I couldn’t have asked for a more better experienced. After weeks of searching for a new car I stumbled upon a car online that immediately caught my eye. So I called Blasius Auto Group from Waterbury to ask if the car was still available and if I could come down and see it. Within minutes I was off to see the car. The photo did not do the car justice. The car was immaculate inside and out. But looking at all the cars in the lot you can tell that they gave each car that special care making sure that when you drove off the lot you were more than content with your purchase. Purchased a 2015 F-150 from here. Worked with Dave S. He was extremely friendly, process was easy and they got me approved for a decent interest rate and actually came out .5% lower which was about 20 bucks a month lower than I originally was quoted. Had a great experience, truck is great and the price was good.

Brought my truck in for new tires. Was satisfied with new tires. When I went to pickup truck I was informed that one of my tire pressure monitors was no good so they just replaced it with out notifying me. (They all worked when truck was dropped off). I was in formed I was only charged for part no labor. They charged me $109 for one monitor. I looked up price for monitor and I can by all four OEM monitors for $45. I think I got taken for a ride on that. I do believe I should have been contacted before any extra work was performed. Not a happy camper. Not good customer service by Blasius Chevrolet.

I found Nicholas and Blasius through a cargurus.com listing for my dream car - a 2013 army green FJ that I needed to replace my older FJ (to say I love these trucks is an understatement and to those who feel the same, know how hard it is to find a decently priced one in great condition and low miles). I thought for sure this beaut would be sold out from under me but Nicholas was a man of action and integrity - despite high interest from other customers at the dealership, Nicholas worked with my schedule for a week while I coordinated travel from NY to CT for pickup. Once I finally got there, he made the transaction seamless, no stress: efficient with no last minute disappointments or surprises. I really appreciate everything Nicholas and the finance manager did to make this 800 mile to-from trip easy for me and the truck is in perfect condition as advertised. Couldnt be happier. I recently bought a Dodge Ram 2500 at this dealer. I dont recommend it to anyone, especially if youre from Massachusetts I bought the car on a Monday it took them almost two weeks to take possession of the vehicle, after threatening to enter the court they managed to get temporary plates, then it takes another two weeks to have the Massachusetts license plates and registration. once I got the vehicle I immediately noticed problems, first the emergency brake, when I did the test drive I realized it wasnt working well, I asked the salesperson if they would fix it, she assured me that the vehicle would be inspected and everything would be fine . when I closed the purchase contract they sold me a maintenance insurance that covered parts and services, so I got the record after a month I had bought it, the state of Massachusetts gives 7 days to do an inspection, thats when I realized that the insurance was actually that I bought covered practically nothing. as they gave me 3 months of warranty I called to see if they could fix the vehicle!! the manager was extremely clumsy and told me that the warranty was only for 2 months I said well we are on schedule, so he went to the service manager who attended me and was extremely rude and told me that the warranty was only valid for one month. I was extremely disappointed from the first !!! I took the car to the mechanic thats when I discovered the vehicles problems the emergency brake had been completely disabled, there was a gap in the steering wheel, there was a crack in the steering gear and it was leaking all the oil from the steering gear... finally an experience that didnt I wish to anyone. I give 1 star because of the seller Barbara who was extremely helpful

I was shocked at what a deal it was . I almost lost out if I didnt keep my orignal app.. Chris was my sales guy and he was awesome no pressure no hassle smooth sailing . Then the miracle happened with Tony when he got me approved . Granted I sat there all day but they changed all my rotars my back brakes. I really dont have no negative feedback . When I was leaving the general manager gave me his card and said if I ever needed anything to give a call . Now if only other dealships were like this than everyone would enjoy buying cars . When I got the car the air wasnt working and within a week they got me back down there and fixed it . Cant Thank them enough for putting me in my beautiful car.

Disappointing sales experience. Salesman was super nice and low key, and the car seemed to be priced fairly (“Good Deal” on Cargurus). However, the website doesn’t explain that “ *Price Includes $750 Down Payment Assistance.“ means that if you don’t finance through the dealer, the price goes up $750. Also, the “optional VIN etching “ fee ($199.00) is not optional (finance manager offered to “split” the fee with me, but would budge no further ). All that, plus the $699.00 dealer conveyance fee, adds another $1550.00 to the price, which no longer becomes a “good deal”. So, we mutually agreed to part ways. Looking for another dealer now.

Blasius had a listing for a truck that was in my price range and had all the features I was looking for. I drove 1.5 hrs from MA (with my family) to look at the truck. From the beginning, Celine and Bobby were very helpful in completing the sales process. All of the employees were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a few hiccups (RMV and Insurance) which took a while but Blasius made the waiting game less stressful. Had a minor post sale issue that was quickly resolved.This was best car buying experience so far. I highly recommend Blasius and I would definitely make the trip from MA to buy my next vehicle from them. I love my new truck and glad that I found this dealership.

I locked myself out of my car at the gas station 🙃. Luckily I was across the street from the shop. Within 20 minutes, I was back in my car. The guys were professional, kind, and knew what they were doing!

Im from New York and purchased a vehicle for my daughter on 9/5/2020. Took delivery of the vehicle that day which was great, however, while going through the paperwork I noticed I was charged $178.00 for lifetime towing which I did not agree to. After calling the dealership for 5 straight days and getting the run around, I finally was able to talk to the finance manager. I explained my frustration and that i was also charged tax on the $178.00. He agreed it was an error and said they would refund me. I did receive the refund, but they did not refund the tax which further irritated me. I also questioned the $421 registration/plate fee and was told they use an outside company to process the registration. As of 11/1/2020 i still have not received plates. I could have registered it myself in NY for $187!!! How can it possibly take this long??? Not a very professional dealership, especially once they get the sale. Too many bulls@#$ fees. Plan on spending $1500 more than the sticker price of the vehicle.

I bought my truck (2015 Ford F-150) from this dealership about a week ago. My experience was amazing! The manager Bob Fernandez was extremely professional; as was the sales associate Rob Generali. I came to this dealership because I went to a well-known dealership in Naugatuck and my experience was horrible. I was going to trade in 2 vehicles and put a good deposit down on a truck there which was a 2014 Ford F-150. They would NOT work with me. So, I came here and they did an amazing job on working with me and what I had to offer. The price for my new truck was reasonable and a year newer and had a lot more to offer than the original truck I was looking at from the other place. I will say Blasius Pre-Owned Auto Sales is the way to go. I will recommend anyone that’s looking for a new vehicle to head here and give them a chance. Edit: THEY ARE MAKING A LOT OF FAKE REVIEWS TO UP THEIR AVERAGE RATING.Owner of the car for two years now. Only to find out the car was in an accident and the trunk leaks. They showed me a Metacritic sheet that said the title was clean. Overcharged me on a VIN Etching fee, and tires for life. When I asked about getting tires, they told me I was only allowed one set. I had to fight to get an engine cover and a users manual, which didnt come with the car.Once payed, nobody cared to send me the little paint I requested until I pestered them 6 times about it. The one star goes to the mechanics I talked with that actually know proper customer service.Avoid.

I was able to have the pleasure of purchasing a car from Blasius Preowned, and my entire experience has changed my mindset on the car buying experience. As a nurse living in New England an SUV is an absolute necessity. I walked around the lot and was greeted by Barb, who made the entire process such a breeze for me. Not only did Barb write down all of my “nice-to-have’s” she hand picked a car for me like one she would pick for herself or her family member. I had to leave to run some errands and upon returning Barb had all of the candidates pulled out for me to test drive which really shortened the process for me. Barb is professional and extremely knowledgeable but she is also just a down right awesome woman, and I hit it off with her right away (even a couple of tears were shed between the two of us). Pre-COVID days I would have given her the biggest hug. The staff at Blasius stayed open late and even the men that detailed the car who had been there from very early in the morning, stayed late so I could take my new car home the same day! The man who helped me with purchasing a good warranty for my vehicle was so knowledgeable and spoke so highly of Blasius, I knew I had made the right decision. I am so thankful, I shopped at Blasius, and you have found a lifelong customer in me. Barb you are phenomenal, your vibe is contagious and I will be back to see you when shopping for my next car!!

He didnt try to bombard me with cars I couldnt afford and he was very knowledgeable on the specs. Their prices are great and the financing team works hard to get you the best rate possible. Got a great deal that turned out to be too good to be true. Was told there was a mfg warranty but it had been in an accident so they lied. Learned the hard way to trust no one.I spoke with Danielle who pretty much told me it wasn’t Blasius problem.I have a 2018 Lincoln POS... I went back to Blasius and spoke to Bobby who listened and resolved the issues honestly and decently. I’m very appreciative

Buying a car from Blasius was the most pleasant experience!!! Im from NY and couldnt find a deal like I got here anywhere else, so the trip out was definitely worth it. On top of that, the staff was so nice, patient and honest. Steven was a pleasure, I forgot my license and registration and he and the other staff were very accommodating and worked with me on getting everything done anyway. They made made sure to take care of every detail I needed in order to leave with the car, even though I came in without half the things I needed and such a mess! Amazing products and team here, would highly recommend!!

Just purchased my 2015 Altima from Blasius a few days ago! Jerry Dejesus was very helpful and patient with me in my search even though it took me a couple weeks to make my final decision. Very nice guy and not pushy like other places I went to! I was looking at base models since thats what was within my budget and he found me a Special Edition which was great! Extra features I initially did not think Id find within my budget...alloy wheels, backup camera, remote starter!The whole process was pretty seamless once we found the vehicle I liked. Danielle and Jerry assured everything on the vehicle would be up to my expectations and I felt I got a very competitive price (Alloy Rim had minor prior damage repaired, made to look like new!)When I went to finally pick up the car, Patton who finalized all the paperwork had me in and out in less than 30 mins and answered all my final questions. I was initially referred to Blasius by both friends and family who have purchased vehicles from them, and would recommend them to anyone on the market for a new car!
