You guys, the reviews are not lying! Sometimes when a business has nothing but good reviews, it may seem too good to be true. I can assure you, they are as good as they seem online.I texted the number on the their site around 2:30pm. I got a response in about a minute, no joke! He arrived at my house at 4:45pm and was done in about 15 minutes or less. We had great conversation, he was very friendly and kind.I am extremely impressed with how prompt and efficient the installation was done and how the customer service was overall. Was looking for someone knowledgeable on what I was getting installed (MantelMount) with no luck for many weeks. He relocated an electrical outlet to accommodate our TV mount and upgraded some mounting bolts from those provided by the manufacturer because he wanted to be confident in the strength & safety of the install.I highly recommend Brian for the work he did and the overall service he provided including great advices, patient explanations and nice conversation.

Brian did a fantastic and professional job installing a 77 inch TV above the entryway to our family room. It was the most logical and out-of-the-way place in the room to put it, but we couldnt have it obscuring the entryway when not in use. Brian found a robotic mount that allowed us to mount the TV rather unobtrusively high on the wall and descend into the desired viewing position via a remote. It can also be coordinated with our TV remote so that it moves into position when the TV is on. I understand that Amazons Alexa can be brought into the act as well (havent tried this). Brian was meticulous and was perfectly capable of handling the job from soup to nuts including minor reframing, all in-wall wiring, sheetrock patching, painting and device programming. On one occasion, he upgraded some mounting bolts from those provided by the manufacturer because he wanted to be absolutely confident in the strength & safety of the install. He left us with a fully functional and... can-I-say cool viewing room...very neatly cleaned up. We couldnt recommend LCD Plasma more highly!

We called LCD Plasma for a TV mount w/ tv cabinet after an awful experience w/ Hello Tech. Brian responded promptly and was at our place the morning of the next biz day. It took him about 5 min to fix the botched install. He offered us a price that was 25-30% of what he had quoted us b/c the fix was so easy for him. I would hire him w/o a 2d thought for a more challenging job.

I dont know where to even begin besides saying Brian made this process so much more enjoyable and not only is he very knowledgable, he is overall a wonderful human being - so kind and funny and extremely easy to talk to. Look no further, he is your man.I recently purchased a new townhouse that had a large stone fireplace and each stone had an uneven texture. This made me VERY nervous to mount a TV but it is the best spot for the living room. After doing a lot of research and reading these reviews, I decided to reach out to Brian. Initially I texted him so I can send him pictures of my fireplace off the bat. He responded within minutes and we were on the phone. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. As stated before I was very nervous about this in general so Brian stopped by the next day to just take a look at the fireplace to ease my mind (even though he knew he could do it). Additionally, Brian suggested a better mount for what I wanted - he asked me several questions about how I would use the TV which is how he suggested a better mount than the one I purchased. The day Brian came to look at the fireplace, I already had the TV and new mount waiting and he offered to do it on the spot!The 2021 Samsung Frame TV remote does not take batteries and I did not have a USBC charger so Brian left without setting up the TV which was totally fine because I figured I could do it. Turns out my TV was defective itself (nothing to do with Brian as he handled everything with care). I reached out to Brian and he went out of his way to come back and take the TV off the mount and repackaged it for me to return! Then I was able to go to the store and get a new one and Brian came back that day and put the new one up! And I actually had the proper remote charger so he even walked me through set up and explained how the TV works and some tips and tricks.Outside of TV talk, Brian was very knowledge on home improvement projects so we were just talking about some other projects I am planning on tackling. He seemed genuinely interested and provided a lot of wise advice on a wide range of topics. And as I said, hes very funny anyway so I was certainly laughing. I was very comfortable with him being in my home. I tend to be a nervous person when it comes to hiring an outsider for big projects so believe me when I say you will not regret hiring Brian!

He explained what was needed for no wires/mounting and made sure to stay until the TV cycled all the updates to make sure it was working. Get it done right the first time. After another installation service gave me a 5 hour arrival window and then could not move the cable outlet and electrical outlet to install the wall mount, I called Brian. He was at my home in 1/2 hr. and 1 hour later my new 85 Samsung 90t QLED was installed and floating above my Sonos ARC Sound bar and media cabinet. Job done! Neat clean and fast. In the future I will not use anybody else for an installation.
