Me and guys left fitness connection at 6:40 went next door to gnc. Store was already locked and employee ducking behind counter. Says closed at 8pm not 6:40 Ridiculous service to all of us. Drove to alliance gnc and there customer service won my business, even with the out of way drive.

Stopped by this location at 1005a this morning to pick something up, but the doors were still locked, the lights were off and no one answered the phone when I called. The hours on the door were posted as 1000a-8pm. Not sure what happened this morning but I hope this isnt their normal business practices.

The staff at GNC was super helpful and made my life so much easier when it came to picking out what all I needed to get for my weight loss journey. I was able to find the right vitamins and protein supplements. They even helped me find the correct kids vitamins for my growing boys.

Every time I leave the gym to grab something they close 10 minutes early if y’all are open until 8 the door shouldn’t be locked until 8.

I needed to make a return on an online purchase and the guy INSISTED it was impossible and requested I came back on a weekday for “manager approval”. I went to the Alliance location, 10 minutes up the road and the gentleman processed the transaction with absolutely no problem, WITHOUT a manager. The guy at this location was either very lazy or lacked basic knowledge.

Really knowledgeable without making me feel like I’m getting jumped by a car sales man. I liked how the man gave me my space to look around and answered my questions.

I like how helpful they are without hounding you. I also like the extra advice they give to help whatever you buy work more. Ive been taking test 600 for a few months now and its always worked fine, but the manager suggested I started taking fish oil with it and now I feel the test booster working better.

Hours posted till 8pm. 745 and its all closed down. That sucks.

Not professional. Says it open at 10:00am. Got there at 10:05am. Waited for another 15 minutes and it was still close. So yes if I can give this location 0 stars I will.

The manager is very friendly helpful. I bought a protein at another store and didnt like the flavor. I went back to that store and they refused an exchange because I didnt have the recipe. So I came to this store and not only did they exchange my protein, he also gave me a great recommendation on a protein of the same price that fits my diet plan perfectly. He even let me try it before I got it. Great customer service.

Pllllllease train your employees better.. we argued with a kid about reward points for 5 minutes cause he didn’t know the right information.. he Clearly just didn’t want to do his job.. then when my wife asked for recommendations, he said “well I lost 15 on this(pretty skinny kid) I dunno, you should try it..” it was their “product of the month”😂😂 we will go back, but probably walk out again if he is the one working....Also, please play some music. It’s uncomfortably quiet in there for a retail store.

This guy is never here on time. Ive waited until 10:15 AM when the door clearly says 10 AM. Its rather frustrating. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I went in for black seed oil. It was WAY OVERPRICED. I asked the employee if they price matched. NOPE. So, I left and went to the GNC at Alliance. The manager price matched the item for an even lower price than I initially requested! Dont waste your money at this location.

Opened up 12 minutes late..was waiting on the man to come unlock the door and he was not apologetic whatsoever and had headphones in. I asked for a single serve for pre workout and said he couldn’t help me with that. Total waste of time literally.

I didn’t catch his name but the Hispanic male who works there is very good at his job and cares for the customer. Recommend this location over others from his customer service.

I wasnt greeted. There was only one other customer. Although Im on my journey to losing weight (30 so far) the guy who was in there 7/14 judged me based on his preconceptions and I didnt even get a hello, let me help this person and Ill be right with you i got stone cold pretending I never entered. I suggest ordering online through Amazon. Sure, this company may get your money but those jerks wont be ignoring your presence. Also your sign is damaged so take care of that

Online says closes at 8... got there at 730 and man wouldn’t let me in and says they close at 7... how about updating store hours so people don’t venture out for nothing. Disappointed.

Doors locked at 7:15 supposed to be open until 8pm. Go somewhere else!

They are so rude everytime I call to check if they have a product and then when I go in no one talks to me.

We went well within normal operating hours and they just had a sign saying they would be back in 30 min. Unprofessional and rude
