I am incredibly impressed with The Orchid Florist. I submitted an order online for the Country Basket Blooms to be delivered to a friend as a get well gift. I live far enough away that I couldnt pick anything in person. Other florists Ive ordered from in the past have rarely matched the standards shown on the website - and not just due to out of season flowers. I crossed my fingers and hoped the final product would come close.The f delivered product was nothing short of stunning. The flowers were bright, fresh, and flawless. Delivery was on time and very polite (according to my friend.) The arrangement actually turned out bigger and better than I could have hoped. I would highly recommend The Orchid Florist for their quality, professionalism, and the beauty of their arrangements.

Ive been coming here since I got married 9 years ago. Best thing I did the first time I came was go upstairs and picked a beautiful tall but very narrow vase. Only 2-4 flower stems fit the vase and some greenery. Ive been buying my wife flowers every weekend Im able to. I come in with my vase and let them do their thing and it never cost me more than $25!

Prompt delivery on the chosen day. Plants was not as full as the one pictured but it was acceptable. My sister was very happy and loved it, which is what matters..

Love the variety of arrangements, it look exactly like the picture shown. My sister just came out of the hospital, her face lit up when she received it. She loves it and she said it smells so good. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the bouquet in the picture from the florist’s website. It was delivered to my mom the following day, and my mom loved it. The bouquet was very pretty and matched the picture on the website. The woman who answered my call was very helpful. I called after ordering just to confirm the order.

On January 19th, my mother, cousin, aunt and I spent an hour in The Orchid Florist picking out flowers and going over what we wanted for my grandmothers funeral. The one and only thing we specifically requested was that the arrangements be primarily blue in color. They reassured us that they had some blue options and that they could dye some blue. Imagine my upset when I arrived to the funeral home and there was not one blue flower. NOT ONE. You would think that when you spend almost a thousand dollars on flowers, you would get what you asked for.

We ordered the “Always With Us” premium bouquet to frame a photo of my grandfather to sit on the table at his burial site during the funeral and it exceeded expectations. The arrangement was gorgeous! Flowers used were fresh and the arrangement was full; and along with the photo, it really was the star of the ceremony. Thank you Orchid Florist!

They took my order charge and the next day call ask what to put in my card + confirm on time delivery then 1hour before funeral call us and said they cant do it! Im very disappointed it was my daughters funeral i dont recommend to no body they can be trusted

John is a very nice, professional, caring florist who made the most beautiful arrangements for my wedding. The flowers for the garden arch were breathtaking and more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. I will definitely be using the Orchid Florist for any of my future floral needs!

Great customer service! I live across the country and wanted to send my sister some flowers for her birthday. The Orchid Florist delivered a beautiful bouquet to her, and they were completely accommodating of my request to make sure the flowers were delivered within a specific time frame when my sister would be home to receive them. I was delighted with both the flowers and the professional, local service. Will definitely order from them again!

I ordered flowers for my mother. The delivery was fine. The order was missing the add-on decoration...I called the place and they said they would refund it on my card. We were disappointed that the $100 worth of flowers did not last very long. We got a similar type of flower from Stop and Shop for less than half the price and it lasted double the life.

Ordered a premium Cotton Candy bouquet for a friend’s birthday. I was embarrassed about what she received. Looked nothing like the picture I sent, not even close. She sent me a picture of what was delivered and I felt so bad. Called the florist immediately and sent pictures to show them the flowers I ordered and what was sent. They said the arrangement could have just been a slight variation of the website picture. I wish I could upload the pictures so you can see why I’m embarrassed. They said they are replacing them.

Im very upset and sad about the flowers . The delivery was great but I was expecting a better arrangement. I ordered birthday balloons and I received Mothers Day balloon which I didnt like at all because that wasnt a Mothers Day present . I paid for the premium arrangement and I got like 4 roses, although the arrangement doesnt look bad, it wasnt what I paid for... Im very disappointed since was my first time purchasing from them. It looked so different from the picture .! :( :(.
