I agree completely with the previous reviewer. The representative who came to my house on 01/26/16 with the promise of a free service check is no more than a salesman for parts which you may or may not need. He did not perform a free service check - i.e. tune or clean the vacuum. He simply looked at the components and offered new ones. It was a really hard sell. The Middle Eastern-type swarthy man who came to my house was very pushy. Do not use this service.
