Poor customer service. I specifically asked if someone could bag all my groceries bc Im not great at it and got no response. Thanks! And I saw employees just standing around doing not much. ??? Cmon step it up stop and shop..😠

I just went in to get some cold cuts and as I walked towards the deli saw the line and decided my best course of action would be to just buy the prepared package they have to the side. I was just in a hurry. Im glad they do that. I didnt want to stand in two lines, the deli and then the cashier.

Definitely my favorite grocery store since I’ve moved into town! I can always count on them to everything I need. Even on the holidays. Not only do they everything but they’re always open when I like to shop late to avoid crowds. Always clean and stocked with hand sanitizer and wipes. I have only had a bad experience with one employee and I go here all the time. Love this location!

The pharmacist was very rude. Obviously they dont know how to treat their clients the right way. I would not recommend.

Couldn’t find a specific bag of chips (Baked lays BBQ) so asked for help. Guy say they don’t carry those at the location without even trying to help I walk away and end up finding them. You should hire real help and not some lazy mf

Wonderful non-dairy and GF ice cream options. Delicious GF Bobs Red Mill granola. Fresh produce.Excellent and varied meat selections, plant based food/snack options, too. The young woman monitoring the self serve stations was so helpful tonight. I was checking out a little after 7:30P and she helped me with my cat food coupons. She was very patient, courteous, and kind.

I like Stop & Shop for somethings but they are too over priced. The coupons in weekly adds are mostly for health and beauty, cleaning products or baby stuff. I want coupons for food!

Never enough staff, long lines unless you use the self checkout. Usually polite staff when you find one. Smells like marijuana consistently, but so does the neighborhood. But the bakery and deli is good (maybe a clue as to the marijuana smell). Gas station works.

This is solely based on Deli. One person working area and that person was best described as disorganized chaos and as a result was handling deli items in an unsafe manner. Many meats and cheeses all left on counter after cutting. Sliced blood soaking roast beef dripping blood everywhere then immediately sliced ham without cleaning machine. I prefer boars head but won’t come back to deli after observing what I seen

The store is clean, but I saw so many people walking around without face coverings that are required in the State of CT. They were making announcements stating that they require customers to cover their mouths and noses, yet no one approached those that were disobeying the State requirements. The prices are much higher than the grocery store across the street from them. I only went there in search of a particular item, which they did not have in stock.

Grabbed a cake last min for my daughters birthday.. They had so many options n always do.... The bakerys loaf of garlic bread is sooo good.. Its italian bread with garlic butter and seasoning ready to pop in the oven n comes out warm n yummy in 10 min. I love having it with homemade chicken soup or shrimp scampi like her b-day dinner lol just by itself haha

They didnt have a couple items that I was looking for like roast beef unless you went to the deli and paid $10 per pound and thats the cheapest, or the blue berry Hawaiian Punch. Other than that, they had fresh fruits and vegetables, the cashier I went to has excellent customer service skills and was quick to cash me out. Overall was clean and I would go back.

Customer service employees are rude, disrespectful and out right worthless when it comes to customer service.

Stopped in the grab a few things. Very quick. Store was organized and although I only went to one isle it was clean on my way there. Only a few registers open but went quick regardless. Shelves were well stocked (freezer section).

Stop and Shop is a clean, well managed, and fully stocked grocery store. They carry a wide array of products; from produce to greeting cards. The store employees are always helpful and will make an effort to assist whenever asked. Their pricing while competitive can sometimes be a few cents more. Their service and variety more than makes up for this.

I have been shopping there for 3yrs and Ill never step foot back in s&shop Wolcott road. The manager is either on street or prescription drugs that has him impaired. If thats not the case hes completely stupid. As I was expressing my concerns over a customer with 75 items go thru the self check out he began loading my carriage with bags from the line he was bagging from. He gave me blank glare as I spoke, very creepy. The staff that was monitoring the 12 items or less self check out told stated, that ones not 12 items or less. Its a self check out why would it be for 75 items, its not set up to handle more than 12. Theres a few wonderful employees but after what I seen today, Ill spend my money across the street. Also, I questioned the staff overseeing the express 12 items or less about ground beef that was a featured sale item that didnt ring up for the sale price. She replied I may have the wrong one. I shop there sometimes 2 times a week and other stores daily. I shop for bargains all day everyday; I read. I still purchased meat because I was already disgusted as others were.

I lost my phone in the parking lot of this Stop & Shop tonight and the employees were all very helpful in helping me search for it. Especially Christine! She came outside and helped me search for my phone in 28 degree weather for about 10 minutes. Thank you for employing such wonderful people!

Horrible shopping experience at store manager Lisa was extremely rude I did not know that I couldn’t shop with wife and daughter as they don’t have sign stating that embarrassing as she was telling other’s that people like us don’t listen that there shouldn’t be more then one person shopping she was bothered because I was with wife and daughter it’s bad enough the situation which we are in with this virus but there’s but so much that we can do she should of kept that to her self made us feel very uncomfortable all we were trying to do was shop as a family and enjoy a day out at the supermarket since there’s nothing else that can be done due to that I left my groceries if I can’t shop with my family then I’ll spend my money we’re I’m treated like a person this virus is taking a toll on us all all we have left is to try and be kind to one another and some people can’t even do that on top of that the officer they had there today was rude as well it’s sad

Really disappointed today.Went into store to purchase a birthday cake .Waited for someone in bakery to write on cake.After 15 minutes used my cell phone to call service desk (rather than walk to other end of store I have a fractured ankle) .Service desk said they would page someone to bakery. Waited another 15 no page. Called the service desk no answer.Definitely will not return to store.No customer care at all in this store.

Very disappointed in my most recent trip to the store today. Standing in line waiting to check out when the employee bagging groceries left the line to stand and talk to two other employees at the front of the store. 5 lines full of customers and these three standing in the front of the store talking. On a better note I do usually have a good experience here.
