Easy access to ordering on line, competitive pricing and I was able to pick up my order in several hours.
Looking for clothes- winter. No jeans or warm sweats available in my size. Size 0-1 or 16-18 was all that was available- nothing in between these two extremes.Will check back in a week or two- maybe they will restock- if your a size 1 or 16-18 there are plenty of options- everyone else 😉 cant buy clothes- unless Target plans to restock soon. Plenty of cleaning supplies available and pet food- treats- kitty litter in stock
I’m writing this review because I’m mad. HOW DOES TARGET STARBUCKS JUST RANDOMLY DECIDE TO CLOSE. There are no store hours, or nothing. One day they close at 8p other days 7p other days 6p. I hate you guys today!2 days later…. Target is good but Starbucks in there is still gets me mad. Thanks
While the staff was friendly, they were severely understaffed. Looking at TVs, and most on the wall were off or just missing. No helpful signage (just price: no model number, features list, etc).Very little in stock, although that’s like a COVID supply chain issue and not Target’s fault.Checkout was fast and the store was very clean.
Great place to shop for everything you need, the store look organized, Clean and customer service is excellent. Prices are moderate not to expensive or cheap, if you are looking for a decent store to shop, I would definitely recommended this one, believe me when I say not every target look like that...
No one answers the phones seems to be both target and walmart in waterbury its sad when you call 3 times and it just hangs up on you after a while atleast walmart redials for you but both are trash

I had an awesome customer service experience with Liz today. She definitely gave me great customer service skills when she assisted me with my Redcard. The crew at Target always make me feel welcomed, appreciated and valued as a loyal customer.
I keep hearing Target is the place to go to meet women because theyre already looking for things they dont need. I was not successful.
This store is terrible. They never have enough cashiers. When you buy items the pricing is never accurate and they refuse to honor the price. This is the result of letting the wrong people in charge of a location.

Shout out to the brave souls working so hard to keep the store clean and safe during these detrimental times. I am grateful for your hard work!The saddest part I see is the garage that the patrons leave around during these times, not caring for anyone else but themselves. The audacity to just throw the wipes, gloves and masks in the parking lot....is this what we have become? I cannot explain the disgust I have for some. It is not the employees of Targets responsibility to pick up YOUR trash. There are trash receptacles all over!! This is a time of coming together and helping each other get through this not a time for segregation and selfishness. You know who you are, cut it out and stop being so trashy and selfish.
I never have any issues with this store. The only knock backs I would say though are the day I went to buy something it was completely slammed as far as the shelves were concerned - there really wasnt much to choose from - they must have had a rush. However I did find what I was looking for - so whos complaining?
Great target! Has everything youd expect, and a food section. While the food section is small, its got everything you need if youre doing middle-of-the-week shopping.Employees are pretty cool and theyll help you find something if you need it.Great prices all around, and they match most other prices if you bring in a flyer. Customer service is normally free and willing to help!

I absolutely love Target, I go very often, they have everything I want and need! I did get charged for and extra case of Good Gather Seltzer, which was disappointing but I didnt realize it until I got home. so sad for me.
Shortly after the order was place, it was ready for pickup. The pickup process was friendly and fast. You dont get that kind of service these days, especially during the hustle of the holidays. Great Job!

There’s a reason why I prefer the ones outside of Waterbury. Went to pick up my favorite sheet masks (Glow Glycolic Boost by Pixi). Later that night, while prepping my skin for the mask, I noticed that instead of 3 being in the package there was only 2. Many will think this isn’t a big deal but when I spend $10 on something, I expect to receive the product in its entirety.
Love that the pick up area is right at the front of the store. Sales associate was very polite and friendly. Package was ready right away.
The bathroom is always disgusting. Not sure how to add pictures but wish I new how to because you would not believe how bad they are. I have spoken to the staff and they act like its no big deal. I hope they have a different bathroom because if not I would eat nothing they make.
I love Target. When you order an item and the store doesn’t have it for pickup. They offer free shipping to clear up the inconvenience. I love that about Target!

The worst experience ever. get to the register after grocery shopping and the cashier couldn’t figure out how to put “Noosa” yogurt in as edible food. she actually argued with me that its not food. Its greek yogurt... then she suspended the order and I then had to go to the service counter where the next cashier was not any better than the one prior and said I would have to empty everything out of my bags and she would have to re-ring everything. I had over $135.00 worth of groceries. Seriously why would I do that and I was told she would hand the items to me to rebag. ABSOLUTLEY NOT! I dumped everything out of my bags and went to Stop & Shop instead. Management needs to do something about training the staff at this location.
They’re rude and they don’t know reading a simple coupon!!!I’m always have a terrible experience at this store,the shelves is always empty,they don’t organize the store,they don’t know what means “purchase “ they keeping saying is transactions,really? They don’t follow coupons policy,I know more the coupons policy then the employees including the managers. They don’t respect and they don’t welcome costumers. I thought the manager is supposed welcoming the costumers and trying to be informed about the coupons policy and they have to reading what the coupons saying is not what they “think “ is it!!!!I’m very sad,mad today about my last 6 shopping trip at this store!!!I hope after I called costumer service today and after this post they training the employees to better service. Costumers is very very important to the business it’s a circle,no costumers no jobs and keeping going.

Pretty good selection, good prices. My only beef would be that the area is super dicey. Other than that, this is our go to as far as clothing and accessory shopping.
Place is always dirty. Clothes are always mixed in different departments. Not easy to find your size even the associates have a hard time helping to look and give up and secretly walk away when you offer to help them look.
Worse shopping experience of my life. Supervisor Liz was VERY rude. Im new to target. First time in THIS STORE.my sister (here from out of the country) had one order and I had my own order. I paid for mine using my new target credit card and went to pay for hers so she could save the 5 percent as well. Was told we could only do one transaction. Was told we should check our in separate lines. I was not able to pay for her . (Im 35 years old, never heard of such a thing). Very disappointed. Will never EVER EVER EVER shop here again. Calked Corporate and they were very apologetic. Which was nice but I was embarrassed in front of other customers. Horrible experience
Clean and neat store that sells modern and fashionable goods at reasonable prices. Oddly this is one of the few department stores that sells furniture. I will also say that for whatever reason this store manages to not feel so Waterbury to spite its location.

Please FIRE the team that thinks separating GIFT CARDS on an account is ok, Like Amazon when I ask for gift cards for a birthday or holiday it just adds to the amount TOGETHER. I learned that Target has no clue about caring about its customers. This self service and also help from a clerk was not there fault - but the team that forces some stupid check of card for each one . MY first order I went to a register with a $100.00 worth of Items and if you bought a $100 my paper coupon would give $25.00 off and if you bought $50.00 worth of the items you offered a $15.00 gift card - BUT THE REGISTER WOULD NOT ALLOW THE COUPON AND THE GIFT CARD !!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW TO REALLY MAKE A CUSTOMER ANGRY AFTER THEY JUST SPENT THE TIME TO GO TO THE STORE AND MAKE A PURCHASE ONLY TO FEEL SCREWED!

I called to speak to a hiring manager, and the lady that had picked up answered with poor attitude and I feel as if target wants more employees, they should hire respectful ones.

Target of Waterbury is ok. Im not too crazy about the management sometimes. More often than not Ill be in line being taken care of by the cashiers who look overworked and overwhelmed, while so called management is up near customer service joking with each other and laughing loudly. I find that incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate not only to customers but to the cashiers, who are mostly nice.My favorite two cashiers are Almarie and Julia, theyre always pleasant and whenever one of them is working I head straight for her line. Almarie is so personable and Julia is very polite and funny, and my kids always ask me if theyll be there that day. When you have two young children who look forward to shopping, you know youre going to the right people.Keep up the good work, Almarie and Julia.
At my target i was looking for school supplies and there were no scanners so we needed one of the employees to help me and she had an obnoxious attitude

Ive been shopping at target since 2011 with no issues. All the associates are typically very friendly at this location there is a particular associate that stands out she is always kind always sparking a conversation. She and a few other reps are the only reason I will consider shopping at this particular location. Management is new and should take time to learn veteran and even new customers. Long story short I had a negative experience at guest services I dont return often in this case I had just purchased and realized I purchased the wrong item. That can happen when you are in a rush to get to work and have a small child. I proceeded to return waited in line when it came to be my turn a customer came from near the shoes and immediately started talking to the associte.Now I didnt expect that women to have regard for me as most people these days are callous .I grab my bag and say I am really sorry but I was here and I am in a rush So the customer goes into her speech saying she was already helping her and what really lit the torch was the associate who said in a very nasty tone she was already here and motions to all this merch that was on the right of her. There was no need to be rude to me or disregard my time. Everyone has their own schedule to adhere to . I had already been patient and the associate did not even bother to address me to let me know she was going to handle this customer quickly. The situation could have played out a lot better. She could have easily set one quick moment while I answer this ladys question or to the other customer I will help you as soon as I finish helping this guest. This interact makes me look at this location as a Walmart Jr. as they typically have nonexistent customer service. All target management did was apologize. Three managers Kevin,Tara & Kyle. Upon returning the next day to meet up with family.I received a very ingenuine apology from Kyle whom I had already spoken to on the phone and that morning.Another incident occurred the rep was nasty with my mother who was there at the pharmacy. Kyle hadnt even spoke to the rep about the incident that took place the day before so it is no surprise she carried on this behavior no corrective action had been made. Training had been mentioned it was also mentioned she was new on the floor. I heard many excuse but the truth is no amount of training could fix that associates persona her disposition is very rude .She speaks in a condescending way.I will continue to shop elsewhere and occasionally visit my faves in the store however I will not patronize this location on chase ave anymore.Im truly disappointed as this is a rare occurrence and behavior does not represent target.

When you shop there it is a great feeling at first. Numerous employees that walk around and spend more time doing nothing then helping customers. Employees are not farmiliar with where merchandise is located. After 3 associates give me misleading information, that is when I leave.. Besides that when checking out there never nl enough registers open. It is not worth my time. Hiring standards should be alot higher.
