I have used both the shop and mobile options at Safelite with great satisfaction. They provide fast and friendly service. It is easy to order and schedule service on their website. I would recommend them for any windshield repairs.

In the last month I needed a windshield replaced as well as the back hatch glass replaced on my SUV. Once was at the location and then second one they came to me. Both times the employees were very nice and helpful. Answered all of my questions and did an excellent job on the replacement within the timeframe quoted to me. Will definitely be the only place I go for window repair/replacement.

Service was great, they were ready for me when I showed up. Appointment took exactly the time they said it would and the finished repair looks great. Service rep was easy to work with. Would definitely come here again if i had to.

Safelite came to my house and repaired the front windshield on my car and did it all in about 1 hr. They did a great job.

I couldn’t picture an easier experience if I wanted to. It’s like Safelite anticipates all of the roadblocks that get in the way of having glass service done and puts a perfected process to it. I am amazed and cannot recommend Safelite enough. There is not a better service company in this industry. They came to my work to replace my windshield. I scheduled online in minutes and the only finger I lifted was the one to schedule and the one to unlock my car from my office. That made all the difference. No interruption of my life with something that would regularly become a huge interruption!

Jason from Safelite was so friendly. We talked the whole time I waited for my windshield to be replaced (which took just under an hour!). They are so easy to work with. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, and very customer care driven. I would 10/10 recommend going to Safelite for your window replacements!!

They quoted me 300 and something for a windshield I got installed for 199 and some change at local glass company so no stars for me they put one in my truck when I went to pickup it had a new broken windshield I then had to wait another week for a new one which they finally got right shop your local glass shops

Joe was my technician and he told me the type of crack my windshield had and how he would repair it. He told me that it would not be invisible but the windshield shouldn’t spider web. He was professional, polite and did a great job!

The first time I used Safelite, it was a wonderful experience. Good work, done quickly. Now, just getting an appointment on the website and 877 was such a nightmare I gave up. I have a window issue (not broken), called on Thursday afternoon, was told someone would call me right back. Monday morning rolls around and they still havent contacted me, so I call them. The very nice young lady tell me that the parts are on order. How can parts be ordered when they havent even looked at it? Its nearly the first day of winter and have a Dodge Ram without a window.

I would give only one star except for the good people, and fine workmanship. This shop tried to charge me twice as much as the job was worth. I went in last week to have my front windshield replaced. When I asked how much it was going to be, they said over $500. This is over twice as much as it should be. I checked with another shop, to be sure and was given an estimate of just over $200. I called Safelite corporate to get an estimate on the job and they gave me a similar price of just over $200. I had them give me the work order, and then gave it to the guy at the local shop who finally reduced my cost to what it should be.

Great service the guy even stayed 2 hours after shift to get my car fixed honest with all question plus very friendly.

Ive had a windshield replaced, a chip filled and a couple mirrors re-adheared. Service was always great and quick. Most recently needed a mirror re-adheared and the manager/tech really helped us out, which really showed the customer service.
