Walked in to browse, and was excited to see everything I need to make a charcuterie board and a Sunday Sauce lol (gravy), the gentleman was very helpful looking forward to go back to pick everything up and especially get some that Bronx bread I miss so much

The owner and the front end worker were very friendly, and enjoyed talking shop. I grew up around Waterbury and moved to NC and have craved decent Italian Sausage. After making sausage and peppers, this hit the mark perfectly.NC never gets Italian Sausage right, so Im ecstatic that I brought back many pounds of their products.Thank you!!!

Its been a while since Ive entered a little Italian shop.Everything I was expecting and more! They are known for their cured meats and didnt disappoint, just get one of each and you wont regret it.They also sell pastas, fresh deli meats, and all those little Italian treats you nonni give you. Will be back soon!

We’ve been looking for an Italian market not too far from home, and found this one on Google. Nice selection of fresh meats and cheeses. The cured meats are yummy, especially the pork loin. We will be visiting again soon!

OMG!!! I LIVE IN FLORIDA AND MY SON TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PLACE. I THINK IVE DIED AND GOING TO HEAVEN. We brought Hummels hot dogs home 🏡 with us. Also bought sausage and meatballs from there. Its amazing. Cant wait to try the sausage patties with broccoli rabe in them.I wish they would move this place to Panama City Beach Florida I cant wait to go to Connecticut again. The bread from the Bronx so good. Table cheese and cold cuts very good. They sell many italian foods like sauce stuffed peppers sausage cheese macaroni etc. A must stop.

As I walked in my stomach started growling from the aroma that was in the air. Mouth watering smells and the coolers stocked with so many choices. Forgot to add that it was my very first time ever stepping foot in the door .... and I will be stepping through the door as often as I can !!!

Old School family owned butcher shop with excellent home made sausage, burgers, all kinds of high quality meats and cold cuts way above supermarket quality but at a good price. Great line of Italian imported product line plus personal service - I highly recommend this hidden gem ! Definitely worth the trip !!

My first visit and fell in love with a Waterbury gem! smells delicious and the array of pasta and sausages are amazing. and arthur avenue bread which I had half gone by the time i reached home 10 minutes away. so clean and friendly and meat is so appealing. thanks. have to be back and bringing friends.

Old school sausageWe grew up in New Britain and lived in Wethersfield for years so Hartford’s Franklin Ave. was always the place for Italian food. We moved to Berlin a few years back and Waterbury was now a new destination to explore. Plus the highway widening makes it much easier to get to. Anyway this place was recommended so we plugged it into the GPS and made our way there on Valentine’s Day. I wholeheartedly agree with all the 5-star reviews. Everything is freshly made there and the chicken sausage uses all white meat which I’ve never seen before. Friendly staff and what a pleasure to support a local business instead of the large grocery chains. Looking forward to our next trip to the Brass City.
