This team has failed me and hasnt held up their end of the bargain more than once. After placing an order with Tony for material to do my deck, they said it would be here in a week. After two weeks of nothing I went back down and they said it would be another week, come to find out, he forgot to place the order with the supplier. Then, I had to order additional material like square edge boards, stair railing kits, and posts just to find it was again forgotten about, but when I did get them in they were all the wrong materials that were delivered without me being notified as promised. I went back down and spoke to Tony again to tell him and re-order the stuff I actually needed, which I had to pay for again and in his own word well take care of of you and said he would pick them up within the same week and refund me. Going on 3 weeks and no one has picked up, another guy called me after I followed up and tried to tell me all orders are final, I explained to him what Tony said, he said he will look into it. That was over a week ago and nothing. If youre keeping up, I paid for supplies I didnt order that was delivered and being forced to keep them roughly $1000 worth of it. Lack of follow up and double backing is the theme here.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable and spend as much time as you need.

Worst place to order kitchen cabinets! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Terry the owner failed to order the right sizes. Promised installation of wrong size sections. Delayed for 8 (height months) and when the day came to install wanted to charge me money and not admitted his mistake. This place is a joke! Stay away! Save your self some headache.

Bushka lumber is a true custom millwork store. Any time I have a door, cabinet or anything custom that needs to be fixed or made from scratch, I go to Bushka. They always have a solution.For example, I had a kitchen cabinet door that fell apart. I brought in a “good” door for them to match and they matched it perfectly. Another time I brought down a warped plywood door with a cutout (insert) that needed to be replaced and again the millwork department made an even stronger, better looking door that matched the specs perfectly. They even remounted the hinges and gave me extra screws!There is no place that I know of that does work like this to this level of quality. We will always return to Bushka, knowing that we won’t have to worry about a project.A+ .... highly recommended!

Every time I go to Bushkas I immediately remember why. Their customer service is second to none and they spend the time to make sure you get exactly what you need.We’ve used them for custom countertops, specialized mill work, paint supplies and everything in between. They always come though for us and do it with a smile. Service like it used to be and still ought to be.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful & professional Bushka Lumber & Millwork is. My husband and I have been customers of theirs for many years and always call them for our home renovations - from windows to siding to kitchen renovation to masonry work, they have done it all at our home. The staff is wonderful and the Bushkas themselves are like family. We will always turn to them for home improvements because they are honest, trustworthy and professional.

Paint dept. is horrible. Every excuse why not to mix a color for you. Paint manager needs a new line of work. After telling the front counter guys about the paint dept., they all agreed he sucks!
