others stood around a register 2 spots down chatting. Finally looking up, they opened the second register. My cashier avoided eye contact, scanned my item, and asked if I wanted the protection plan for this product because it gets returned a lot. Without further clarification, gave us our total, monotoned all the way, and finished our transaction.My last couple of visits to the office store down the street was the opposite. I will look at conducting my business there from now on, and I will share my experience with my fellow educators.
Went in to get my wedding invitations printed yesterday, right away the girl that went to help me had an I dont care attitude, so I was already concerned . I wasnt sure what I was doing since its not something I had done before so I was really relying on her assistance. Honestly Im not sure even she knew what she was doing, or if she just didnt want to put in a little effort to help me figure out what I needed. She went behind the glass to see if my email had sent, which it had not yet. And then she just stayed there talking to the other employee. Never checked again, I waited 5 minutes, she never came back to check on me (which I had more questions) and never checked for my email again. I walked out and she didnt even notice. Went to Office Depot, got my invites printed for 50$ cheaper than the girl was saying she would charge me, and they were actually helpful. First try with Staples, definitely my last.

Worst place, i give an star because i cant give 0 stars, the lady at the frontis incompetent, the lady told me that she couldnt print the UPS labels there, so i had to spend 3$ and send the email to her and after she told me she need the actual label, they have no idea what are they doing there, they shouldnt even advertise they have UPS service there. Terrible service, wont go there again.
