Jeffery was very helpful, he asked me what I was looking for and I explained it to him. I pointed out a couple of cars, which he then handed me the keys to check out the cars and see how I liked them in person. Justin was very diligent. He explained the warranty and car details to me. Mark was very professional and helpful. Mark kept me updated on my car and a small tail light situation that happened to my Bmw . Mark ordered the piece and made sure it was installed. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought a 2011 BMW X5 at the beginning of 2019, owned it for 3 months, business told me to kick rocks after the motor went not even 3k miles into ownership. Another 10 grand later and I had a different shop that was actually competent replace the motor after I could finally afford it for my lawn ornament. Ill try to post some photos of the trash this business sold me. All I will say is be careful who youre doing business with. Car was sold to me absolutely filthy with soda bottles and trash all over as they even had the audacity to hand me the transmission splash pan while telling me I guess this is the hardware instead of actually putting it onto the car, expecting me to do it unlike how a real dealership would.. Like I said, be careful. This is a flip from auction dealership that cares about one thing. Your wallet.

Very Rude! I went here looking to buy a car, when me and my partner entered no one greeted us or even looked in our direction. After a while someone asked how could they help us. I stated I was looking to buy a car, the man (I wasn’t here long enough for names) told me to look at their website….. I had already done that so I told him which car I was looking at, then he gave me the keys (didn’t get my name or copy of my license!) As we are waking out to the lot to see the car, the owner is waking in. I held the door for him and he never said thank you. We begin to discuss how TERRIBLE customer service was and how the OWNER could’ve said thank you. As we get to the car, the owner and another man from inside comes out to confront my partner, asking what he said and how he doesn’t like people mumbling. So he told them, once I saw the confrontation happening I asked if the man worked there and that’s when he told me that he was the owner ( I was very shocked at a OWNERS behavior). At that point my partner told me to give him the keys back and we wouldn’t do business with them. Now at the point more men have come out of the establishment for this one guy. EVERYONE ARGUING WITH THIS ONE GUY! My partner asked the other men if he was wrong for wanting the man to say thank you to me and they said yes (WOW). I was the only one trying to resolve the situation, as if I was the owner!THe owner also told us that he owns 3 houses…(right what does that have to do with the one you’re running business away from right now)Talk about hostile environment!!!

When it comes to car hunting we all can get a bit impatient. I was on the prowl for a crosstour. I found it at apex auto. The dealership doesn’t look appealing but i don’t withhold fear. With that being said, i test drive my third crosstour of the day. I drove TF out of it as i would if it was my car. Same day i put my $1500 down deposit as advertised on their site. Started with all paperwork there and later brought my needed documents. Took about two week to get the car only because I’m self employed and the bank needed 4 months of bank statements when my bank printed monthly transaction sheets instead. Sure driving from new Britain to Waterbury several times wasn’t fun. But it got done. Plus the 1bank had higher interest and longer payments. When i finally got the car Only the radio amp had to be replaced. Great car, i feel i got a great price. Justin Gregory helped me. Few others (Mark & Sean) who worked there reassured everything was going smooth. After all i haven’t had to bring the car back for repairs or anything. I would shop there again.

I came here to buy a car the Spanish guy was rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. He was so unprofessional. I ask to rode test a car and he said no. It was 5 o’clock and they close at 8. He kept saying hold on over and over . The there mechanic was in the shop on his phone wearing flip flops the place looks like it has been run down. Very unprofessional place.

My son bought a car listed at one price and because he financed 11000 was added on. That was his 1st mistake. Now 5 months later the car doesnt even runHe is gladly giving the car back. Paying 500 a month for a junk!! Had nothing but problems from day 1

Purchased a 2009 Civic about 3 months ago from Apex. I always wait to write reviews on cars and dealers because any car can make it out of a warranty period, ya know?Extremely happy to report that my car has travelled over 12,000 miles since purchase and the only thing I’ve had to do to it besides oil changes and snow tires (that was my own choice) was front brakes. In a day and age where many dealerships of this size are just looking to pump cars out, I can honestly say that the owners and staff actually care.I was very discerning when shopping for my car, I had a very specific car in mind. The owners went out and found me the exact car, set me up with easy financing, and were extremely communicative throughout the 3 week process of locating the right car.I have to recommend Apex 100 times over, in fact, I’m currently shopping for another car and Apex is the only dealer I’ll go to because if they don’t have it, they’ll get it. Other dealers say they’ll find the car, Apex does.

Sold us a bad car that needed head gaskets. Made everything seem like it was fine when it wasn’t . Horrible place horrible customer service do not go here for anything .

They are terrible, they tried to sell me a car that had a loud noise and vibration, and when I test drove it Justin Gregory which works there and keeps leaving good reviews saying he’s a customer, said he didn’t hear it and that the car was good. They’re bottom of the barrel.

What ever you do, dont deal with the salesman named Justin. Hes the worst thing youre yet to encounter. My deal was saved by the dealer manager. Justin is a pathological liar, who cant even sustain his lies, he has a different story with every phone call you have with him. Perhaps his talents would be better uterlized as a fairy tale author but then again, we cant take such a risk with our children.

FINANCED A CAR WITH THEM THIS PAST JULY 2019, IT IS NOW SEPT 2019 AND MY ENGINE BLEW. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND I HAD TO PAY THEM $1300 IN ORDER TO REPAIR DAMAGES. THEY BASICALLY SOLD ME A LEMON AND TOLD ME TO TAKE MATTERS UP WITH THE BANK SMH VERY RUDE SUCH LIARS. Scam business! They sold me a car with problems (bad belt, pulley, and missing oil to help the axel work properly), said they would fix it and wouldn’t. They wanted me to open anew banking account instead of just using my debit card like the financing company said I could use. They got loud with me, yes I screamed back but stood up and threatened to call the cops on me. They never did, I ended up getting my money back. Not to mention the blocked me in and wanted to “talk” once I mentioned that not fixing these issues within my warranty period would cause a big liability if anything happened to me while in the vehicle. Also had to rewrite my initial contract for overcharging me. While I was there, Mike had guys that smelled like marijuana in the office while I was trying to do business. He stated “oh don’t worry, he has a medical card.” Then advises me to get one as well. He also had to keep asking Sean what to do next because he was completely unaware of how to do a contract or anything relating to my deal. Also the mechanic stated he never the checked my car out before it was sold to me. They have many businesses too, so be careful. They flip houses and buy broken cars from The auction, also something to do with liquor sales, maybe a bar. I say this only because when I was there trying to sign my contract, they were talking about low bar sales and new order of Hennessy VSOP. They have signs all over stating they are accredited with the BBB, go on the site, they’re accreditation has been revoked, that should speak volumes.

Been there few times unfortunately and every time its the same issue, worst McDonalds experience ever. Service so slow and didnt give the complete order got home was missing few items. Employees have attitude and seems like dont want to work there then why are you there stay home or find another job.
