Im on hold as I write this review, with the horrific Squelching piano music, been on hold for 9 minutes and 30 seconds now. Dont suspect anybody is picking up at this point, Im just to committed to hang up now! Ok, Im hanging up at 14 minutes and 26 ish seconds on hold, waiting for someone in the photocopying center to ask if they do a specific type of photocopies. I will call a real print shop tomorrow. I has to edit this, as soon as I hit POST, the person finally answered, but they still get the bad review. I told him I was on hold for 14 minutes and said nothing, no, we are busy, sorry for the long wait!

Very nice associates though some were not all that knowledgeable of a few questions I asked but overall a gd experience
