I have been using omni as my exclusive oil supplier for about 6 years now. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and being new to Harwinton and new to oil at the time, i figured i would try them out. I was so glad i did and i have never had an issue. The owner steve is a great man and he goes above and beyond to help his customers out. I also used him this summer to replace my old oil tank and couldnt be happier with the results!

Recently, there was a misunderstanding on a bill. After talking with Steve, he helped me get out of my tight situation and taught me things about heating pumps! Can’t say enough positive about this company. After being overcharged for oil deliveries by another oil company, I decided to look for someone more reasonable. I’m a true believer that everything happens for a reason. After being with Omni for less than 1 month and only 1 oil delivery I was in need of a new boiler. My furnace had just been serviced by my prior company less than a month before, one would think something would have been noticed, maybe not. I called Jessica and she had someone out to look at my problem within a few hours. I was very pleased with the excellent job done in replacing my boiler. This company is fair in price, courteous and knowledgeable employees that did an excellent job. I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone.

Dont trust them if you low on oil and need to get delivered on time, they screwed me twice.I placed order with them and they suppose to deliver on Wed but did not show up on Wed and Thursday so I call them on Friday and explained them my Situation and they promised that it will get delivered by SAT I asked them please let me know if you cannot make it on SAT as I was low on oil so atleast I can call other company who are willing to make delevery on SAT but they promise me not to worry and will be done on SAT. Guess what I was so wrong that I trusted these guys and end up as no show and no call.One good thing they did delivery on Sunday which I was not expected. Thanks for taking care oh this

I have used Omni a few times over the last couple years. Most recently, I called for an oil delivery during our recent snow storm. I love that you can text them vs. having to call as I was battling laryngitis so I had no voice. They were courteous and up front and let me know it would be within 48 hours for delivery pending snow clean up. They came right as promised and the office staff is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Their oil prices are also the cheapest in the area. Call them TODAY!
